Mcdonald's Restaurants in Rhondda Cynon Taf

Food was hot and fresh…. When it eventually arrived! Have been here about 4 times in the last year, every time is the same experience. For starters, the drive through runs out of sequence. If you are 2nd in the queue and the car ahead of you is slow ordering, 6 cars will jump ahead of you in the other lane. Very frustrating! On this visit, someone was holding up the queue , do was 10 mins at least before I could pay for my order. A further wait of 5 mins before I get to window to collect my order, where I am then asked to repeat my order again before being asked to park in a bay to wait for my order. I was given my too drinks in a cup holder which were so full the liquid was bursting through the lid. On previous occasions , good has been missing , or order completely wrong. Don’t normally write bad reviews , as anyplace can have a bad day, but this branch really needs a good sorting out!

Had delivery, one medium fries missing, a burger had no mustard and one pickle, there were no straws for the drinks, and this isn't the first time this has happened with this restaurant. I don't know why I ordered from here as they've never got the order spot on. Chips were pale and cold too. Just don't go here!

Paid for a delivery saying it would be 45 minites….great!! An hour and a half later can’t track the delivery status just keeps adding on 5 minutes every 5 minutes for well over an hour! Shocking response to customer service, 15 days for a defund! Won’t be using delivery service again

I have been here a couple of times over the past couple of month, DO NOT ATTEND THIS TAKEAWAY if you have food allergies. both times ordered a PLAIN Cheese buger, and got served Pepper Burgers 1st time complained got told to fill in a form online, 2nd time being yesterday and same thing again.

If you like your chips pale, unseasoned and undercooked (consistently) this place is for you. Like flying with RyanAir, I hate myself just that little bit more every time I come here

Probably the worst I've ever been to, there's always something missing from your order or in this instance not even cooked. Unbelievably poor!.. I will not be back.

What is the point of doing click and collect when you still have to go inside to sort it out and then wait another 15 mins which nearly made me late for work. This is supposed to make life easier, not harder, not the first time it’s happened either, but you try and give someone the benefit of the doubt. What made it worse was that a member of staff was messing about with some mates that had come in, not what I want to see when it’s their fault that you’re running late. Totally unacceptable.

We ordered 4 meals, picked it up from the drive-through (where they told us to go and park in the car park and someone would bring it out to us which was clearly causing more chaos!). We went home, and when we got home we discovered that the tomato sauce was missing from both kids meals, the chilli dip was missing from the chicken meal, and the large fries were missing from the hamburger meal. Not one meal had all its items. This is incredibly basic stuff and they got it wrong 4 times in one meal. The food wasn't great quality, expected from McDonald's though, but the service just was abysmal. Trying to get any money back isn't the easiest as you can't speak to an actual person.

Received food that was not ordered, was given cheese & bacon flat breads there was no bacon in these just cheese. Ordered a bacon muffin was not received. The sausage & egg mcmuffin was squashed and very poorly assembled.

The drinks are all flat and warm. A staff member told me the drink machine and ice machine has been broken for months?! Surely they should put a sign up outside to say no fizzy drinks until this is fixed - don't understand how this is acceptable?!

I’m not the biggest fan of McDonald’s however had my grandson and wanted one for tea. Waited over 20 minutes to have food looked very unorganised. Had to ask for table to be cleaned, food was just horrid with no taste. Had to ask for our drinks to be changed as warm flat and no ice. Asked worker he said machine broke get a refund if you don’t like it. Asked someone else they change it but was still warm. Horrible experience and won’t visit this one again.

3 times ordered with Uber Eats and 3 times they've missed items off. Poor service as they then don't even pick up their phone! Awful service!

The meal was not very warm, the zero coke was flat, so complained and they said they would replace it, which they did. It was watery and hardly any difference. Could it be they are running low on the gas and are hoping customers won't realise😳

Waited almost 30 mins for food. Watched a manager (female with glasses) be very rude about a customer as she got off the phone. Very professional !!!! Was told they were understaffed yet 2 managers were just standing there. This is my local McDonalds. Granted it’s just a McDonalds, so you pretty much know what you’re getting but it’s consistently poor and my most recent visit really is my last. The fries are always tepid, pale and undercooked. Coke always seems to be flat and last night I found a long blonde hair in my burger and my fries. By then I was home so wasn’t going to return but binned the lot. Not sure what’s going on but it never used to be this bad

DO NOT EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT!!! Should be ashamed of your hygiene standards. Discovered a hair in my burger. Absolutely disgusting. Chips were foul. Surprised you had any fat left the amount which was on my chips. Highly wouldn't recommend.

