Chips was very good fish was bad

ordered from here the night before food was really nice so we decided to reorder, however this time it was appalling. Half of our order was missing, when we rang the customer service was horrendous, they told us they would ring us back after speaking to the boss and then didn’t get in contact with us. When we rang them again and again they did not answer and ignored our calls. We payed for food that we did not receive, shocking and disappointing!!!

Absolutely shocking!!! Ordered the bare minimum, waited ages for it and then they forgot half of our order. they didn’t put sauce on things that we asked for but when they did put sauces on they were very stingy with it anyway. definitely won’t go again probably better off going AJ’s

Chicken and Donner Kebab was lovely. Honestly so nice, the Pizza is also quality too. The fries weren't great but as mentioned the rest of the meal make up for it

Ordered pepperoni pizza There wasn't much pepperoni on it so not the best . My friend had burger and chips , the chips were hard and under cooked. This shop has been going for years , I think it may be going down hill a bit. .... .... .... .....

Absolutely appalling service; 45 minutes late, cold, 4 items missing from order, drinks and dips smashed when driver threw the bag over the wall instead of coming in the gate. Food was disgusting.

Ordered pizza for home delivery last night, to be fair delivery speed was excellent which was more than I can say for the pizza. I’d ordered a hot vegetarian and laid extra for green chillis and olives. Pizza was soggy and wasn’t sliced so ended up with a knife and fork. As for it being a hot pizza, even with the sparse green chilis I paid £1 extra for, it wasn’t the least bit hot. I couldn’t find the olives so another £1 wasted. Only had a bit of it as it was just too soggy so the seagulls had it the next morning. Also the 10p charge for a bag when there was no bag!! Won’t be buying from here again. Waste of £15-10. 3 star rating is for delivery speed and nice driver.

Had food from here a couple of months back. Wasn’t great. Friends told us it had improved. Tried again and it was awful. Chicken kebab was burnt, solid hard. The nan was soaked from the wetness of the salad. The whole kebab went in the bin. Hubby had a pizza. One half fine the other half burnt. Oven problems obviously. Paid £30 for a kebab and half a pizza to go in the bin. Never again Advice - avoid !!!

We ordered 2 pizzas. One with extra topping which is £1.50. This pizza should have at least 4 or 5 veg toppings, it was very sparse, no flavour, and hardly any extra topping. The 2nd pizza should have 3 toppings and yet was full of toppings. So half the family were disappointed. Used a few times and it is a gamble. Won't be using again.

Very friendly staff and quick service , i ordered online and Pizzas where both really good loads of BBQ sauce on the base and both very tasty and well filled pizzas

Delivery took almost an hour. Everytime we have ordered from there, there has always been something missing or wrong with the order. Worst Takeaway in Abergele.

This has to be one of the worst, overpriced takeaway's in the entire U.K. Staff are very unfriendly, i thought the young man taking my order was a mute. No manners, no hello can i take your order. Was greeted with just a nod and no words spoken. Very very strange and extremely rude. The order took to long to make 45 mins, no sorry for waiting etc. What you get for your money was unbelievable. They even try to get you to pay more for sauce if you want it separate on the kebab. They make you feel as as though your custom is unimportant. My advice is to avoid, dont let these guys rip you off, and give you very bad customer service. There are much better takeaways near by.

This place and AJ’s are clearly owned by the same people and deliver food randomly from each one I order a chicken doner which is red from here but when they feel like it they just bring me the stuff from AJ’s which is brown They put sod all cheese on the chips and cheese and they repeatedly deliver burnt food I get it’s busy on the weekend but just stop taking orders or tell people it’s gonna be a few house rather than delivering dog food for £40

Ordered two kebabs. Went to the shop nearby for drinks. Brought them home and no salad in them. I didn't think I needed to tell a kebab shop to add salad to a bloody kebab. Ridiculous and pathetic excuse for customer service too.

Ordered Donner meat and chips it was £8.50 witch I think is quite expensive for that there was not a awful lot of dinner meat or salad I was disappointed. The missis ordered cheese and chips and there was not a lot of cheese on the chips . My partners mum ordered a pizza and she said that was nice . Was a shame because last time I got food from here portions were better and the food was better

Food was absolutely awful. 4 of us had mixed donner kebabs, and 4 of us have very upset stomachs. Was only the fact we had to drive so far for the food we didn't take is back, probably the worst tasting kebab I have ever eaten. Small portions, although you wouldn't want any bigger missed items and sauces, strongly recommend you try somewhere else !

