I order from Pepes through Uber eats about 1-4 times a month and every time our meals are amazing! Have ordered the same meal a few times and it’s always consistent in size and presentation, and really tasty. Have recently tried the new Texan beef burger and gourmet lamb burger and they were so good! My partner has visited the restaurant twice in person and has said it looks immaculate. Big up the staff at Pepes.

Honestly can’t fault Pepes! Food is always 10/10 (the chicken tasca is my personal fave) and the staff are very friendly and efficient.

I recently ordered a Pepe’s on Uber eats and often do order from here. Never had an issue with the food. However the last couple occasions I have paid for a large Pepsi max drink which should be a cup drink costing £1.99. Instead they send 2x cans of Pepsi max. Sorry but £1.99 for a can of Pepsi max is rip off and a joke. Never used to have an issue before as I always order the same thing, but it’s a regular occurrence recently. Sort it out Pepe’s.

Waited over an hour for my order just to be cancelled and still not refunded. Save your time, go somewhere else.

Portion sizes were shocking. Paid a lot of money just to still feel hungry after, and lack of expected ingredients on my food as advertised. The one star is for the chicken, which was really nice.

The worst meal I have ever had through Just Eat delivery! and it was between 20 minutes and a half hour late.using their delivery times, chips and rice were stone cold and binned and the chicken was only warm.

Overpriced, soggy food, I asked for plain everything and all of the food still ended up spicy, I specifically told the member of staff that I’m not good with spicy food and he obviously hasn’t listened. The onion rings weren’t cooked at all, I wouldn’t have been surprised if they came frozen (only 4 in a bag aswell!) chips were soggy, chicken was dry, lettuce was NOT fresh, if I could give zero stars I would, I am never eating from there again!

Absolutely terrible waste of money and time. One thing wasn’t delivered at all. Every item had something wrong with it. on two items put thing on them and can’t have because of allergies. Tried ringing and no response. Customer service is really bad. I will never ever go there again this is pathetic and wouldn’t recommend to anyone!!

I ordered a quesadilla and a panner wrap which I had previously when they opened the cwmbran branch and it was good then. This time it was so just a totilla that had chicken put in inside and halved and some cheap 10p cheese placed inside it not even closed properly or made properly. It tasted vile and I could've made a better myself but I had to pay for it. Service was so crap to. Never going again