McDonald’s usually has high standards but this places serves your food cold and undercooked everytime everytime without fail, undercooked chips are more common than cooked and they manage to forget half the it order when it’s been already put on a screen infront of you

Went through drive through. When collecting the order had to remind the worker twice about parts of our order, when she was trying to move us on. Even then we had to park and go back because two more things were missing. Burgers were also sloppily put together.

Despite the food temperature often being hit or miss, my teenage daughter loves this place, but the rest of the family no longer have food from here. The chips can be limp and not crisp and apart from grease completely tasteless with a lack of seasoning. Not the best McDonald's which is a shame!!

The last 5 times I have ordered from this McDonald’s I got the the chicken selects meal, they ask you what sauce you want but when you receive the meal the sauce isn’t in the bag. It just seems to be bad communication between employees in that place and poorly run. Terrible service

The amount of staff at this place they should be able to speed things up. I think basicly they look after the drive thru with walk ins as a second considration & on several occasions they have got the order wrong or left things out all together.

So I’m lactose intolerant and always order a black coffee and given a white on 4 separate occasions even after repeating my order twice, burned my hand because they never put the lifs on boiling hot coffee properly so burned myself a few times and got coffee everywhere. This McDonald’s is an absolute joke

We popped in for breakfast, they managed to forget the coffee on our order and instead of the bacon we got beefburgers in our order. All soon sorted out and the place was clean and tidy but although I don't regularly go to Mcdonalds I've never been in one that got the order so badly wrong.

On a number of occasions I have gone to this McDonald's and found on numerous occasions the staff to be completely incompetent and on occasions even rude. The coffee machine seems to spend most of its time broken and rather unbelievably they seem to only have the one machine there, so if it's broken they simply say that you can't have a coffee. In the past year I have counted on average once a month where this happens, and the staff seem to be completely unapologetic about it. There have been times when I have ordered a coffee and it has taken so long for them to make and give me my order it has been like warm to cold. Honestly the worst McDonald's I have ever seen. They should sack all the staff and start over.

Came here today (10th Jan 2018) for quick bite to eat. The staff there are clearly incompetent, as they cannot even pack a bag with the correct food, let alone quantities. My friend ordered 2 cheddar melts, one of which wasn’t even in the bag, I also ordered 2 cheddar melts, but mine had less in the bag than they should’ve had. Asked for a strawberry milkshake and was instead given a banana milkshake. The place is a shambles, and management needs to get a grip of how frequent these mistakes are happening, as this has happened to us for the last 6/7 times we have visited here. Also, we were asked if we wanted dips, but weren’t given them when we told them what ones we wanted, and as for the chips, they tasted as though they had been there for a while. Shocking service, overall easily the worst McDonald’s I have ever visited!

Absolutely terrible restaurant. Drive through slow and food is cold but by the time you have driven away to park it's not worth returning it. My son had a fingernail clipping in his fries. Never again will I be going here.

I went to the drive though. It was busy. Service was fast, however there was a compromise on quality. The two dips for the five chicken selects were not included in the order bag. Only found out when I got home. Without a dip, selects aren't great.

The food was great for fast food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The service was fast and easy. The prices are reasonable. Would use again if passing.

Service was terrible from start to finish, the girl taking the order from us was more interested in what her friends were saying behind her, then after waiting nearly 15 minutes I asked to speak to the manager who said the delay was because of their refurb and teething problems, they had their refurb months ago so thought that was a very lame excuse!!! While again waiting for my food I had to listen to the children who were working there slagging people off whilst using unacceptable language!!!! I know it's a fast food outlet but come on they should still have some standard of service!!!!!

So after their refurb, the drive thru queue was out into the main road so I thought it would me quicker to go inside - how wrong I was!You now have to queue to order your food, then go another queue and wait for it.I walked out!

McDonalds is what McDonalds is, fast foo, if you like McDonalds and you eaten in one then that's what you get, not quite as good as Mickey D's in Paris but then you are in Paris. :0)