Pizza was fine. Fried chicken was absolutely vile and didn't taste like chicken. Mixed Kebab wasn't the best. Waited absolutely ages for it snd Kebab was cold. I wouldn't return or recommend

RUDE! Called up to place an order, and they put the phone down halfway through ordering. Called back a number of times and finally spoke to them again. Refused to take my order saying it's a minimum order of £25 to deliver 4 miles away. SHOCKING SERVICE.

Fancied kebabs for a change as hadn't had any for a while glad we had them from here not greasy, good amount in the kebabs had the chicken and the lamb both very nice and had chips with the chicken very nice too

Chips where like rubber chicken was not cooked properly the coating around the chicken wet still just like play dough Lettuce was brown it been sat for a good few days sweet chilli was watered down with vinegar smell like vinegar taste was not there fed chicken and chips to seagulls JUST NOT WORTH IT AT ALL STAY AWAY I have only ever done 2 reviews and this is my second

Right. First of all. We ordered chicken shis kebab and the guy was slicing chicken doner . Second of all, cutting the chicken with no gloves and apart from that. The chicken was raw. The more he was slicing the chicken the more pink look the chicken inside. Got told that we don't know how to order food and a really but really bad atmosphere. The owner told the staff to give me a piece of that chicken but she didn't tried it. Absolutely lack of caress. They don't have a clue how to operate in a kitchen. Do not go to that place or you will have food poison. Embarrassing, that place should be closed for the way they operate

Ordered last night through the 'conwy eats' app. Arrived in good time. Delivery guy was nice but explained a pizza looked a little burned. Seemed fine to me! Next day he delivered a surprise pizza to make up for the slightly burned one. Made my day. Cheers mate! Great food.

Apparently they don’t know the difference between ketchup and garlic mayo, no offer of a replacement or refund. Missed a pizza off another order as well. Perhaps if you removed your headphones and listened in future.

Sent Pepsi Max, so that'll never get drunk. "Scampi" was nasty minced ocean product stuff and cooked to death, threw most of that away. Chips and cheese were soggy and had some sort of fake cheese that has coated my teeth with a fatty, powdery feeling. Tried 30 times to phone them about it, they seem to have the phone off the hook. Nasty, avoid.

Had a 14 inch hot pizza on my last visit, we have a caravan on one of the sites just up the road and didn't want to cook! Will defo be going back on our next caravan stay over!

Beware of this place they have workers who threaten OAPs Should be shut down not fit in Abergele Wouldn't even go in the place You have been warned.

As a local I would say this is the best locally.

Received delivery which arrived later than stated, chicken burger was still hot enough to eat, seemed well cooked ,salad was OK. Then within hours I was ill, bearing in mind that all I had eaten that day was porridge, a banana and toast, I put it down to the burger, my partner had a beef burger he was fine. I am still ill 6 days on so it's not a bug. Will never order from them again, I've not been able to leave the house for almost a week now.

The delivery was slow, my order was right but everything was wrong with the food i ordered a burger and the bun was as soggy as anything i also asked for garlic sauce on the chips too but they didn't get that right the whole burger and chips was dry and just a soggy burger with the garlic sauce on.

Went here for first time whilst on holiday in Towyn ordered 1 kebab donner lamb and was served it on pitta bread which didnt ask for wanted nan and a carton of chilli sauce was charged £8.50 for kebab and £1 for a small tub chilli sauce really pricy food rip off i say kebab meat was dry and tasteless pitta bread was like toast wont be using here ever again do not recommend anyone ordering food from here also place looks like it needs a good clean look very grubby and dirty wonder what their hygiene rating is?? Look elsewhere if i was you for a cleaner and cheaper place!!

Waited over 2 hours for delivery of a pizza then got a phone call from delivery bloke saying we give wrong address. Disgusting attitude from a man that can't use a sat nav and doesn't know what town he's in. Food never came!

