The staff here are always super friendly and willing to answer any questions. I’ve been served my Scarlett many times and she’s always happy to help with any issues and has a smile on her face! Would recommend!

Lovely lunch! Food was great and filling. Place had a high chair for our little one. Danny who served us was great as we weren't sure how to order as it was our first time. He came to check how our food was also. The place itself was lovely and clean. Thank you! We will be back!

Lovely fresh food, hot and very prompt.

The place is spotless and lovely and airy! The staff are very helpful and friendly. We walked in, placed an order on one of the machines and waited less than 5 minutes for it! Really quick and it was quite busy there aswell. Food from here is always lovely 😊

A really lovely experience! I was unsure what to get and was overwhelmed with the choices - a lovely lady called Scarlett walked me through my choices and really made my experience so much better after my original anxiety. I really want to thank Scarlett, she was absolutely amazing!

Nice friendly staff with quick service.

The food was so nice and well presented, the service was also excellent. Porsha had come up-to me and made sure everything was up-to my liking, i’m very impressed by how polite she spoke to me. I would definitely be coming again soon

Meal portion was exceptionally small - quantity of rice was less than a typical small box. A very small portion of curry and three pieces of chicken. With a price of nearly £9, which is normally the equivalent of a large box this was very surprising and disappointing. The rice was also very dry. I’m normally a huge fan of chopstix so this was very disappointing.

Very smart new premises. Staff very good offering help with the self service machines. Speedy service. Everything new & clean & food as always very nice.

When you have it as a delivery the portion sizes are different, you get the same amount of rice but the amount of chicken is a lot less, and I’m sure they sent me different chicken flavours than what I ordered

I can totally recommend this service to everyone.

Waited for 5 minutes to get served and we were the only ones in the queue, One of the Staff was rude. Attitude towards me and my partner was atrocious with sarcastic comments. Good food rubbish service.

I have always enjoyed Chopstix. It's been refurbished and has a dine in option. It's much improved and I enjoyed my visit. The food was tasty. It was served promptly. I had space to sit and relax whilst eating. The order screens would make things very efficient, however, as I wanted to use Blue light Card I had to queue.

The food was amazing as always. However, the service was very poor compared to usual. The old routine you would go up, walk along as you tell them what you want in your box then pay. Fast and easy. But that has now changed with the new touch screen service and waiting for your name to be called. I found myself waiting around for 10-15 minutes, while others were called who arrived after me. It wasn’t busy, but still the service was slow. There was also 9 people behind the counter talking or standing. While there were a few serving. Couldn’t find the bins, then when asked was told there is 1 bin at the back.

Visited the new Chopstix restaurant on its grand reopening day in the newly built food court and was lucky to be given a promotional voucher for a free medium box for their first 100 customers! I’m a long time customer, eating from their old food court position as well as their mobile van whilst construction was underway and have always enjoyed their food and service. They didn’t disappoint today either! The layout was well designed with plenty of room for accessibility for all and large tables to accommodate groups as well as more private single seating options. Everything was clean and tidy. The staff were extremely welcoming and very helpful. The food was great as always and I ate the whole contents of my box! Forgot to take a before picture because I was too hungry to wait! Added a quick snap of the food bar of some of the options. Highly recommend a visit I you’re up the Pines and looking for a good bite to eat.

The food arrived cold. This was due to the driver doing a couple of circuits of town first. Then walking the wrong way to where is was supposed to be delivered. I had to run down the street to him. When opened, the incorrect sauce was included, and only 4 small pieces of salt and pepper chicken. Not great at all, along with the food being cold

The assistant manager at this noodle bar was incredibly rude during my visit. When I asked a simple favour , she snapped at me like I was wasting her time. Her attitude was unnecessarily mean, and it made the whole experience uncomfortable. I came for noodles, not to be treated poorly. Wouldn’t recommend dealing with her. I will never come back to this place just because of her attitude.

The quantity was shocking. I have ordered same stuff from other restaurants. But never like this. Would not order anymore.

For the price you pay you don’t get much at all almost £3 for a side of little cali bites which is like a size of a £1 coin and you only get five you get more when you go to the shop yourself will not be ordering again

Purchased two to good to go bags for £10 supposedly worth £29 drove from porthcawl to collect and once home discovered 2 boxes of rice and 2 boxes of plain noodles, zero toppings and most definitely not £29 worth and to be honest it was far from £10 worth , I feel truly ripped off by the false advertisement of the value you get.

Absolutely shocking service i will be putting in a formal complaint. 2 hours from order to delivery. Drove to chopstix, our order was sat out (who knows how long for) told we couldn't take it. Sogggy, cold food. Delivery times changed loads.

Delivered on time but really disappointed with the food. Spring rolls were bland, no veg in my vegetable noodles, hardly any egg in the egg fried rice a portion size for the curry was tiny. Better off with a tray deal from your local Chinese takeaway for half the price

The rice was microwave rice, very rubbery. The vegetable chow mein had no vegetables in one portion and one single green bean in the other and were flavourless, the salt and pepper potatoes weren't too bad, just a pity they were swimming in grease

Let down by awful delivery courier. Didn’t ask for just eat code. Didn’t call us. Just marked as delivered and drove off. Didn’t even get our food. Awful standard of care. Do better.

Food was ok, definitely smaller portions than if you pick up and eat at the store so teenagers were disappointed and left hungry

food was lovely except chicken was put in wrong boxes I should of had drizzle chicken and k pop chicken with egg fried rice but got it in with noodles and husband had rice

Fresh, hot, lots of chicken, really nice. However did need to wait an hour for it.

Egg in the fried rice tasted old and Chicken curry was very dry - not to usual standards

I had the Korean bbq chicken and the noodles it was great I liked the seating facilities outside of the restaurant

Ordered a takeaway cost £30 absolute waste of money!!!! The order came with literally 4 pieces of chicken which was bone dry! Terrible never ever again.
