Place said order wasn't received after ordering on line 3 calls later got no were .. left on hold for nearly ten mins so ordered from elsewhere ... when I called to cancel .. person was very rude . So won't b using flames or online again disappointed as was my sons birthday

Very bland, and very doubtful if there was a single fresh ingredient supplied - in fact, I would be surprised if anything was within safe dates. Extremely poor quality and will not be ordering from this establishment again. Avoid.

Not sure what's happened to Flames but they've gone downhill really fast. Chips had no cheese as ordered, chicken was cold and the kids meal had a burnt sausage and about 6 lukewarm chips. Really disappointing

Delivery driver severe lack of customer skills

Always get delivered my order early! Specifically asked for it to be delivered at 10pm, it got deluver at 20 past nine, when i get to the door the girl that delivered it says 'ive been waiting ages'. Good! Next time come on time and I will be expecting you and will get to the door quicker. Also asked for diet coke and got normal coke.

We went in, the place looked ok, ordered from the menu. To be told by the surly man that worked there they didn't cook what we had ordered despite it being on the menu. Changed our order, no joy again, there are some lovely places to eat in llandudno, this is not of them.

All good- changed rice from pilau to boiled with no fuss Chicken shashlik at its best

My order was just over 40 minutes late and when my food finally arrived it was soggy sweaty and horrible when I phoned up to complain about the food I received the woman on the phone was disgustingly rude abrupt and when I told her she can't talk to customers like that she turnaround and said yes she can and she will and slammed the phone down. that is a really bad customer service very disgusting very rude behaviour as there is no customer service there at all, I paid just just under £15 for my food and when the food arrived it was really bad and my kids were really upset as they couldn't eat it after waiting for the food almost two hours. I am a one very upset customer because my kids were upset.

Food was OK the balti was extremely hot! We were staying at the grand hotel and it were late we wanted food so if your starving after a night out its ok! Lol My partner had korma he enjoyed his but mine was far to hot! No poppadom free like other takeaways and no salad or yoghurt mint given either which is a downfall for a Indian takeaway as they do usually give you those free of charge. Weren't happy with it at all

Both main dishes had a laughable amount of chicken, not enough to feed your cat. Naan was average, not tasty. I wouldn't order from here again.

Food was ok, I ordered masala and it tasted just like the korma with no spice at all. We ordered poppadoms which never arrived with our order. Onion bhajis were nice and a good size. Nice meal but quite pricey wouldnt rush back to order though.

The vindaloo was love very hot and tasty the chapaties complemented well. The only thing, far too much for 1 person. I had it again the next day and just as tasty and hotter. Hmmmm I'll order again.

Pedir comida desde aquí muchas veces y no volveremos. Por Chomped en un pedazo de pollo al curry de mi para encontrar un pedazo de plástico con filo roto lo que parece ser la de las bañeras me productos de la tienda en el lugar. Después de dejar que las diapositivas y no quejarnos QUE PENSÉ QUE les envíe un mensaje amable, así que no vuelva a ocurrir (por su propia seguridad) y parece haber sido notificadas por spam, así que dejaré mi incidencia por aquí para que todos puedan ver

The only take away in Llandudno that doesn't play havoc with my IBS. Food tastes amazing and the portions are brilliant for the price.

Lovely food big customer did find broken bit of plastic that appeared to be from the tubs the food came in 12/07 but ones delivered were in tact so must have happened during cooking luckily I bit down on it or could have caused damage just for future reference will and have ordered from here since otherwise beautiful food every time thanks

The passanda was delivered with the wrong meat that was definitely not lamb. The rice was soggy and the naan was meant to be garlic and was plain. The first time I ordered was alot nicer this time not so much. Onion bhajis were very basic because there was so much spice to them so you couldn't taste there flavour.

Veg korma had chicken and my girlfriend doesn't eat meat so very disappointed about that.

Staff pretty polite when I picked up a chicken madras. The chicken tasted off so it went straight in the bin. Avoid at all costs.

Ordenados en comer solo. Entregan una hora más tarde, orden equivocada! No hay queso y queso en ambos chips que pedí. No extra porción de ensalada que pedí. Dos bocados en mi envoltura de pollo que encontrar un pelo largo de strand!! Tuve que poner toda la orden en la papelera! Asquerosa, nunca más volveré a pedir desde aquí!!

It was a nice meal and filled a hole but it didn't taste authentic in my opinion. I was definitely expecting more in terms of quality for the amount it cost. The rice was good the chicken tikka was genuinely tasty. The chicken madras was a bit bland and the Bombay aloo tasted like it was mostly from a patak jar. Also they forgot the missus chips on the order.

