This outlet just shamelessly stole from me. I ordered 25£ worth of food, they sent me a pack of chicken nuggets worth 7£. If some random person stole money of you like this they'd be charged for robbery, yet Mcdonalds does it and it's ok? Absolutely disgusted and if it's not sorted by tomorrow I'll be making a complaint to the police.

Dreadful service, went through the drive through to get happy meals for our children. The man/boy taking orders had very poor customer service skills and instead of asking “what drink would you like?” We got “yeah!”. And this was after everything item we asked for. Was handed the wrong drink and told to park up, took a further 15 minutes to receive the food and no straw for the very watered down Coke which went straight in the bin. Can’t wait for Burger King to arrive and we won’t be coming back!!

Terrible service. Went through the drive thru and was told to wait in the car park. Waited nearly 30 minutes and ended up speaking to the manager. Other cars who arrived after me were serviced before me. Worse service I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. Would have been quicker to cook it myself.

£60-£100 a burger if you stay 90mins! Pretty crap staff and signage to alert folks to this. Guess the owner takes a cut with Parking Eye to boost their incomes - steer clear, go elsewhere, don't take the risk - it takes ages to find a space in their tiny car park, then you're running out of time...

Ronnie McDonald in charge of the deliveries today. My word, what a useless McDonalds this is, just ordered some breakfast for us totaling £17 with delivery and the driver turns up with 2 bottles of orange juice, I get some flim flam about thier computer not showing and order except 2 bottle of tropincana, for £17, I suspect it was too difficult for the branch in Blackwood to think something may have gone wrong with this order, but no they waste a drivers time sending him out with 2 mouthfuls of orange juice, which were duly sent beck with the driver with concise instructions on what the branch manager could do with his 2 bottles of tropicana. It's no wonder McDonalds mascot is a clown, who would think Ronnie McDonald was in charge of the delivery side today. As ordered through just eat this excuse for a branch will do nothing and just let Ronnie crack on. Won't use this lot again

There is currently a promotion that if you order on the App you get a 30% discount. The App is really poor - it puts you in an endless payment authorisation cycle over and over again and then it will not let you check in at the restaurant "as you have not arrived" - when you are sat in the place!Other than that I found the staff friendly and orders assembled correctly.

Ordered a fillet salad. Appalled that it arrived as a box of iceberg lettuce, a handful of sweetcorn dumped on the side and a tiny fillet that looked like it had been dropped on the floor. Absolutely nothing like the image on the menu. When I complained, and commented on the missing tomatoes, I was told they don’t receive tomatoes so can’t add them ! Had a refund. Sadly took it back appalled before taking a photo.

It really was awful. Cold food, overcooked. Missing items, dirty restaurant. Never again. Took my grandchildren, had to go back to counter several times for missing items

Ordered via just eat, there’s notes on the order to add for allergies or changes etc. I only asked for my zinger stacker to be plain only cheese, no sauce no nothing as I cannot stand the stuff, infact I put it in capital letters as I’ve had issues before. Rang 4 times no answer, just to confirm because even though it’s on the notes it’s never listened to. No one answered, food arrived and to no shock it was smothered in sauces and lettuce absolutely disgusting. Nearly £16 for a small cold chips, can and two hot wings as the burger was not edible. Contacted just eat to get a refund or replacement and they can’t do nothing as it needs to go to the store directly, but funny enough no one answers the phone. I don’t know how people are employed and are not capable of looking at notes on the order especially when they’re in capital letters. Goes to show a lot about who the store is taking on really.

Been in work since 8am, its now 9.45pm waiting for a replacement bus, i fancy some chips & kabab meat, cost £6.50!!! (This is ponty not frigging somewhere posh!) how he got this price i do not know! So heres a list of better things i could of got for £6.50! A bus ride home! From CARDIFF to Aberdare!, a tesco meal deal!, 2 drinks in spoons!, 2 cinema tickets! On wednesdays! Burger king food, mcdonalds food!, my point is! For the quality of the food & the amount, i'd have been better off waiting 40mins in spoons & getting the next bus home!

Food was hot and fresh…. When it eventually arrived! Have been here about 4 times in the last year, every time is the same experience. For starters, the drive through runs out of sequence. If you are 2nd in the queue and the car ahead of you is slow ordering, 6 cars will jump ahead of you in the other lane. Very frustrating! On this visit, someone was holding up the queue , do was 10 mins at least before I could pay for my order. A further wait of 5 mins before I get to window to collect my order, where I am then asked to repeat my order again before being asked to park in a bay to wait for my order. I was given my too drinks in a cup holder which were so full the liquid was bursting through the lid. On previous occasions , good has been missing , or order completely wrong. Don’t normally write bad reviews , as anyplace can have a bad day, but this branch really needs a good sorting out!

I have nothing better to do so I'll write a review, had a 8 piece fillet meal with 4 chips and popcorn chicken with a drink bottle. Chips and chicken were nice and soft. They finally gave a gravy that expires the next day rather than the same day so the gravy is actually delicious. I hope they keep this up because the gravy is usually runny like tea... This time there was nothing to complain about!

Won’t let kids in after 6pm! Absolutely ridiculous! Honestly not worth a trip or the petrol if you plan on going for an evening meal or snack!
