Nothing available - no loaded fries, no chicken peppercorn, no Angus peppercorn, no dorito chicken fries. Half the menu unavailable :c Staff boy was helpful and replaced fries for us, but how is he supposed to work with no supplies?

Really quiet. Food was cooked to order and really fresh. Toilet are so clean

During a day trip we had a lunch break and for a some reason we decided to choose this restaurant - a big mistake! I had chips & chicken burger. The chips were uneatable and the burger was dry as hell and the patty straight from box. Even a little child could make a better one. We had one bottle of soda and they charged it twice. Crappy place.

Avoid this McDonald’s Drive Through they’ve got so many people waiting for food there’s no room to park. I had two sleeping babies in the car so couldn’t leave them in the car so I had to leave without food or a refund. Don’t waste ur time or cash.

Absolutely disgusting service really rude and unprofessional was sent to wait at a parking bay for 35 minutes for two breakfast wraps when they finally arrived it was two burgers not wraps so I then proceeded two wait a further 15 minutes two the point were we asked for a refund and left the buisness two get food someone els really wouldn’t recommend poor service and attitude

Don't use the app. Thought it was straightforward but continually advised the pizza was cooking. An hour after placing the order for delivery (thought I had) I called to see why it said still cooking.Young lady told me it was for collection! Then asked if I wanted it delivered......an hour after it was cooked yet the app said it was still cooking. Had it said ready for collection after the 15 minutes I would have known there was an issue.

I ordered a burger box meal from the drive-in and got an ordinary one minus the burger, got given the wrong drink, questioned the order, the server shrugged her shoulders and got given the burger with the other two meals which were all cold when we opened them which is not ideal as they should hold temperature when kept together and drive is less than 5 miles away. I can't get any answer from phoning them and have filled in two online complaint forms which didn't work? Been to a few KFC's in my time and this is well below standard to what should be for a brand that promtoes itself on the quality of food and service.

Ordered food via justeat app and the meal been put back twice and still never arrived and no option for refund. Can't believe this shocking behaviour for a food service and it should be shut down if not meeting standards of service when the customer is right.

I place an order Saturday afternoon on 15th April 2023. The delivery was on time and that's the only positive. The chips was an odd colour, had a hint of grey to then and didn't taste right. The fish bites batter was hard and the fish meat inside was though and rubbery, as if they had been reheated. The mince beef pie didn't tate right, I opened the pie it was dry inside. I smelt the inside and I vomited. Can't even describe the smell. The lot was thrown in the bin. I never write reviews, but I was disgusted with my poor food quality. I'm also worried that someone could become seriously ill, if this continues. The owners need to be held accountable and need to be checking what's being produced on there premises.

The old lady that runs this place is absolutely awful. Her attitude is beyond terrible. Shouting at people in the queue, shouting at staff members, just terrible. Not quite sure why she does the job if she hates everyone so much. She should spend more time ordering food so she isn't continuously running out of items

Ordered 2 beef burgers, no fries, sides or drinks, and it was £22.. Burger itself was okay, tasted nice, but beef was very grisly and disappointing, overall this place is good but way overrated for the price £22 for 2 medium sized grissly burgers is insane. can't pay with cash either, and the tablets make the experience very cold and impersonal. not even a big fan of mcdonalds but a 1/4 pounder with cheese for half the price would of been almost as good if not as good. I won't return while prices are this high, and the patty has so much gristle in it it's just not worth it.

Found an eyelash embedded in the coleslaw 🤢. Good thing i was paying attention and had just a few bites before finding it. Binned the rest. Waste of money. Such a shame because the overall taste of the food was actually alright.
