KFC in Swansea

Absolutamente impactante 2 cajas de aperitivos y una caja de arroz esperó más de 15 minutos y obtuvo un reembolso. Otra vez la razón por la que conduzco más lejos para obtener un mejor servicio

Pedido a través de solo comer, hay notas en el pedido para añadir para alergias o cambios, etc. Solo pedí que mi apilador zinger fuera solo queso, sin salsa ni nada ya que no soporto las cosas, de hecho lo puse en mayúsculas ya que he tenido problemas antes. Sonó 4 veces sin respuesta, solo para confirmar porque aunque está en las notas nunca se escucha. Nadie contestó, llegó la comida y para sorpresa se asfixió en salsas y lechugas absolutamente repugnantes. Casi £ 16 por unas pequeñas patatas fritas, lata y dos alitas calientes ya que la hamburguesa no era comestible. Contactados solo comen para obtener un reembolso o reemplazo y no pueden hacer nada, ya que necesita ir a la tienda directamente, pero lo curioso es que nadie contesta el teléfono. No sé cómo se emplea a las personas y no son capaces de mirar las notas en el pedido, especialmente cuando están en mayúsculas. Va a mostrar mucho sobre quién se está enfrentando realmente la tienda.

Ordered £40 of food to be delivered as a family treat only to have someone else order for 1 sent. Delivery driver just left food and said nothing he could do and the store do not answer the phone as I have been calling for over an hour! Customer care is none existent as is my refund so far!

spent £40 on food for 3. when the delivery arrived our order wasn’t given to us. we’ve spent over an hour trying to contact the branch and still have had no response. so we’ve been left with no food and £40 down. don’t recommend. they usually miss one item but 3 whole meals is next level

This is the second time I’ve been here in one week and my order is not right no gravy again i don’t understand I make it so clear this has happened a few times now

Fab food, speedy and good customer service. Don't bother with Nandos next door, Go to KFC Morfa. Clearly this branch has got it right.

I ordered food and asked about vegan mayo and the woman serving me had a stinking attitude. I don't think she likes her job much, that's the way is seems to me. Maybe she was having bad day but there's no need to takevit out on your customers.

To be honest the restaurant was nearly empty and I was served very quickly. The issue was the way the food was presented. The chips were what looked like thrown onto the paper plate the back as neither on the plate or tray. The bag the chicken was in again was just thrown on tray. The food itself was tepid in heat and some of the chicken pieces were dry. Not the best culinary experience. Unfortunately i did not have my phone with me to take pictures doh

Not the beat of meals to be honest. Cold chips most of the chicken was dry and tepid. Service was slow but due to the amount of customers i understand that. But maybe experienced and more staff may be an option.

We’re always paying for more than we actually receive at this drive through! Missing items again this time round.

I’ve never had a good experience at this KFC so have only been twice before since it opened. Only visited tonight because they do the vegan burger and we’ve recently transitioned to plant based eating. I didn’t know what their plant based burger was called so just asked ‘can I have the plant based burger please?’ to which the brainless sounding young woman said ‘that’s McDonalds’. I said can I have your plant based burger and she repeated ‘that’s McDonalds, we do a vegan one’. Anyway, after that palaver we eventually put an order in, got home to a burger that looks like disappointment in a box. About 3 pieces of lettuce the size of 10p and a teaspoon of Mayo. My husband had the smallest 3 pieces of chicken in his Colonels meal. I’ll stick to Burger King in future, no idea how this venue stays open, awful attendants, awful service and awful food.

Very disappointing to find that after driving off with the bought box meals they didn't come with forks, sauces and napkins to eat them. What is the point of a drive thru if the people behind the window don't look properly after the customers?

We called in to KFC for some food and we was waiting by till for about 10 mins and asked the man can someone serve us please only to be told we are busy, so we give him a bit more time and asked him again only to be told we to busy sorry there's nobody available to serve you which we replied we will go somewhere else then. Very rude and disrespectful.

Drive thru service was insanely bad. The speaker barely works and some staff members tend to be rude sounding when you say “sorry can you repeat that please” ruined my day so not going back in there. Better KFC’s out there not too far from this one.

I have never witnessed such chaos and lack of direction and leadership. The service was appalling. Why would you leave new inexperienced staff loose on the public at the busiest time on a Saturday just before a big football match. The food was extremely slow in being dispatched resulting in it being cold. Wrong drinks issued. This could been disastrous as a full sugar given instead of sugar free one of the group is diabetic. So all in all not a good experience.

Visited here recently, have never been here before but had stopped going to my local one due to missed items, badly cooked chicken etc. This restaurant is so much better, very clean, friendly staff and the best cooked chicken I have had in years, not at all greasy and very moist and actually tastes of chicken. Will be visiting again very soon.

Another visit and my order is wrong again, this time I used the new Self Service terminals just in case my order was misinterpreted I ordered boneless fillets meal with a mayo and a bbq dip and a large Pepsi. However I had a boneless fillet meal with a tomato dip and a bbq dip and a Diet Pepsi/Pepsi max instead and lukewarm fries, had the restaurant been busy I would have put it down to that, but it wasn’t. I just give up sometimes!!

Went through drive through, little queue but moved fairly quickly. We parked our car in the carpark and started to eat our food. No bbq dip given and wrong side given. Luckily we didn’t drive off so we only had to walk into the shop to sort out. Both of our items were on the receipt so they shouldn’t have gotten it wrong. All food was hot and yummy as you would expect.

Had lunch yesterday in Kfc morfa in landore Swansea,exellant food,good service,very clean restaurant,only downfall were the mens toilets which had toilet paper scattered everywhere and needed to be cleaned up
