Mcdonald's Restaurant in Bridgend

The food is just as good or bad as everywhere else, but there is really no fast in Fastfood anymore. I’d say we come her every month and no matter how packed or empty, you will always wait for your food, sometimes 15-20mins. Can’t understand how there aren’t certain everygreen products in stock, in jammed times. You’ll get your drinks and Icecream right away, so all ice will be melted, by the time the food arrives. Sometimes kindly got replacements. The App is also an absolute nightmare and works maybe 1/3 times. Poor Management, should definitely get someone new in for that role. We will check out Burger King for a regular guilty pleasure snack, when it’s open.

After stating twice that I wanted my burger with no cheese and it also showing on the box NO Cheese guess what I had to scrape off my burger .. yep 🧀 Luckily enough I just don’t like the stuff and don’t have an actual allergy

honestly sick of this absolutely nothing good about this experience today. told to wait, hence i waited. NOTHING?? then something… but not good like literally cold chips. BAD

If I could give a no score I would of, food was really to collect for 15 minutes and when we asked the young 18 year old roled her actual eyes at me. Food came asked for curry sauce and and she slammed them down on the tray. How I didn't punch her one I never know and the food was cold. Wasted 35 pound if food

Dreadful service, went through the drive through to get happy meals for our children. The man/boy taking orders had very poor customer service skills and instead of asking “what drink would you like?” We got “yeah!”. And this was after everything item we asked for. Was handed the wrong drink and told to park up, took a further 15 minutes to receive the food and no straw for the very watered down Coke which went straight in the bin. Can’t wait for Burger King to arrive and we won’t be coming back!!

This is the best McDonald’s I have ever been too. Always fresh and delicious to eat. Would definitely come again. Thank you guys much appreciated.

Went to this mcdonalds because pencoed was closed. Ordered my food via the drive through while I was waiting for my food a member of staff was going through the rubbish bin for something then without washing her hands made a drink for a guest. Absolutely disgusting.

Can't get an order right. Went through the drive through, got back to work, half the order missing even after they confirmed the details. Robbed. Can't reach them on the phone. If this was a one-off I wouldn't think much, but this happens too often to be acceptable. The manager needs a serious talking to. Not up to standard. No-one from our office will be back.
