KFC in Swansea

I ordered a burger box meal from the drive-in and got an ordinary one minus the burger, got given the wrong drink, questioned the order, the server shrugged her shoulders and got given the burger with the other two meals which were all cold when we opened them which is not ideal as they should hold temperature when kept together and drive is less than 5 miles away. I can't get any answer from phoning them and have filled in two online complaint forms which didn't work? Been to a few KFC's in my time and this is well below standard to what should be for a brand that promtoes itself on the quality of food and service.

Called at around 7:45 pm on a Saturday. Went to counter and was more or less ignored. Staff seemingly too busy for über eats / deliveroo.! And drive through probably. Loads of people waiting for food. Walked out.!! And bet no one will care about this review either.!!

Not a good experience bones and grizzle in my boneless chicken .. took food to show member of staff and was offered free chips !!!

Took my wife and Granddaughter for food. Reasonably priced but that’s where it ended. Placed my order.On the order I asked for a Sundae for the granddaughter, whist I was sitting down they came over and told me they don’t have any and haven’t had any for about 2 years. So I asked why was it on the menu then, apparently it was a mistake. When the food came it was awful, the chicken was dry, to salty the chips were dry and cold as if they were made earlier and left sitting around. In future I will give this place a wide berth.

KFC Llansamlet, Morriston has plenty of car parking space and unlike McDonalds charges the same to eat in as the drive through. Both KFC and Burger Kings ice cream menu are part of their fake product range to fake the customers are getting more than they really are getting, not available. I don’t mind queuing and waiting for food as I eat out for a change out of the house. Cheap mass-produced food so I am giving it 5*s even though they try to get you to order more food than you need by saying why don’t you have a Zinger Tower instead. The BBQ Kansas Chicken dips are very tasty.

Last evening on 1st October at approx.5.45pm.I witnessed the most flagrant and appalling bad manners from one of your young male employees to one of your customers at the order and payment of meals. The lady who has a slight hearing problem was taunted and ridiculed for her impediment . I understand that to ridicule someone of any impediment should not be tolerated and I am quite disgusted ,as the other employees when the lady complained just shrugged shoulders. If one cannot be civil maybe the culprit should be in a position where he or she would not have the opportunity to behave in this manner. BAD for Business ! ! !

I needed to get something quickly during my lunch break. Went to the drive thru, the til breaks down. Told they don’t know how long it’ll take she to fix. Please go inside to order. So I go inside. There’s three tills, only one is open. I Wait in line behind someone who doesn’t know what they want. He kept asking what was in the meals then asked for things that weren’t even on the menu. The boy on the till is clueless. Doesn’t seem to know what he’s doing. Keeps walking away to ask other people what to do. There’s five other workers there but none of them help. Finally a girl comes over to help. She doesn’t know what to do either so goes to look for the manager. She can’t find him. So we all stand there waiting. I walked out after ten minutes. It’s supposed to be fast food. How can there only be one till open at lunchtime? And how can they have someone working on the till who doesn’t know what they’re doing? The guy ordering was annoying too. There are menus and pictures of the food everywhere. Make your decision then go order. Don’t stand at the till, holding everyone else up while you ruminate over what to get at kfc.

i go there everyday with my friend and i spend lots of money therr. 10/10 i would recomend going. the rice is really yummy. and the chicken is really crispy.

Had the boneless mini fillet bucket this evening plus a ten piece bargain bucket with gravy. Almost £30 The gravy was thick and cold. The mini fillets in my onion weren’t cooked enough, cold very pale and soft ! As for the other bucket colour of chicken was terrible. Chips were stone cold. It all ended up in the bin. Haven’t visited KFC for a long time …..we won’t be going back anytime soon !

Visited this kfc in llamsamlet tonight , amazing service , great staff, chicken was absolutely perfect standard, i use to work for kfc for 4 years so im aware of how the quality of the chicken should be and the bucket we bought was spot on , well done to the team there!!!

Ordered a takeaway and was informed they didn't have a lot on the menu yet this was 40 minutes before closing time. i ordered a party bucket only to be told by a staff member who had the charisma and charm of a damp squib that i hadn't ordered a drink yet a drink was standard with a party bucket. Vicky pollard the staff members body language was enough also for me to want to leave as arms were crossed and it seemed like that all she wanted was to get me out of the store and continue mopping the floor so she could finnish and go home. When i got home i found the chicken to be dry and lukewarm. The gravy was really thick that could be used in a building site to assist building houses.

Ordered rice didnt get it ordered extra didnt get them they were faffing about because they had lost two orders in front of me have no clue what they were doing

I've visited this KFC many many times and it's always been fairly nice but since the pandemic and restaurants reopening the food is very hit and miss.

Used Uber eats delivery for the first time and had no issues with the speed of delivery or delivery service. Ordered 10 for £10 chicken and expected a variety of legs, thighs and breast. There were no breast pieces at all which was very disappointing. If you are not going to include any breast pieces because it’s 10 for £10 then say so. I will use Uber eats again but will not be using KFC.

