The best restaurants serving Fast food food in South Wales

This must be one of the most poorly managed McDonalds in the country. Everything is either broken or poorly maintained. Toilets are in tatters, toilet roll holders broken on the floor and empty. Hand driers not working properly, ketchup and sauce pump things empty, and clearly not looked after for days. It was just me, the wife and my daughter in the restaurant, and it took absolutely ages to have our food delivered. When it came it was brought over by a glassy eyed zombie teenager who had forgotten parts of the order. When my wife went up to the counter to enquire about the missed items, she was met by another of the living dead devoid of any personality or customer service training. Poor experience, poorly maintained establishment, poor service. Poor old customers!

Acabamos de parar en los servicios de Cardiff Gate para una breve pausa en el baño antes de continuar con nuestro viaje. Utilicé el inodoro para discapacitados ya que estoy registrado como discapacitado. Esta cabina del inodoro también funciona como una instalación de cambio de bebés. Estaba absolutamente disgustado con lo sucio que estaba el cubículo del inodoro. No parece que se haya limpiado en mucho tiempo. Las baldosas están sucias y solo Dios sabe lo que salpicó por todas partes. Obviamente, el lavabo no se ha lavado en tal vez una semana, el piso es pegajoso, el dispensador de rollos de inodoro necesita una buena limpieza y ni siquiera me hagas empezar en el inodoro en sí! La puerta en ambos lados tiene un montón de manchas muy dudosas y líquido pegajoso por todo ella. Necesita una limpieza a vapor y luego un poco de pintura. La pintura dentro del cubículo está cansada, sucia, desconchada y parece poco atractiva. ¡Esto no es suficiente! Nos detuvimos en los servicios en Rugby hace unos días y todo el lugar estaba brillante! ¡Cardiff Gate necesita estar en sus altos estándares! ¡LIMPIA TU PUERTA DE CARDIFF!

This outlet just shamelessly stole from me. I ordered 25£ worth of food, they sent me a pack of chicken nuggets worth 7£. If some random person stole money of you like this they'd be charged for robbery, yet Mcdonalds does it and it's ok? Absolutely disgusted and if it's not sorted by tomorrow I'll be making a complaint to the police.

Lovely hot food all fresh young girl was lovely who served us we will be back with the family all lovely and clean there with hard working staff

The food is just as good or bad as everywhere else, but there is really no fast in Fastfood anymore. I’d say we come her every month and no matter how packed or empty, you will always wait for your food, sometimes 15-20mins. Can’t understand how there aren’t certain everygreen products in stock, in jammed times. You’ll get your drinks and Icecream right away, so all ice will be melted, by the time the food arrives. Sometimes kindly got replacements. The App is also an absolute nightmare and works maybe 1/3 times. Poor Management, should definitely get someone new in for that role. We will check out Burger King for a regular guilty pleasure snack, when it’s open.

Great breakfast. Loved the hash browns. The food was enjoyable. Typical McDonalds food. Service was typical McDonalds service.

Las patatas fritas eran solo 'calientes' - pidió porción fresca y me pidieron que aparcara. El gerente salió al aparcamiento para decirme que no los iba a reemplazar ya que estaban 'frescos' y entró de nuevo en el restaurante. ¡Excelente! ¿Qué forma de tratar a uno de sus habituales.

It really was awful. Cold food, overcooked. Missing items, dirty restaurant. Never again. Took my grandchildren, had to go back to counter several times for missing items

Absolutamente impactante 2 cajas de aperitivos y una caja de arroz esperó más de 15 minutos y obtuvo un reembolso. Otra vez la razón por la que conduzco más lejos para obtener un mejor servicio

Terrible service, cancelled my order 5 times, and when tracked the uber driver he was 2 streets away from me and still cancelled. Never order from here, awful experience

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about, might have been worse in the past but got our food quickly, food was hot, everything we ordered was there and the lad behind the counter was nice

Ordered a fillet salad. Appalled that it arrived as a box of iceberg lettuce, a handful of sweetcorn dumped on the side and a tiny fillet that looked like it had been dropped on the floor. Absolutely nothing like the image on the menu. When I complained, and commented on the missing tomatoes, I was told they don’t receive tomatoes so can’t add them ! Had a refund. Sadly took it back appalled before taking a photo.

Been in work since 8am, its now 9.45pm waiting for a replacement bus, i fancy some chips & kabab meat, cost £6.50!!! (This is ponty not frigging somewhere posh!) how he got this price i do not know! So heres a list of better things i could of got for £6.50! A bus ride home! From CARDIFF to Aberdare!, a tesco meal deal!, 2 drinks in spoons!, 2 cinema tickets! On wednesdays! Burger king food, mcdonalds food!, my point is! For the quality of the food & the amount, i'd have been better off waiting 40mins in spoons & getting the next bus home!

Ieuan was sooooooo unprofessional it was unbelievable. When I recieved my food ieuan give me a devilish look as if the food was wrong and to my surprise of course it was. When I went back to complain I was laughed at by a tall boy named ieuan who drives a blue fiesta and I was then told to deal with it by him. Not impressed at all. Ieuan if you read this you need a serious sorting out of your customer service.

Cada vez que voy aquí por comida me dicen que no hay té o café disponible, uso esto al menos 4 veces al mes y cada vez digo las mismas mentiras, a menos que los propietarios no se puedan molestar en arreglarlo quién sabe, y también piel en papas fritas realmente, ¿por qué no podemos tener la opción de papas fritas normales y no me digas que es más saludable con toda la grasa en el pollo
