There is currently a promotion that if you order on the App you get a 30% discount. The App is really poor - it puts you in an endless payment authorisation cycle over and over again and then it will not let you check in at the restaurant "as you have not arrived" - when you are sat in the place!Other than that I found the staff friendly and orders assembled correctly.

Nipped quickly here for a coffee on my way to work and was put in a good mood. the server on the drive thru, i think his dame was David C was full of life and very friendly and kind. very bubbly and put me in a good mood, especially by paying for my coffee will be returning

Appalled at the attitude of so called manager on at 00.02on Saturday 12th September.10 hour shift worker with 4 hours driving to go in articulated 40 ton truck. Just needed a coffee to keep me going. Drive through only. Explained that I could not get 50ft plus through. Explained I only want a coffee to go She refused. Point blank. Really nice PERSON NOT . Even though they were bringing orders to cars that were waiting in the car park.Another altogether more pleasent member of staff who was giving orders to the cars parked said And I quote "She's a right bully to US! none of us like her she's a BITCH,

It would really appreciated if they could remember to put the sauce you requested in the bag with the food. This is not an 1 off its a regular occurance. They will get it correct 1 day.

Should have read the reviews before I went there, was late and didn't fancy driving too far (was staying at the Ibis next door).Order two double cheeseburgers, got one double and one single.Informed a staff member, showing the incorrect item (unwrapped) and gave it back to be replaced, staff member came back with two wrapped burgers. Being too honest for my own good, I told the staff member only 1 of my 2 double cheeseburger orders was incorrect without realising the person had brought back the incorrect one (rewrapped). So the corrected item was taken back by mistake and I ended up with the original incorrect order again, which was cold by now. The place was busy at the time but it was getting even busier and we couldn't find the staff member we spoke to, we looked around but then left (as no-one was following social distancing there, the sanitiser unit at the entrance wasn't even filled, should have taken that as a red flag).Have also done a review for the order using the information on the receipt. I don't think anyone will call back to apologise given these other reviews about the branch.Might raise a chargeback claim now to get some recompense. That'll be an interesting one to explain to the credit card company.

Due to open today so I went early to be head of the queue. I parked outside the car park on the side road where there was no restrictions. I was not blocking the entrance to McDonalds or hindering access to Starbucks which is opposite. A member of staff came out and told me to move as I was blocking access to McDonalds and Starbucks. I pointed out that I was clearly not and asked what the problem was. I was told that others would queue behind me (2 others at this time) and Police could call and close the restaurant. This was nonsense. I told her to call Police as I was not doing anything wrong. To this she replied that she would now refuse to serve me. From being excited to have a McDonalds to being threatened with Police to being told I would not be served. It’s clear to see why this particular restaurant has such a terrible reputation and reviews. Please McDonalds, the staff here need educating in doing their job. I’ll never use this outlet again.

Went in to complain about a drive through order that I'd just picked up.The manager,a middle aged,bitter woman wasn't in the mood for complaints: "jog off and if you don't like it don't come back"...Been going there for years and the place is gone down hill badly:dirty,crap service and some of the staff look like they're on day release.Scruffy looking,rude, usually found "rolling a fag" and smoking by the front.Well, that's me done with it,I won't set foot in there again.

I was looking forward to treating my young nephew and niece so some food and a day out when that new boy I think who's called Jude walked past my table slowly and let out a massive high pitch moist fart. It was a ghastly stench and before I knew it the children were running out of the building and into the car park to escape it. Safe to say I wouldn't like to have to explain to their parents how their child has been injured or died if a car happened to moving at that time. I hope you adress this immediately!