Not long arrived for our holiday unpacked went for tea we had to wipe our own table luckily had gel with me the longer we were there noticed how untidy the place was bins over flowing normally can't fault kfc this time awful

Taste is fine but “coating” not as nice as KFC in England. I wonder why? 🧐 Ok if your hungry though and Chivken was well cooked

Usually I enjoy KFC, We have had two now since it opened after lockdown, I am very disappointed with the Gravy they have served on both occasions it has been a total let down the gravy has no taste and is so watery I have not used it but had to make my own with (Mayflower southern style gravy mix)... Luckily I discovered this a few years ago, used to say it was as nice as KFC but can honestly say I will not be returning anytime soon... I can make better at home!!.. Shame on you KFC!!...

After picking up some essentials decided to get a kfc ,bought the party bucket @ £26.the drivethro at this place has been reopened this week after the lockdown closure... I think they gave me the chicken that was left there before lockdown started...this was not kfc 's original coating , just some dark orange burnt sorry excuse for southernmost fried chicken..unfortunately you cant check what youve got till your away from the window and its too late to do anything about it...but I'll vote with my feet and wont be going back here again unless their reviews get better...and the quality of the food does the same.....my honest up to date rating of this place and its food are...totally disgusting do not waste your money on this crap....go somewhere else....

Called into llansamlet KFC to see that most of the staff were grubby (clothes needed a good deep clean) overweight, non professional. Waited ages for food and hardly and customers, more staff. 1 staff couldn't even be bothered to out the napkins into its holder just opened the packet and left on the counter. Toilets need a good deep clean smelt of old pee. Hope the manager reads this!

Just walked out due to 4 female members of staff all crowded around one till and not bothering to take new orders on the other 2 tills. The lady in front of me also walked out after telling the staff that her food was getting cold. The staff need training of how to deal with the public. The staff just ignored the clients waiting to be served.Very poor service. Plenty of other KFC's to go to in the area !

Without doubt this was the best chicken on the bone in the country of Wales Went through the drive through and had the 3 piece meal and I can’t over articulate how crisp and grease free the chicken was the flavour was just up there with the best I was honestly shocked how good kfc can be Keep up the great workThank you for your service and quality

Ok I admit we made a mistake. We went there at 9-45 on a Sunday night. The place shuts at 10. So at this time, avoid like a hippie avoids soap. Food was generally cold apart from the mash that rather than being microwaved was placed in the centre of a nuclear reactor for few seconds. Also they missed 2 items off the order. Unsure if that was a genuine mistake or the staff who could audition for the Walking Dead can't count past 1.Next time will go during daylight hours so I don't get badly cooked food served by semi conscious vampires.

Only KFC that I go to. The staff are excellent and the food is great. Service is also very quick especially at drive thru.

KFC offers £5.99 for 9 piece bucket I purchased 2 x 9 piece buckets Total 18 pieces Drumsticks = 8 wings -= 1 small thighs = 9 pieces NO breast potions at all This is no random pick absolute waste of money This was at Llansamlet This has happened to me before there Anybody else have similar experiences?

Quick lunch before my daughter traveled home, served hot, very enjoyable, friendly staff what more could be asked for.

Just went through the drive through and ordered a two piece chicken meal and I have to say I was gutted I had what must have been the smallest two pieces of chicken I have ever seen and I portion of manky dry chips never again

Every time I go through the drive thro...I get short orders...this time after asking was everything in the bag I get hime to find 2 large sides missing tried phoning the number no answer.....this isn't just a one off its every time in the drive through ...if you care to look in google maps at my other reviews on this place you will see how often this happens....so come on kfc either sort your staff out or put up lists of what should be in your party tubs ...... Moral...Check you get what you've ordered or dont go here....I won't be going here from now on.....

The chicken can be abit hit or miss here sometimes, best going at the busiest times for fresh chicken because it can get dry when it's quiet. This is the same for all of their restaurants really. On a good day the chicken is finger licking good.

I must say the staff and very friendly and polite especially the young chap at the order point, but the food quality is poor. The Pepsi was so watered down we couldnt drink it and the burgers fell apart as the bread rolls were hard,chips of you can call them that we're thrown in the bag, only nice thing was the popcorn chicken.

We were in a long queue but it didn't take that much time to get served. When we left we noticed there was a drink missing in our order but it was immediately sorted out when we went back and told the staff.

My wife, 2 children and I visited the restaurant on Saturday and were extremely unhappy with the experience. When we went in the tables were filthy and full of rubbish. It was really busy and the queue was big... and this was because there was only 1 person taking orders. We ordered and witnessed total carnage from the staff behind the counter. They were arguing amongst themselves. It was as though they had no idea what they were doing. It was chaos. Raised voices and arguing is not something that I expect when out having what’s meant to be a stress free lunch!We had our food but not the drinks. The poor lad on the drinks section was getting shouted at from all angles and couldn’t cope with the volume. In the end he had to ask us what we wanted. He had no idea.We had to clear other people’s rubbish and wipe the dirty table down before we could eat. This isnt the service that I expect from a large fast food outlet. Will I go back... NO!
