Burger King in Bridgend

Bit pricy than most burger kings, No Coca Cola freestyle machines is just a pain because they are great to have so people have the option of a refill like all burger kings and it’s awful that I cannot use my points on your burger king app

Pleasant atmosphere, Friendly Staff, Efficient Service and Amazing food 10/10 would recommend to everyone in the area

Literally don’t have any products there always run out

I’m very disappointed in my chicken royal with the amount of sauce and salad couldn’t tast the juice chicken and your staff was working too slow

Burger was cold. More expensive to pay on the machines than at the till. Some family members got food poisoning.

Awful food awful staff attitude Selling burgers with cold uncooked bacon When challenged staff got arsey not the attitude you take when someone complain s about the food. False advertising they sell hot burgers with cold bacon yet the photo advertising what the burger looks like is nothing like you get. Burgers are miniature for ridiculous overpriced meal and then uncooked bacon on top of plastic cheese. Place should be closed down and staff need training how to approach customers

WOW! what an amazing atmosphere , the entire team was full of smiles which is nice to see after my recent visit to subway in porthcawl , not brilliant service from subway 🙄 mei was so helpful after my son started crying so she gave him a burger king crown 🤩 this trip made mine and the kids day, 100% visiting again , place was clean and the food was hot ,Thank you trecco bay

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a lovely member of staff, all staff were so friendly! Had my drinks and food within a matter of minutes, great cleanliness and spotless! Had a great experience at Burger King, would 100% recommend it to anyone!

Wowee! I can’t recommend this Burger King enough! The staff all smiling and desperate to serve and the food was simply brilliant! If you ever find yourself in Porthcawl it would be a huge mistake to not visit this incredible little restaurant. Shout out to my server Ellison as well, was a great help when my child slipped. A real hero!

Great service! Great food! Very clean! 10/10 would recommend! The managers Mei and Jack were absolutely amazing when they served our food; what great customer experience. Kajani was amazing while on till she was very polite and well mannered, will definitely be back!

Was blown away by the service, a stupendous team and wow that whopper, truly mouth watering. Would deffo recommend to any fellow caravan owners like myself and can not suggest enough the spicy Doritos fries, they really spice up my day! LOL.

Basic Burger King that has inflated prices due to it being located in a holiday park. Majority of food is microwaved and service is below average. Drive 10 minutes away from the park to the nearest the Mc Donald’s and save yourself being extorted.

Food is good, the prices are obviously inflated due to it being at a caravan park but I did revisit a few times during my stay.

ABSOLUTELY VILE! We ordered food waited for about half hour made it very pacific what we want because of an food allergy yet the still couldn’t make it right after we mentioned it to the disrespectful, staff they then wanted to act as if I said I’d ran there mother over with a car then a girl with tattoos ,blonde and brown hair wanted to slag us off behind the counter absolutely appalled by the attitude and way they act over somthing that just be started with working in fast food chain (nothing fast about it) I mean how hard is it to make a plain burger avoid this place at all costs save your money it ain’t worth it

Terrible the kiosks don’t tell you the correct things on the menu the intire place is dirty no janitor just filthy

Awful. Huge quantities of customers waiting angrily for did which eventually turns up incorrectly. Zero queue to take your money, only to receive the food. Not recommended. Other outlets at the sure core admirably in busy times. Today isn't even particularly busy.

Staff here are rude. I ordered my food via the self order. My order was incorrect to which my partner asked for it to be changed only to be spoken to like rubbish saying it was our fault. Sort yourselves out and treat customers with respect.

Not open until 5 what a stupid time for a BK to open. Should of kept the diner instead

Had to throw the meal away! Cold chips, stiff vegan burger, cold chicken nuggets and a plain burger covered in mayo. The only thing we could consume was the drink!!

I never thought I’d leave a review on a place like Burger King but I simply had too. Members of our family have some specific dietary requirements which can sometimes cause a problem. Hannah was so friendly so helpful and so knowledgable. A credit to the team. The food was good too. Piping hot and it all went down a treat! We will be back for sure.

I must be totally honest, upon entering I had very low expectations of Burger King as a whole. The staff member Luke T quickly laid my doubts to rest as he made me feel as though I was the only customer in the busy restaurant, the time he took out of his own day to improve my own is something that truly can not be devalued. Thank you Luke for your warm welcoming treatment.

Visited Burger King on our first night and it was lovely, food was hot and fresh. excellent service especially from javier!

Food was great, all cooked properly. Service was terrible, majority of staff were slow and disorganised, which caused huge queues and lots of confusion.

It's a burger King, nothing different, I had a whooper with cheese large meal. Daughter had a kids burger meal. Arrived in 4 mins, hot, drinks were cold. Cost about £12.

We jest come back form treco bay went from 20 of June till 24th we took the kids to saw called burger king when we was down there it don't taste nothing like the real Burger King can't use the app or any other discount code it's a franchise the staff are rude and the self serve don't get me started on them never working it's 1 big joke.its a shame cos the real Burger King 👑 is amazing I never give a reviews but this 1 had be done hope the real Burger King see this and does sumthing about it

The team were very friendly despite being extremely busy, they didn't rush you to place an order and took time to talk through the burgers. Marques and Tracey seemed to know every burger from the meat ones to the plant ones :)

Trecco bay burgerking. Stay away not your normal buger king. They have about 10 self service screens. ALL not working. They don't accept discount code if you have the burger King app. Entire place run by kids. The whopper is small. It cost us £35 + for 3 medium meals. Overpriced !! The fact they don't accept burger King app discount codes is bad !!!. Avoid at all costs !!!!!!! Oh and the price screens are all wrong god knows how many people have been conned by this.

I ordered a whopper meal with a side of onion rings,I opened the bag and there wasnt any fries with the whopper meal I went up to the counter to rectify their mistake and was told that they thought I wanted onion rings instead of fries,yet my reciept showed a side of onion rings and whopper meal,I opened the onion rings they were burnt to bottom of the fryer bits consistency the onion had disintegrated and were unedible I would most certainly not have served them like that mind you there was a paddle and lots of fryer bits on the side of the fryer that we could see,I hope they werent rescued from the bottom,there wasnt one clean table and despite there being 3 staff behind I did not once see anyone spray wash their hands or clean a table the whole time I was there.

Decent BK but not up and running to perfection yet, loooong waits. At last I can get an edible burger in Porthcawl! They seem to be taking advantage of largely having a captive consumer-base and are even meaner with portions than a normal BK. Deserves 3.5/5 but have marked up. the business is too new to have a food hygiene rating.

service, cleaniness and staff were brilliant. Instead of wasting the food before it closes at 22:00, they offered it to diners!