Me and my friend love a McDonald’s breakfast but this experience was a total disappointment!We visited the restaurant this morning 3rd of September and the fellow who served us at the till seemed like a new member of staff, we ordered 3 egg and cheese bagel meals strictly asking to have no sausages in any of the meals as me and my friend are not a fan of pork, we asked for table service which was all fine, but then we received our meals and the labels did not state what we ordered one of them had extra sausage the others had sausages!! We waited near enough 10 minutes for the meals then when we retired the meals thy were rectified by the manager and she said ‘ sorry about that these are the right right meals and the one that says extra sausage has no sausage in it’ back at the table we unwrapped again and no way!!! It had sausages in there again!! So we asked for a refund as my friend had an appointment to attend and there was no time to wait around for 3 meals to be prepared! The manager states that she is unable to authorise a refund after having a new member of staff taking orders at the till in a busy fast food all alone and clearly not fully trained as it wasn’t all so busy when we ordered! I think that was appalling service from the manager myself and we’ve never been disappointed in any of the McDonald’s but today we were upset with this service and we upped and left those meals on that table for them to clean up!! That’s the least they can do after wasting our £12 order and time. Both have a busy schedule for today and won’t be able to get the chance to eat properly now thanks to the team at Fabian this morning. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone in the future and you better your service please or find a better manager and mistake won’t happen.

So I came really late at night/ early in the morning and asked for 20 chicken nuggets with a Big Mac meal. Although there’s a plot twist that I didn’t get my 20 nuggets I had 20 blinking spicy ones. I hate spice so to get home and find this I wasn’t happy. It even says on the receipt 20 normal nuggets, this is normally my got to maccies but guess what.... not anymore. You’ve lost me as your NO.1 customer, bye bye

Saw a commercial for new bacon roll on TV the night before I was heading home. Thought I would try it on my way back to Gatwick in the morning. Went through the drive thru and they didn’t have it. Was disappointed and left. Went to Starbuck across the parking lot and had a lovely bacon roll and hot chocolate. Thanks again Starbucks for saving the day.

Where do I start?.....the drinks machine is forever broken, so no fizzy drinks, and they continue to get orders wrong. You ask for ‘no lettuce’ you get your order and they have put it on!! Go to the drive through and there are always parts of the order missing. Some times they even close off the drive through with traffic cones. This is definitely the WORSE McDonald’s I have EVER visited.

Ordered two meals in the drive through as we had somewhere to be that morning and the person on the speaker was too busy laughing with their friends to notice the first meal order. When we paid for the food, it was just the second meal there with the first meal nowhere in sight. I am highly unhappy with this unprofessional service and lack of clear communication.

I went to McDonald's and I ordered a happy meal. (I have run out of anti depressants). To my dismay, I am still unhappy. Susan still has the kids. I genuinely feel like it should be called an unhappy meal. Disappointing. One star.

Shocking!! Dont go..... drinks no syrup! Cold food! Half of our order missing! I actually rang to complain and manager said he would ring me back. Did he of course he didnt!!! I get that its just Mcdonalds but it is still the customers money. Not good!

I popped over to this one as I was staying at the ibis, It was a two minute walk, service was expected as with the food. The place seem clean and tidy, I never sat down, But like I say Its the Mc food chian

I don’t live too far from here the restaurants always busy so sometimes would prefer to go through the drive through but even then your asked to park up and wait a good 10 - 14 mins. Never really had bad food always hot & fresh and the workers are always polite.

A nice fast food diner and helpful staff. The meal was good and served promptly. It was located a couple minutes walk from my hotel & about 10 minutes to the Swansea marina.

After ordering our food we were asked to park up and wait, which I didn’t mind, and were then kept waiting for a further 20 minutes. Upon arriving home I realised my order was wrong and contained cheese even though the box had a sticker saying “no cheese”. I am not usually one to complain but this has happened on more than one occasion, we will not be returning!

Absolute shambles of a place! Never gets the order right, missing items, flat coke ( when the machine is actually working )cold chips....shall I go on? I have visited on numerous occasions, and nothing changes. I am fed up of having my name put in the book for free meal after cocking yet another order up!!! Can’t believe how incompetent the staff are at this branch!!

Rarely get an order correct. Ordered through the app, food and sauces missing. Rang the restaurant, given a number to ring, ring the number to get told you have to go through the Ubereats app to sort it out. Farcical. Never again.
