terrible tried changing my order 3 times

Arrived quicker than I thought it would and was still really hot. Not greasy or heavy. Will order again.

The driver was excellent. He went out of his way to help with an issue with the delivery address. Can’t thank him enough

no sauce supplied for the katsu curry topper. for both meals ordered.

Recommended, arrived hot. Delicious.

Food was lovely but didn’t receive my free item?

tried a few different things on the menu. somethings I liked somethings were too hot but it was all fresh

Came here with a couple friends to check out the new space! Fabulous food, really friendly staff especially Scarlett, helped us a lot with our orders! The new restaurant looks great and it’s huge in there! Great for friend groups or a family meal:)

Tasted great, shame it was over an hour late from my chosen delivery time. Bit awks chowing down on a bunch of noodles in a work meeting 🫣

This won't be long in mcathur Glen, dreadful service, no atmosphere, awful system of paying, sitting and watch staff looking board, lolling over the counter messing around and long waits for food to be prepared and called out!!!! Much better when it was a portable van, service was brilliant but the restaurant is just dreadful & painful waiting 🫣

On the app it’s said 15-30min delivery it took over an hour. Driver was great very polite not his fault. The size of the topping on all 4 dishes was a joke and barely any veg within it. I took pictures of the topping for reference will not be purchasing from chopsticks again

it was a little cool and the can of drink was in with the food so it was warm. The quality of the food was great. Just a shame about the temperature. I only live 3 minutes away so I don't understand how it wasn't hot.

First time and most certainly the last time I’ll be having food from here. Delivery time changed 8 times. The courier must have been waiting over 40 minutes for food to be prepared. Food turned up stone cold and undercooked. Even the dog turned its nose up at it!! For the length of time the courier was waiting for food to be cooked, it should have been delivered piping hot and cooked.

It was amazing I walked in and went to the till this person called David really helped me out and he was really useful he made my food and took my order and the food was amazing 5 stars

Only half of the order turned up which was just the drinks driver said he’d go back but has yet to return

The service was just incredibly rude. The manager was awful and spoke down to me as I tried to explain that I had ordered on the app and the payment had gone through but I didn’t receive a confirmation. Instead of trying to help the situation she just barked at me “No email no order”. Then when I asked if it would be possible to have it in separate containers as I have received before she shouted at me that this was impossible. I was only asking and didn’t expect to be shouted at just for asking a question. I will never be returning due to this awful service from the manager who I think is called Marina. I’ve also paid twice now for only one meal and there was no help to resolve the issue. I understand that the restaurant is incredibly fast paced but I just think there is no need to speak down to your customers who are just trying to place an order.

Food was delicious as always, spicy just how I like it. Amazing service from young gentleman David. Would recommend to anyone who is nearby looking for food

food was good, a new girl called Sienna served me and was nice, new place looks better than the old place, would recommend they implement more vegetarian options get rid of the rule you can’t have the toppings separate but yeah

Been to the a few different Swansea Cardiff and others easily the best one

The delivery service was great, the portion sizes however weren’t. The deal states 2 large extra toppings they actually turn up in a very very small pot. The portion of noodles wasn’t the normal amount, and the two toppings were also not the usual amount. A little disappointing

Lovely lunch! Food was great and filling. Place had a high chair for our little one. Danny who served us was great as we weren't sure how to order as it was our first time. He came to check how our food was also. The place itself was lovely and clean. Thank you! We will be back!

Lovely fresh food, hot and very prompt.

The place is spotless and lovely and airy! The staff are very helpful and friendly. We walked in, placed an order on one of the machines and waited less than 5 minutes for it! Really quick and it was quite busy there aswell. Food from here is always lovely 😊

A really lovely experience! I was unsure what to get and was overwhelmed with the choices - a lovely lady called Scarlett walked me through my choices and really made my experience so much better after my original anxiety. I really want to thank Scarlett, she was absolutely amazing!

When you have it as a delivery the portion sizes are different, you get the same amount of rice but the amount of chicken is a lot less, and I’m sure they sent me different chicken flavours than what I ordered

Very smart new premises. Staff very good offering help with the self service machines. Speedy service. Everything new & clean & food as always very nice.

Meal portion was exceptionally small - quantity of rice was less than a typical small box. A very small portion of curry and three pieces of chicken. With a price of nearly £9, which is normally the equivalent of a large box this was very surprising and disappointing. The rice was also very dry. I’m normally a huge fan of chopstix so this was very disappointing.

I can totally recommend this service to everyone.

Waited for 5 minutes to get served and we were the only ones in the queue, One of the Staff was rude. Attitude towards me and my partner was atrocious with sarcastic comments. Good food rubbish service.

I have always enjoyed Chopstix. It's been refurbished and has a dine in option. It's much improved and I enjoyed my visit. The food was tasty. It was served promptly. I had space to sit and relax whilst eating. The order screens would make things very efficient, however, as I wanted to use Blue light Card I had to queue.

The food was delicious. The staff were polite, friendly and very efficient. The restaurant was very clean and I could see staff wiping down tables and clearly tables constantly.

The food was amazing as always. However, the service was very poor compared to usual. The old routine you would go up, walk along as you tell them what you want in your box then pay. Fast and easy. But that has now changed with the new touch screen service and waiting for your name to be called. I found myself waiting around for 10-15 minutes, while others were called who arrived after me. It wasn’t busy, but still the service was slow. There was also 9 people behind the counter talking or standing. While there were a few serving. Couldn’t find the bins, then when asked was told there is 1 bin at the back.

Visited the new Chopstix restaurant on its grand reopening day in the newly built food court and was lucky to be given a promotional voucher for a free medium box for their first 100 customers! I’m a long time customer, eating from their old food court position as well as their mobile van whilst construction was underway and have always enjoyed their food and service. They didn’t disappoint today either! The layout was well designed with plenty of room for accessibility for all and large tables to accommodate groups as well as more private single seating options. Everything was clean and tidy. The staff were extremely welcoming and very helpful. The food was great as always and I ate the whole contents of my box! Forgot to take a before picture because I was too hungry to wait! Added a quick snap of the food bar of some of the options. Highly recommend a visit I you’re up the Pines and looking for a good bite to eat.
