Let down by awful delivery courier. Didn’t ask for just eat code. Didn’t call us. Just marked as delivered and drove off. Didn’t even get our food. Awful standard of care. Do better.

Delivery on time but third time in a row at this restaurant I got an incomplete order. missing spring rolls and one top

Hi, just received my order and extremely disappointed and the lack of food is beyond. It’s an awful experience and never again

food was lovely except chicken was put in wrong boxes I should of had drizzle chicken and k pop chicken with egg fried rice but got it in with noodles and husband had rice

Fresh, hot, lots of chicken, really nice. However did need to wait an hour for it.

Egg in the fried rice tasted old and Chicken curry was very dry - not to usual standards

If only there was a 6th star I could have rated. Chicken was splendid.

I had the Korean bbq chicken and the noodles it was great I liked the seating facilities outside of the restaurant

The food would have been a lot nicer if it was hot, but FairPlay to the delivery driver he was full of apologies as he got stuck in traffic. Some things just can’t be helped. Definitely order again, as I said the food would have been a lot nicer if it were hot.

Could’ve had more chicken but overall great 🙂

Ordered a takeaway cost £30 absolute waste of money!!!! The order came with literally 4 pieces of chicken which was bone dry! Terrible never ever again.

Had home delivery and food was awful burnt spring rolls only 4 pieces of chicken to each meal not a touch of sauce with mains just dry chicken not impressed

the order never arrived. a refund simply isn't good enough. too many bad experiences. Will never be using justeat again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!¡!

Went there 10 minutes prior to closing and there were 3 people in the queue.Staff could not be bothered they only had rice, chicken curry and salt and pepper chicken left. I asked if it was still hot and had a sarcastic " yes it's hot all day" My gut instinct was right, lukewarm food chewy warm salt&pepper Chicken.Lesson learnt don't go there close to closing. Waste of money and a bad tummy when I got home.

Lovely food and fast delivery but was luke warm on arrival

Ordered twice in the last couple of weeks and both times been quite disappointing. Not had much chicken for the money. Also both times ordered salt and pepper potatoes, and both times not received them.

To much ego on staff I don't like his service sales girls have to much attitude she don't no how to shrow food totel I don't like the staff attitude thanks

We ordered to be delivered close to when they close. Don’t do that, instead of salt & pepper chicken we got some mini chicken balls with green beans and onions. Not the same thing. I also paid extra for cauliflower rice and got egg fried rice instead

food is freezing cold! my potatoes are all mushed and there’s about 2 of them in the box! not happy at all

Order never arrived phoned and was told after waiting nearly 2 hours it was on its way, even though app showed it hadn’t left. Then 2hours 45 mins later said delivered, never received the order. Will not use again.

Despite choptix now being temporary in a hut! The food is still delicious and the service is spot on!

Food was missing one of the main parts which was the rice. Phoned the restaurant and they told me nothing they could do.

my food came cold, bearly any meat. I also ordered vegetable noodles not a single piece of veg. The food had no flavour at all, very disappointing as i love chop sticks. Not sure if i will be ordering again

Staff are great food is seriously sub par for the price. You get about a ladle of microwaved rice 100% microwaved worse than even unclebens. The toppings are scarce 4 tine prawns smothered in batter and three bitesized pieces of chicken for over £9.

Fresh hot food cooked perfectly, was served by a gentlemen and women. Both had lively vibes, and very polite 👌

Visiting from Birmingham and fancied a takeaway for the last night. Gutted this isn’t closer to home. Food was lovely, great portion size!

Order at 13.05 wasn’t delivered until 14.41 not much noodles or Teriyaki Beef not worth the money or waiting for The receipt time says 14.02 Would never recommend

Delicious food but absolutely tiny portions. We had curry with noodles, and there must have been about 2 mouth fulls of curry. The food was very tasty but such a shame that the portions were so small! Food came in cute little boxes but way to small for the price paid. Sadly, we won't be buying from here again.

Sadly the food quality was not great today, the egg fried rice seemed overcooked, also my daughter bit into a mini chicken ball and there was a piece of bone inside which stuck into her gum, we threw the rest in the bin.

Chopstix is now temporarily located outside my place of work which is a bonus! It smells delicious all day long! The staff always give good customer service. I would like to mention Daniel in particular who has regularly served my colleagues and I over the last couple of weeks. Plenty of toppings in our boxes, always greeting us with a smile and friendly attitude. Caramel chicken is a firm favourite but I opted for sweet chilli prawns this weekend and they were delicious!

The chicken balls were really wet and mushy, the rice is so dry and one of the chicken pieces from the caramel chicken was hard and to top it all off it was cold

Spoke to the women on phone - was absolutely useless saying she had no contact at all with driver. We had no contact number for driver either. Food was over hour late. Rice was over cooked too