Pre-ordered for 5:45 but received 2 hrs early. Clearly don't know numbers and thought it was 15:45, and spent over £25 but didn't receive the "free" 9in margherita pizza. So all in all not great

😕 well that was £38 of wasted money! Cold chips, baked potato with Chicken Tikka (few pieces of non flavoured chicken and I mean a few pieces), another baked potato with Tuna Mayo (well actually was Tuna (no mayo) and coleslaw) & a minuscule chicken steak burger 😕).... All still hungry and disappointed. At least saving grace the Kids chicken nuggets and chips were ok at least! Main thing, don't want disappointed kids too! I didn't want to order from here but limited choices available..... We chose wrong 🙈.... Should have taken pictures but didn't think about it at the time. Feedback if you don't have something i.e. potato filling then make a call to let us know the alternatives.

Ordered food on Friday evening on clwyd eat app said 45 mins delivery. 2 hours later food turns up with missing 7 pieces of hot wings. Called to try and correct this order and was told they will add them to the next order! My daughter was hungry that night not next time. They said they would bring them out right way. So waiting up for an extra hour and nothing arrived...but still charged for the missing food. There will not be a next time...avoid

If I could leave a minus star i would. Ordered on app just eat said it would be ready in about half an hour. 20 mins later message on app saying it was ready. Turned up about 30 to 35 minutes not even started. Clueless

I came in to collect my food, the owner was so rude to me I felt like walking out, I would come back but I’m not prepared to be spoken to the way he does, I think it was also rude that he was talking about me in Turkish so I couldn’t understand what he was saying, his business would run so much better if he stayed at home! I will never be going there again and I will never let anyone I know go there! So very disappointed!!!!!

Chips pretty basic. Pizza is nothing special at all, thick chewy base with tasteless cheese. Asked for a 5 star review for upgrading our food.

Got order completely wrong. Didn’t offer salad or sauce on burgers, forgot 1 chips and 1 can. Said that’s what we ordered. Made another lot of chips while we waited that were undercooked, 1st were over cooked. Asked about salad so they just threw onions and lettuce in a box also burgers had a funny taste to them. Think it’s under new management as the food there use to be lovely. I definitely will not be going back again

Food is ok the chips I had tasted like warm ups but the special burger was ok , I live just 5 mins away from the shop and it took 1 hour to get to me I can understand if they are busy if it take 30 mins but it wasn't even piping hot when it arrived.

Made a simple order of 2 kebabs chips and cheese and chips and donar meat, they forgot the donor meat and got a kebab wrong, we picked the order up and when I called he said, oh sorry come back, no we want to eat our food while it’s hot (if you can call it that) said they would bring it up straight away, 15 minutes later we finished our tea so called to say bring the refund instead, driver he was leaving now, we are literally up the road, half an hour later nothing so my partner went down! They were rude and wouldn’t give my partner the refund and were telling him to call me, what an earth for call the driver you muppets! He said he wasn’t leaving without the refund, they started mumbling in Turkish and eventually gave him the refund. Any decent establishment would of bought a fresh donor meat and the refund promptly and said sorry for the inconvenience, needless to say we won’t use them again!

Me and my family had a really nice chicken Burger with cheesy chips and my daughter loved her scampi and chips.

Food arrived very cold we contacted just eat who told us to contact the shop,we did and we got told after a phone call back it was because we were 4 miles away and they were very busy. It took 1.30 hours to arrive but it didn't take that long to pick the food back up and we have heard nothing back since they didnt deliver any more food or give us our money back so I would tell people to avoid.

The chicken pizza with stuffed crust was one of the best pizzas I've ever tasted.However, my husband found the meat in his lamb shish kebab inedible - gristly and rock hard in places. You either need to change your cooking style, or your suppliers. The salad selection was poor.Also, an hour was a bit of wait for a delivery on a Monday...I should have come to you instead.

Waited an hour and half for order, no sorry its late! Opened food and no sauce on 😟 chips freezing like they'd been in fridge, chucked in bin and had toast. Not happy and starving!!!

The food was nice but I don't think it was appropriate that the delivery driver parked across mine and next doors private drives. That is rude. And the fact that he handed my partner the order even though we are meant to be social distancing (my partner is I'll as well)

Often go here for a Kebab and chips and to be fair we have always found the food to be of a good standard love the lamb Donar always a very busy place which says alot to.The lads made one mistake once on a visit and we mentioned it the next time that we went and they sorted it no problems thank you lads .keep it up
