brilliant as always well cooked burgers very tasty tried the cheese and bacon fries very very edible

Chips were gold and gave me the wrong sauce

When the meal arrived they had given me the wrong burger

Absolutely awful, the food that did arrive was freezing and not to mention 3 missing items after waiting an hour for the food

Cold burgers and cold chewy nuggets no drink for childs meal

The delivery arrived earlier than expected which was great because I was starving. The driver was really lovely and polite. He has delivered to us before and he said he recognised me. Unlike some drivers he seemed happy about his work and very friendly.

Most expensive chips ever, £63 order for 4 burgers, chips and extras. All that arrived was 4 bags of cold chips. Never mind, they said they will review in four days. Wow, customer service at its finest

Order took an age to arrive and fries were all cold. I will never understand why they insist on putting the cold drinks in the bag with the hot food. Delivery driver used a transport bag full of old carrier bags to transport the food. Not at all appetising!

I'm sorry the burgers are average and they are overpriced - won't be having it again.

Disappointed as this was yet another order that came without the sauce I’d paid for. Happens with a lot of places, and I know it isn’t the fault of JustEat, but it’s very frustrating. Especially when we had 20 nuggets and no sauce.

lovely food, nice and hot and was given out at a fast speed. The staff member who gave me my order was a boy called Tom who was lovely, he was alone and managed to give fast service with a smile :). The man liam was also very sweet towards his staff members and the blonde girl was also very friendly. over all a fantastic experience ! was on friday the 15th 2:30

As I'm disabled and basically house bound, I can get up and down stairs without carrying anything in my hands, The Driver left it on the DOOR STEP AND WHEN I SHOUTED THROUGH THE INTERCOM AND OPENED THE DOOR SO THE DOOR WAS OPEN HE THREW IT IN???

It's just sad, the employees just doesn't want to be there, the looks and sad/angry faces when they dealing with you, or when you ask them for something and they just ignore you, really you can fing another job, if you don't want to be there...

I called in here a few days ago to pick up a meal before making my way to the cinema and to say it was disappointing would be an understatement. Firstly, all the order kiosks weren't working. This isn't a huge deal for me because I don't actually like them anyway, but it doesn't look very professional and gives a poor first impression. That very quickly brings us on to the bigger issue with secondly, when I went to the counter to order, I was then told that they don't have any 'patties', by which they mean, burgers. To put this in to perspective, this establishment is called: BURGER KING. *** Approximate start of frustrated rant *** They only have two words in the name of their organisation and one of those is the word 'burger'. The only thing they definitely need to be sure they've got at all times is burgers. Customers will often accept a lot of alternatives to a lot of products, but it's as essential for Burger King to have burgers as Pizza Hut to have pizza or KFC to have chicken. These products are synonymous with each respective business and typically the only reason why a paying customer might visit. It could easily be described as their core product, given that their entire business model is built around it. In summary, under no circumstances should any establishment within the service industry run out of the product they provide as a service or else in this instance, they'd no longer be providing the service that perpetuates their business and may soon find themselves no longer trading. *** Approximate end of frustrated rant *** Anyway, my daughter had a Chicken Royal and said it was ok. That said, it was £9.49 and she wasn't paying, so in context, I had nothing to eat from Burger King and paid nearly a tenner to watch someone else eat a chicken sandwich. Good value for money? No, not really. As I sat there in the food court, I could hear all the other 'would be' patrons storming past us from the counter, empty handed, red faced and muttering angrily, no doubt in the same disbelief as me that Burger King didn't have any burgers. In summary, a poor dining experience.

Not sure if it's the standard service here at this branch for a Saturday night but we just wanted to grab something quick on the way to a show in Cardiff. They currently have 1x staff in kitchen and 1x staff on counter, seems like they're processing 1x order at a time but still very slow service at that, they're not even rushing one bit at all, despite a queue of orders and other fed up waiting customers... 30mins ongoing, this is ridiculous for a service station! I'm gonna be so miffed if we miss our show.

Worst burger king i ever experienced, the ordering is horrible and doesnt even work. Ordering by phone is just simply not possible at all. The Kiosks are lagging like hell and probably run windows 95. Avoid this at all cost

If you like BK say to the other one then it's ok for when on your travels but actually I travel to sarn services just for a BK from Port Talbot as I like them compared to McDonald's

Geddon Burger King, I always enjoy a good whopper meal! Today's was awesome! 💯

I was slightly disappointed with the portion sizes of the double cheeseburger as it was quite small compared to the whopper. Food was served within 3 minutes to an adequate standard. Food tasted adequate for fast food standards. I also noticed that the coke was sweeter than McDonald's and that the food was more worth the price paid.

My order says it’s been delivered but hasn’t and I can’t get hold of the place great so the driver stole my food
