Burger King in Bridgend

Just your average expensive Burger King on a motorway service area. Nice and easy to get too, walk in through the doors and it’s on the right.

Ok..this BK is inside a motorway services therefore the meals are ridiculously expensive for what they are. Overall, the burger and fries were cooked very well and the service was good. Atmosphere at this services was the usual vibe for a motorway i e. Not great!

Decent food for a chain, burgers are always pretty good and salads are fresh. Food still hot when delivered. Chilli cheese bites always great, excellent snack to go with some beers. Highly recommended for a late drunken take out (if BRGR are open though they're a much better option)

Got food poisoning, never again …

I think they must employ special needs people here. On three occasions in a row we've made an order on Uber Eats and each time they've not sent the correct order out. Do not even try blaming Uber for this - like yourselves, I used to have a dead end job in fast food so I know the fault lays at the feet of the employees here. Either retrain your thick as **** staff or hire competent employees.

Awful service! Barely half of the food that we ordered showed up and when we tried to speak to someone about the mistake nobody was to be found. When we were finally able to speak with someone they made it out like it was our fault (even though we paid for goods that we never received) and told us that they are unable to do anything. Never eating from here again.

Portion size a joke. Got a large chips and it’s the smallest large I’ve ever seen. I get Burger King in generally you don’t get a lot. But this site is taking the p. 11.80 for a meal and you give me a toddler portion of fries. The young girls must have no shame, tiny bags anyway and fill one under half full and serve it to someone. I’d be embarrassed.

They don't accept any discount codes from the Burger King App 😞

What an aweful place full of aweful ignorant people. Ordered our dinner as we are working in healthcare and working through new years eve. Partial order arrived. Been on phone for over an hour until this Kaithleen answered the phone. The most ignorant person I have ever talked to in any customer services. Her best solution was to wait for a refund for 7 days then order again. She would be well happy with us ordering and paying again for the same order and hope that this time they will manage to put 3 menus together. Incompetency at its best. Avoid and eat anything else. Look at the rest of the reviews. I wish I had looked before I ordered...

They always forget some of my food and charge me the same still with no refunds or new items and my chips are always cold

Ordered a delivery when it came half the order was missing tried calling too complain but kept getting cut off won’t be ordering from here again

Terrible and very disappointed, ordered a delivery last night as a treat, the food arrived cold, 2 items missing (which they have reimbursed me for) I had to give my fries to my son as the portions weren't enough to feed a small child. If I hadn't had the first time order discount applied this would of cost me £17 Will not be purchasing again!

Just ordered a double bacon and cheese XL meal and 20 nuggets just arrived I got onion rings bacon and cheese fries and a small burger completely the wrong order how can you get that wrong very disappointing

Great to stop for a quick snack of spicy cheese bites and onion rings at the end of a day-trip to the beach. Convenient for our travel and quick.

Given the wrong burger, didn't realise until back in the car and very very expensive!! Will not go there again! Over £7 for 1 burger! 😮

Considering it was pretty busy when we visited we didn't have to wait long to order or for our food to arrive and there was still plenty of tables available. Food was great as always and a nice modern, clean restaurant with friendly hard working staff.

Food was OK, probably what I would expect from a burger king, good fries and average burger. However, service was very slow, as is often the case at burger king, I was left waiting 15 minutes for my food, which is frustrating at a services from a fast food retailer

Buger bun was dry. Worst presented burger I've ever seen. Fries where undercooked. Staff not interested. Biggest waste of 7 quid ever.

Accepted order 1.5 hours ago on just eat and still searching for driver!!! IF YOU DONT HAVE A DRIVER WAITING DONT ACCEPT THE ORDER SIMPLE AS! Avoid 🙄😡🙄😡

Was ok not not the best experience you have to order via a touch screen pay by card and wait for your number bit like argos food was average

Very disappointed, the fries were nice but the burgers were awful. The roll and burger were dry and tasteless (we dined in which makes it worse), also very small and expensive. I don't mind paying the price if the burger is actually nice. It shouldn't be much to ask for a place called BURGER KING to make nice, tasty burgers, it's not like its fine dining. But alas, my expectations were too hard.

