McDonald's in Merthyr Tydfil

Avoid this McDonald’s Drive Through they’ve got so many people waiting for food there’s no room to park. I had two sleeping babies in the car so couldn’t leave them in the car so I had to leave without food or a refund. Don’t waste ur time or cash.

McDonald’s is terrible they did not give me the right food. We ordered two milkshake one chocolate one vanilla and we ordered pancakes as well but they did not give the syrup and anything else that we have ordered so do not go there. It is terrible go to read a car McDonald’s instead. Do not go to the one by the retail park it is terrible

Had a really busy day and all me and my partner wanted was some food an go home yet not having nothing ATALL to eat as was waiting over an hour in drive thru along with 25 other cars yet people coming out with food an others eating in restaurant an the drive thru jst left so long I had to reverse out drive thru and go hungry and on top of that a customer even said minutes before I left with nothing ( they are useless in there an said he waited over 50 mins) and left unbelievable!!! Very annoyed customer an will be going to management for compensation as they left me and my partner with no food an none of us had eaten as had been a long day and nothing else was open at this time witch was when I turned up was 12.30 pm left at 1.54am unacceptable in my eyes this will be going as high as I can go as this is not the first time something has gone wrong with Macdonald's and badly gone wrong JOKE OR A RESTAURANT AND I WANT SOMETHING DONE ABOUT IT THIS TIME

They are absolutely useless regularly get order wrong and bits missing complain to management and they are just as useless needs closing down. Go to the one by Vue cinema it's so much better and staff actually have brains very rarely make mistakes in my experience

Ordered off the McDonald’s app. Only delivered half the order. Staff at the restaurant had no interest what so ever because it was a delivery order. Seems to be if you order off the McDonald’s app it treated as a totally separate entity. Uber customer services just as bad.

Visited Monday evening it was not overly busy but service was so slow. After eventually taking our order we waited 15mins for two Happy meals and a Big Mac meal. Fifteen minutes and was served a very cold Big Mac. It had probably been standing for 15 minutes. Terrible service, slow and cold food. Not good.

Ordered Big Mac and fries and a latte it was okay nothing to write home about, staff kept me waiting and the latte had a funny taste to it, so overall wouldn't recommend the latte.

Called in on a Sunday evening for an ice cream to eat-in. Fast service, food brought to the table. Clean restaurant, friendly staff and plenty of parking.

Visited here on the way home from a business trip. Needed a cup of coffee and it’s normally reliable at Mickey D’sWell I couldn’t tell you how it tasted as I never got served one. I stood at the counter. And I waited. And I waited. At around two minutes (yes I was timing it) the supervisor in the white shirt asked if I was waiting. I said yes. She nodded and went back to her paperworkAbout a minute later a crew trainer asked I was being served - I said no. “Oh ok” she repliedThen another crew trainer spotted me and asked if I was being served. I said no, so she shouted out to the burger prep side...”can some one do till”And still I waited. Three members of staff took note and ignored me. So at 8min 45secs I walked outPoor service

This was great food. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great service received and fast. Food was really tasty and filling. Place was tidy.

McDonalds is always great to take the kids, the food is always nice and freshly cooked. At this location there’s always plenty of parking and easy access 👍

Visited here for coffee after they had a revamp. I always liked the old one but most McDonald's seem to be having a makeover . I like what they have done and coffee was still good! Only complaint was music was blasting out far too loudly. I couldn't hear staff at counter properly and couldn't carry on a conversation over coffee. Perhaps I am just getting old and grumpy but it isn't even good music just boring generic stuff. As I write they have turned music down so I'm going to enjoy my coffee and chat.

quick service, loverly hot food came here after having a bad experance else where, staff polite, would recommened them asking for a pay rise because they work so hard

Lovely meals served up really quickly by friendly helpful staff..... Easy place to find at Cyfartha Retail Park, Swansea road in Merthyr Tydfil. Had the beefburgers & chips & thoroughly enjoyed them. Reasonbly priced with quick service!

Easily accessed in a wheelchair from Travelodge 250mts away. Quiet time Sunday early evening, staff very helpful, usual fare and speed in McDonald's

Not a bad McDonald's, food is always warm and presents to a satisfactory level. My main issue with this McDonald's is that more often than not I have to park up and wait for food. So annoying especially when in a rush. Often one machine or other isn't working

Good service staff work very hard especially on the late nights on the weekend. good location food as you woukd expect in a ma cdonalda

Stopped on the way home for a McDoanalds and as usual were not disappointed. Really fast service & tasty food....The kids loved it! Will most definitely be paying many more return visits!

This is one of the places I meet and greet candidates before their RoSPA Advanced Motorcycle Tests. Coffee is always perfect and staff are friendly. Will continue to use on a regular basis.

Standard out of the box meal. It's just like any other McDonald's. Nothing amazing but great for what you pay for.

Have visited the McDonald's Drive in for a takeaway meal on many ocassions & have always found the staff to be very helpful, courteous, friendly and polite. The prices are very reasonable and.the service very fast. Ideal for a quick meal at the drive in...or for a sit down meal inside the restaurant where the service is also very good with reasonable prices.

What can I say it`s a McDonald`s you get what you pay for. Very fast food when you need to eat and go.

Just the same as any other McDonald's, with one exception: they get the order wrong every time you go for drive through. Whether it's missing stuff or giving you the wrong thing altogether, they always mess it up. I don't know who is more stupid; the people who work there, or me for going there more than once,
