KFC in Cardiff

Cada vez que voy aquí por comida me dicen que no hay té o café disponible, uso esto al menos 4 veces al mes y cada vez digo las mismas mentiras, a menos que los propietarios no se puedan molestar en arreglarlo quién sabe, y también piel en papas fritas realmente, ¿por qué no podemos tener la opción de papas fritas normales y no me digas que es más saludable con toda la grasa en el pollo

¡Nunca más haré un pedido desde aquí! Ordenaron que se entregara comida para el 15 : 30 , a través de Just Eat, at 13 : 56 . A eso de las 15: 00 comprobé la app y el tiempo estimado de entrega fue entre 15 : 40 & 16 : 10 . Comprobado a las 16: 00 y el tiempo estimado de entrega fue más tarde de nuevo. Comprobado de nuevo a las 16: 45 y el plazo estimado de entrega fue de entre 17 : 10 & 17 : 40 . Teniendo en cuenta que el progreso de la comida no había cambiado en absoluto, todavía en el orden recibido. Traté de llamarlos pero el número es inválido, comprobado en su sitio web, el número de teléfono era el mismo todavía tono de marcación inválido! Tuve suficiente y cancelé el pedido. Hice un pedido a través de Just Eat de nuevo de KFC Newport Road y recibí mi comida 20 minutos después. Siempre he tenido problemas menores con KFC Cardiff Gate, pero esto fue lo peor.

No sé por qué me molesto en que me entreguen mi pedido desde aquí. Nunca me dieron los chapuzones y esta vez no recibí mi galleta. Traté de llamarlos pero no contesté.

Stopped off for a snack on our way home from a lovely break in Wales. Oh dear the toilets are disgusting! No way would I use them! I explained to the staff and 30 mins later nothing was done! They were smelly dirty tissue everywhere! Will never stop here again

Just paid 26 pound for two meals and they were stone cold . The counter assistant wiped his nose twice and proceeded to pack a bag of food for delivery. When presented with our food we found a table that was coverd in the previous customers left overs . Twice another assistant walked past ignoring the mess . To then watch a gentleman that was served after us take his cold burger back and complain . When your travelling and in need to stop and have food you exspect edible food . Also there was an out of stock on water and tea . An absolute terrible experience that I shall not put myself through let alone the amount of money they charged my partner for it . Terrible service !😡 Burger King at cardiff gate take my advice and brush up on your catering knowledge.. food should be hot .. 75 degrees .. and wear gloves to serve especially if you have a cold .. wash your hands it’s common knowledge 😡

Didn’t let me customise wrap or claim any app offers. Very lazy management, awful. Didn’t let me claim discount either.

Left short on our order again (over 18 months, this is the third time). Rang the store after to let them know or arrange a refund but the telephone number is not in service. I went back the next day was offered the missing items but wanted a refund as items not needed then. Told to contact Head Office to get my refund, which is absurd as they were willing to give me the items then but not the same value in a refund? Will be contacting their Head Office as instructed. Not happy as even if I did return on the same day for the missing items it would take me 40 min travel time there and back home!!!! RIDICULOUS!!! Attendant also did not seemed too surprised that their store number was not in service which makes me think, why do they have it on their website and till receipt?

Just had the mighty bucket for 1. The food was dry like cardboard but still charged full price.food quality from this outlet very unpredictable. Food thrown into bin.

Shockingly slow. Unfriendly,disorganised. Had to cancel our order after 15mins of waiting . Shame as was really looking for to a kfc

I was served by the manager called Tabarak . He started off rudely saying thhst it would take 7 min to make the chicken. This was 10 min after we had waited to order. He told us that we could choose not to order as it was very busy and he was the only one doing drive thru. We agreed to wait but after another 10-15 min of waiting I saw he served another car who went with 2 boxes. I then went up to the window and asked for the chicken. He was extremely rude and when I asked to complain to the manager he stated that he was the manager and that I could have the refund add go. However my child was waiting in the car for the chicken and asked again how long. He shut the window twice on me and I could hear him swearing from inside. Subsequently 2 of the female employees came and apologised and gave us the food. Please beware of this man!

Ordered 4 meals on ubereats, upon delivery one complete meal was missing, and one of the sides was also missing, will not be ordering again, as this is the second time in a row we have ordered from them, and both times missing items. Total waste of time.

That place is a joke. First the staff working in there were rude and unpolite, second, the food was not well cooked... Avoid if you can... A McDonald's is around the corner, same exit on M4.

WOW!! How these places stay open I’ll never know!! 20 mins in drive through only 3 cars in front. Surrounded by litter an staff out the back smoking!!!! Ewww I’m already regretting I got in the queue. The car park and surroundings is absolutely disgusting . Anyway to then get to the till and to be told to wait in the bay for our food........ Waited half hour and no sign of any food. So went in with proof of receipt & the lady replied (oh yes I’ll get this done now) ha ha by this point I thought I just want my money back. Finally got To to the beach after a 45+ mins and unwrap all the food. No ketchup given and asked twice , no cutlery for rice box meal or kids yogurt meal & no napkins ! seriously !!!! AVOID!!!!!!!

Went on a Saturday evening at 20-00 hrs. Were give the wrong meals and over charged, the member of staff was obviously new to the job, and the error was immediately corrected. Food, the chicken had been kept waiting, and the chips were luke warm. I did not like the BBQ sauce or the sweet chilli sauce. Do not plan to return to a KFC in the future.

Original view of this place was fantastic! We stopped in the Ibis over the road and just ate here for convenience. First meal was perfect. Then decided we wanted a bite to eat before they closed... What a mistake! The girl that served me pressured me into making my mind up and honestly we wish we hadn't bothered! Waste of money, dry inside and extremely greasy! You could hear the grease spurting when you bit into it. Avoid!

This pit is off the M4 in Wales. Burger King are also here and you would imagine the would want to put out good food and fight for business but no, KFC dishes out cold and dry beans, burger bun is stale. All and all a disgrace. Stay a million miles away.

having been on a cruise, we were up and on the road early, needed something to eat and for speed we stopped at Cardiff for lunch, have to say this is the best KFC we have ever had, food was fresh and piping hot, highly recommended!
