Burger King in Bridgend

Missing sides ! This has happened on a number of occasions with missing items. Not good at all!

Initially said around 30 mins for delivery, took around 1hr 30 for delivery and food was cold

Had to reheat my whole order in my air fryer... again... lesson learned to do that now 3 times in a row somethings gone downhill somewhere. Looks like that was my last burger king order.

I was missing extra paid for whooper patty and extra bacon and cheese missing

food luke warm amd missing a meal

ordered a chicken royale with bacon and cheese but they sent a plain chicken royale with out the bacon and cheese

Never again. Why have codes and it’s not delivered !? What a waste of £30. Will not be using you again

No ketchup or serviette in the bag

I order chicken burgers and it tastes like acrylic. And i m very disappointed with there services. Never had this type of food anywhere.

The delivery arrived earlier than expected which was great because I was starving. The driver was really lovely and polite. He has delivered to us before and he said he recognised me. Unlike some drivers he seemed happy about his work and very friendly.

Most expensive chips ever, £63 order for 4 burgers, chips and extras. All that arrived was 4 bags of cold chips. Never mind, they said they will review in four days. Wow, customer service at its finest

Order took an age to arrive and fries were all cold. I will never understand why they insist on putting the cold drinks in the bag with the hot food. Delivery driver used a transport bag full of old carrier bags to transport the food. Not at all appetising!

I'm sorry the burgers are average and they are overpriced - won't be having it again.

Disappointed as this was yet another order that came without the sauce I’d paid for. Happens with a lot of places, and I know it isn’t the fault of JustEat, but it’s very frustrating. Especially when we had 20 nuggets and no sauce.

Was last of 3 stops and stone cold unedable food. Going in the bin, but looks like I can get £5 credit back from my £20 spend. Bank claim made.

Loved it much better than McDonalds you get more for your money. It’s always warm and the ordering process is much more efficient

lovely food, nice and hot and was given out at a fast speed. The staff member who gave me my order was a boy called Tom who was lovely, he was alone and managed to give fast service with a smile :). The man liam was also very sweet towards his staff members and the blonde girl was also very friendly. over all a fantastic experience ! was on friday the 15th 2:30

I did not receive a double whopper, they only gave me a single whopper, and it had ketchup/mayo/pickles/etc on, which I asked them to remove.

The chicken nuggets in combination with the sweet and smokey BBQ sauce are to die for. 😋. Combine with fries 🍟, some onion rings and a drink and you're in heaven 😍