Friendly staff, hot piping delious food. Treat yourselves why cook when you can enjoy.

tired of poor takeaways around here . found this place by accident so grabbed a menu. tonight decided on a takeaway so we ordered a pizza and a mixed kebab and chips . food was hot and delicious when it arrived. staff were very friendly . would highly recommend .

Haven't had from here since the once gorgeous passanda turned into a watery poor curry. tried to give it another go trying the korma but it too was watery, too hot, and not at all creamy! Had a mixed kebab starter that was too spicy to eat. The sagg aloo and keema naan was nice. For indian delivery going to use rhos indian from now on.

I'd ordered a chicken doner kebab meal but instead got a load tandoori chicken in some naan bread. It was extremely dry as no sauces were included and overall not very nice! Pretty disappointed!

Chicken tikka was Very dry meat, onion bhaji was awful and both didn't come with advertised mint sauce.

Dreadful.. £9.95 prawn Malbari with 4 prawns in ! If they were king prawns I would love to see the normal prawns .. Tandoori meal was ok.. Gave them a second chance as used them before my husband used to love the " old " menu .. NOT USING AGAIN BEWARE!

Loved our meal, tried flames for the first time tonight and so very glad we did, food was delivered piping hot and very quickly.

We ordered 2 pizzas and portion of onion Bahijis the order came on time the pizzas was good but the onion bhajis were awful they was massive to thick so the middle was raw two bites and in the bin I think they should just stick to pizzas to be honest but as they say once bitten twice shy .

In the past we have had great takeouts from here, this time it was pretty bad. The kids meal was terrible, tiny burnt sausage and really small portion. Chips and cheese was the same portion size as the kids with less than a handful of cheese on top. The pizza had very minimal topping, barely any sauce on the base and left a sour taste, which inspired me to lift the topping off to investigate and ending up finding some hairs instead. I don't expect takeouts to be gourmet and I understand everyone makes errors, but the quality tonight really irritated me.

Fantastic curry, no where better in Llandudno, been waiting to find somewhere decent for a curry , better than any restaurant round here!!

I have made on order an pay through debit card. After that The Flames contacted me by phone and inform that they need to cancel my order and will not deduct payment from my account. But when I received a statement f on bank, The Flames had taken £15.95 from my account. Can The Flames refund the money please?

Good range of food. Good portion sizes. Always happy to alter order to suit your needs. Curries are fab. Onion bhajis are top notch. Definitely the best in town for kebabs

First time using just eat and it couldn't be easier. The order was processed quickly and delivered quickly. The food was amazing, best curry my husband's had in years and the pizza was lush.

Ordered a few curry dishes from here last night with a group of friends and was told it would be delivered in half an hour. After an hour and no sign of our food we rang and were told that their delivery van was a wreck and it would be with us soon. Not very professional but we still clung to the belief it would turn up. After another 45 mins we rang to say we were going to either cancel the order or we wanted it half price as this was getting ridiculous!! They agreed and it turned up 2hours after the initial order had been placed! I would like to say it was worth the wait but it totally wasn't! Naan bread was tiny and overcooked, curries were greasy and no dips with the poppadoms! Awful, will definitely not be going there again!

Popadoms were stale and not at all crispy. Food was bland. And the chutney pots weren't even half full. All in all very poor.

We booked to have our takeout delivered for 7.30pm, and they came at 5.40pm!! We had to heat it up later when we were ready. Their passanda used to be amazing, even my friend from London would rave about it being the best and have it whenever she was in Llandudno. But now they've changed the recipe completely it's like a different dish! Mall the other curries seem to be watery now and the quality of the meat has gone down. The kebab meats are dry and some taste like they have been cooked from frozen. So disappointed as Flames were they first and only Indian delivery in Llandudno!

Officially my favourite Asian takeout. Definitely going to order from them again! I grew up in Asia and this is as close and affordable as it's going to get. Absolutely delicious!

I had 4 missed calls and when I called back a lady was very rude to me saying my order was ready for collection and that I best go get it even though it was 20 minutes earlier than the collection time I had chosen myself. I went in to the restaurant and had my food basically thrown at me, my apple pie was cold and they had given me a cheesy garlic bread which I didn't like and didn't order I had ordered a plan garlic bread and my coke that I paid £2 for was a multi pack bottle! Surely that's illegal! Furious with the level of service I received! In future I will go back to kings house as they are polite, quick, and never get my order wrong!

The Korma tasted nothing like a Korma but it was still very nice. Delivery was lightning quick so I'd definitely order again if I was drunk and starving :) I loved the meal, but someone snobby or fussy would have complained.

Had a curry from here a week back with the cousin.. Good mix of stuff jalfreizi, korma and sagalou.. Was all spot on with the peshwari nan.Thoroughly enjoyed the takeaway not too greasy, nice and hot and good flavour.Will eat here again !!
