McDonald's - Capitol Shopping Park in Cardiff

This must be one of the most poorly managed McDonalds in the country. Everything is either broken or poorly maintained. Toilets are in tatters, toilet roll holders broken on the floor and empty. Hand driers not working properly, ketchup and sauce pump things empty, and clearly not looked after for days. It was just me, the wife and my daughter in the restaurant, and it took absolutely ages to have our food delivered. When it came it was brought over by a glassy eyed zombie teenager who had forgotten parts of the order. When my wife went up to the counter to enquire about the missed items, she was met by another of the living dead devoid of any personality or customer service training. Poor experience, poorly maintained establishment, poor service. Poor old customers!

Went just before my local team played in our Europa conference league game. It was quite busy as there was away and home fans getting food from the same place but that doesn’t change the fact that it took 45 mins to get two burger meals. We asked about our food 4 times and on the 4th attempt we got our food from a very lovely lady.

Absolutely filthy, no sugar, had to ask for the table to be wiped, no receipt from the machine, would I go again? Absolutely not

For the past couple of years its either self cleaning or not working, Ive now found out its cos the night shift dont like cleaning the machine after use and its too labour intensive... This has been going on for years... we work on the door step and its always the same excuse...we visit weekly..

Lunch time on a Friday … not a particularly busy day but still unable to have a quarter pounder ready for window delivery . Better planning , less people wandering around the car park delivering !!

I won’t be delivering here again or to the shops nearby, due to Premier Parking jobs-worths giving a fine. It’s ridiculous that they have not enough accessible parking bays that can contain a delivery van. If you use the normal car spaces they fine you! This despite the car park being half empty. The shops will now lose out on mine, plus family and friends custom.

I don’t think there has ever been 1 single time that I have ordered food in the drive thru and been given it straight away. Always “can you park up please”.

Slowest food I’ve ever had in McDonald’s. 11 mins after I ordered they are still preparing my 1 McMuffin order. Lots of food sat under the hot lamps. Noones serving at the desk. All staff are ignoring customers. 13 Mins after I ordered I get my “fast” food

How many more times am I going to visit this place to get McFlurry treats for the family, only to be told that they are not available and neither are any thick shakes. This must’ve happened half a dozen times in the last few months. Either get a new machine or buy enough cream!

We recently visited this establishment, sat beautifully in the foreground of the Cardiff City stadium. Entering the building we were expecting the best through the form of the Jamaican Jerk chicken burger, from the newly anticipated festive menu. The suspense was frightening, being foodies we went all in, chips and all. As lovely Denise brought out our banquet, the excitement brewed to breaking point. Initially we were introduced to the new transparent cup lids, which took us back but amazed us. The chips were next in store, but quite frankly they were poor, cold, pathetic serving size and damp. Next was the much anticipated Christmas special although it didn’t set the world alight, it left us satisfied. However, we think it’s important to conclude on the fact that the service by our lovely Denise was very encouraging considering the circumstances of the world we live in today. Great food and you would expect from fast food. Very clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Came here on Wednesday 5/8/20 and managed to sit outside, the table was very dirty and the sign on the table said the tables are cleaned after every use but this is clearly not happening! Also received my food and was missing the straw, sauces and also my gherkins from my burger. Really bad experience 👎

I recently visited to this store and the new guy Jamie was a lovely lad and provided great customer services while serving me on the drive thru and good was lovely keep this up guys will be back soon :)

This popular place can get really busy at times . The food is always nicely cooked and you dont have to wait to long for it to arrive . On a few occasions we have been there we must say one member of staff a lady called Wendy stands out and should be praised for being really helpful ,nothings to much trouble for her and she keeps the restaurant lovely and clean she works non stop.

So the boss treats me to Mcdonalds for lunch, normally I'd say "Thanks for lunch it was lush". Bit embarassed to tell him "To be fair, this is crap, thanks though!" Absolutely charcoaled burgers, like cardboard, and the chips were hard as rock, must have been left under the heater for hours!! Pick your socks up Mcdonalds management and manage your branch! Won't buy from you again!

Tonight we were asked on 3 occasions to move from the collection window to a non existent parking bay (to wait for our food) in spite of the fact that there were no other cars behind us. We were told we were on a sensor that would mean that the management would question why we hadn’t be served quick enough. We eventually moved to a disabled parking spot (not ideally) but had to go into the building to collect our luke warm food!!! Fast food??

I went through the drive through and ordered a big tasty meal with bacon and some cheese dippers. The cheese dippers were delicious, but the rest of my meal was not edible it was that cold. It wasn’t even luke warm. It was like the burger and fries had been left out for a while.

カーディフシティーのプレミアリーグマッチ前、初めてなのでまずはスタジアムの側まで行って腹ごしらえに利用しました。車道からのアクセスだと少し遠回りになりますが、歩いてならスタジアムの駐車場から脇道が有りアクセス可能。手軽に満足出来ました。

Used the Drive thru and staff were friendly and efficient. Quickly paid and got to drive off with the lovely Aero Peppermint McFlurry. Was amazing. Would recommend.

Visited McDonald's the other evening. Food was fine once it finally arrived - but it took an age. Needs to be quicker!

You get what you pay for. Basic on the go food. Place was clean, staff friendly. Toilets clean. Facility to charge phones and free WiFi.

Delicious burgers and fries as alway. near a casino, Cardiff stadium, supermarkets, it’s so convincente, drive thru easy and quick service