Ordered a cheesey bacon chicken meal, to then revive a bacon XL. So when I returned to exchange it the girl I spoke to had an attitude, she said she’d sort it, to then receive a piece of chicken in a bun and nothing else, baring in mind the burger I ordered was meant to contain, crispy chicken, American cheese, streaky bacon, lettuce and onions. So again went to exchange for what I actually ordered. To then receive a burger half the size of what I actually ordered with 1 slice of ‘streaky’ bacon, 1 slice of cheese, a pathetic amount of mayonnaise. Being so hungry I ate the burger in absolute disgrace and not being arsed to return yet the 3rd burger I received

Far better than McDonald's in my personal opinion. I just wish they can make the meal a little bit hotter

Order 2 whooper meals and 2 hot drinks paid extra for to separate bags to take away to car came in 1 bag drinks were cold and burgers were thrown together and hardly any sauce in and large chunks of lettece not great

Food ok got a chicken royale and it looked like they had just slapped it all together chicken wasn't really in sandwich half in half out.

Not bad, but they're suffering with the whole post-pandemic/Brexit supply chain issues and there were a few unavailable menu items.

WAAY too much salt on everything. Virtually inedible. If I want a truck load of salt on everything, I'll ask for some salt sachets. Train your staff.

Went for a Vegan royale, got a vegan royale. Service was efficient.

Was delivered quickly but was cold. No drink sent and wrong burger sent as I ordered a meat free burger. Tried ringing but left on hold for over 20 mins so gave up

Have always had good food from here. Shame it's just so expensive as it's services prices. £3.19 for a little burger, most meals (burger, fries, drink)are about £10

Demasiado caro. Cuando vas a Burger King esperas comida rápida y barata. En este concretamente solo era comida rápida. Además no había helados disponibles en agosto. De ningún tipo. Adicionalmente, no tenían mesas propias con la excusa del Covid, cuando otros Burger King ya las tienen.

The food was good but i have one issue, there was a load if foreign kids walking in without masks. Nobody told them to put them on or get out.

The estrogen really puts the 'whop' into Whopper! 10/10 my toilet will never look the same

Fast food, hardly nutritious, lots of packaging/wrapping, not exactly free range or organically reared animals. What's to like?

Ordered online through Ubereats. Predicted 35mins delivery time, took 1hr 15mins. When it arrived, understandably cold, neither of the 2 ordered burgers (1 whopper and 1 XL Bacon Double Cheese Burger) were in the bag (imagine a Burger King with no burgers). We were given 2 fries and 1 chili bites for £22. £22!!! Covid prices!!! (including delivery). We had also order 3 mayos for 15p that weren't there. Ordered a KFC. Let's hope this is better. Imagine a KFC with no chicken.

You pay for what you get.. although was a little expensive, it was well worth it. Tasted Bloody lovely! 😍

Clean and tidy, very fast and friendly service at a fairly busy time. I got exactly what I ordered (which was too much for me to finish because my eyes are bigger than my belly) and not expensive.

Order took about 5 mins for 4 burger meals even though it was really busy. Had the new vegan royale which was made to perfection 👌 First time using but great service!

We ordered 3meals, nothing complicated, however my order took over 25minutes!! Not happy. Food wasn't hot, warm ended up eating in the car park so it wouldn't get colder... Won't go here again..

It's burger king! Bread falls apart while eating a burger, all the salad will fall out, and grease will drip out also, recommend you bring a bib.

Onion rings missing, fries missing and both portions of the chicken fries were incorrect! Won't be ordering again.

Store didnt have the deals as listed on the Burger King app nor the new burgers being advertised, a meal that should have been £15 cost over £23... won't be hurrying back to this store

Always had nice food but it is expensive for what it is, although id imagine its because its a services rather than a standard store. Also dont order a triple angus burger, its huge! Always clean and friendly staff each time ive been there.

Picked up coffee from here, not as good as Costa, but as good as coffee from McD.

Cannot believe the price of a large meal at this store!!!! Over £10 for a large meal!!! Walked out and went to mcdonalds down the road.

Food was ok. They do not accept the vouchers off the Burger King app as expected; although they do advertise the app along with the vouchers on the slips of paper that they put on the trays. Personally I think if they dont accept the vouchers then they should not advertise them in any way as this could be misleading.

The food here is really nice. As a family we always choose burger King over Mcdonalds as you get much better quality food and the burgers actually taste like beef. The portion sizes are brilliant for the price you pay.

the bun was so dry the chips were taste of oil the latte was not great
