Ordered a Garlic Bread and two wraps and was charged almost £30, I felt like they’ve charged me over the amount as they thought they could get away with it as we were all slightly drunk, I’ve heard they’ve done this before and now they’ve done it to me. Will make sure I get my money back.

Food was not as ordered didn’t have any anchovies on it and very scarce on the pepperoni for a pepperoni passion pizza

Staff are absolutely vile, ordered food just before 11:pm via Uber eats, they estimated 30 minutes delivery, I waited over 2 hours, tried to call them multiple times, when they finally answered the phone, they started shouting at me immediately and told me they where not going to help me with my order, they where going to turn off all of their machines now and “to just cancel because they are obviously not going to help me with that” when all I asked for was an order update. Disgusting way to treat customers and I will never be ordering from this place again, I will also be telling everyone about this experience

Wasn't the best lamb shish kebab to be honest, no pickled chilli on the salad, no cucumber, meat was nice , nicely cooked, I suppose I've just become used to a better standard!

Ordered sausage and chips burger and chips with curry sauce, they forgot the chips and when I did get them they tasted disgusting. The bap for the burger was like water and soggy, couldn't eat that either.

Very bad attitude of the restaurant staff.Try to fight with me when I asked them to return the food because of their behaviour and wired attitude. I ordered a mixed kebab charged £18.50 for it, which I questioned to see if it is ok for family got a very dry answer from the owner that you dont now when you order the food no where it is menthioned the quantity of the food. I travelled all way from London to see the place and find a halal resturant and comes there after all this i had a very bad attitude from the staff and very bad people who are running this business. Overpriced food, very bad staff. I won't be back even if it was the last Halal takeaway on earth!!

Ordered mixed kebab and they only just turned on the grill for the donna meat so it had been sat there all day he shaved of the dry meat and served it to me with chicken that smells like it's been sat over a week absolutely disgusting food. Save your money and health go elsewhere

Never order from here, I waited 2hrs for my food and then when I called to find out where it is I get told to go shout at just eat and tell them to send more drivers which I don't appreciate and as soon as I get off the phone it tells me it has been delivered but no food at my door, 0/10

My chips were ok but had a hair. My friend's chips were drenched in vinegar however. Service was good, staff were reasonably polite. The atmosphere was OK, not a lot going on.

Ordered some food to be delivered but received a text to come and pick up as they couldn't deliver even though they took payment for delivery..so I had to take my children in the car to this so called take away. When I eventually did turn up for the food the so called person behind the counter was very rude towards me, then I actually caught him looking at my 4 year old daughter in a rather menacing Manor to which I told him to stop doing only for the other boat person from around the counter to start doing exactly the same, in the end I didn't take the food from this establishment and I would warn others not to order from there, the sooner the immigration office raid this place the better... and looking at the other reviews not many people have had a nice experience with them..

Delivered to the grand hotel left at reception without notification stated Delivered when wasn't had to ring the kings House to check where delivery had taken place they' don't no just that they had given to delivery driver over 30 minutes ago eventually realised it was on reception desk been there as what receptionist said ages with no room number on only to find order freezing cold.

This order was complete waste of money. I’ve got reused nan warmup lamb kebab doner kebab old which has to throw to bin they still selling. Tuesday I’ll give all pictures to newspaper and health and safety team. To check the restaurant.

Not the best I have had salad and kebab salad was onions cabbage and lettuce, maybe a thomato and cucumber would help , chips looked like a mix of some fresh and some that had been warmed back up from earlier.

The ‘salad’ that cost £1 was just some miserable soggy lettuce and onion. And the mayonnaise we paid 90p for was sour crème. We won’t be back!

Had high expectations when I visited this take out , but was sadly disappointed. Food was hot , and tasted great , however the mixed kebab was small ( when I ordered large ) Disappointing. Salad could have had more shredded cabbage, onion & tomato’s , but was fresh and tasty. Cheesy chips consisted of mozzarella ( microwaved), and lacked the taste you would have expected. Best value on the menu was the Greek salad , which was nice . Overall , over priced , and very small portions . Shrink-flation in full effect . Note : I was not inebriated when I went for food I was not rude or disrespectful to owner or staff ( infact he was quite pleasant , and friendly ) .

Very small portions in comparison to previous orders from them and very poor value for money. My husband called to complain and the chap argued with him and said it was the website’s fault and offered nothing in the way of refund or more food. Very expensive for what we received and we won’t be ordering from them again.

The chips were crispy but there was no ketchup or salt with them the cheeseburger was average but the zinger burger was very bad. Waste of money would not recommend.

Decent food, decent staff but as another commenter below me pointed out, full of rude drunken brits!!! Wish these teenagers would all just go away as they are spoiling the resort for those who don’t get drunk and shout rude words in the street till gone 4am!!!

The food was good but staff was neither well trained nor courteous. When we asked for sauce, they said they will charge me 90p for sauce. When I tried to pay with card for sauce, he refused and said pay with cash. Although, they accepted card before when I was paying for whole order. Food was good but customer service was even below standard practices. I have been to many Turkish takeaways but never experienced such sub-standard customer service anywhere. Very disappointed with their service. This restaurant is on popular tourist destination, may that is reason for their rude attitude that customer will not come to them again because they are tourists and not local.

Driver was so rude . Rolling his eyes as he struggled to find our address . Order was wrong items not included and items that were included were not correct

Not sure what type of meat they use in the kebab but I’ve never seen yellow meet before, bland, chewy and just plain nasty, probably the cheapest meat they can source. Shambolic !

Food finally turned up 25 minutes late and room temp, phoned to complain and was told the manager would call me back in 5 mins, waited 15 mins no response. called back and asked for the manager, he told me it was not his problem and that just eat were to blame, very poor. paid £18.00 to scrape it in the bin. I look forward to any response!

Sadly part of the order had been substituted with an unsuitable replacement. However, on contacting the Kings House, this was sorted out very quickly to our satisfaction, so well done for the rapid service.

Went in there last night 30th January at around 00.40 hrs after driving around all the mcdonald's to be found they were closed. Upon arrival there were a few drunken youths and vomit outside the front door of the kebab house( very appealing) I ordered 10 onion rings and 8 chicken nuggets and chip cheese wrap overall not bad food id say slightly better than average ideally at nite if hungry

I've been to this takeaway quite a bit over the years. They always do a decent pizza and I think the prices are very competitive. Recommended 👍

The order should have been 2 cheeseburgers with burger relish, chips with mayonnaise and doner meat with chilli sauce and lemon. I actually received a chicken burger with mayonnaise, chips with no mayonnaise, 1 cheeseburger correct and done meat with chilli and mint sauce. Hence why only 1 star for service..it is basic catering to at least get the order right.

We have ordered burger meal deal which includes 2xburgers, 2xchips and 2xpepsi for take away. Cashier, who took our order, asked us what souce and salad we would like. When we get to hotel and open our meal it wasnt any drinks and any salads which for me is really inportant things so I was disapointed. But taste of burger was good, just order wasnt complete.

One of the best Halal Turkish option in the town. Delicious food, chicken donner is my favourite. Lovely staff and very quick service.

We ordered a chicken kebab with a seperate mint sauce and a doner kebab !! Each with separate pitta and salad. We got very ill, sickness and the trots !! The food consisted of some sort of chicken in breadcrumbs covered in some sort of garlic sauce. The doner was cold hand bland This what ever it was also came in the pittas and not as requested !! Stay away from here Eat at your pearl

Very dry food and chicken was very dry and threw most away won’t be ordering that again! Poor food for the money paid !
