Excellent food, great,polite and friendly staff.

GLUTEN FREE HEAVEN. Hands down the best fish and chips we’ve ever had. The gluten free offerings are great, actual choice. Used them for years now, never had a disappointing meal.

My first visit here tonight, certainly not my last! The staff were friendly and we had a good chat whilst he was getting my battered mars and banana ready. We made the mistake of ordering on just eat so a little more expensive than ordering direct, but worth every penny. I had the loaded chips, he warned me it's a big portion and he wasn't wrong! I made it through about 2/3 and I'm a big eater. The curry sauce was a meal on its own and the footlong battered sausage was as big enough for 4! The cheesy chips were filling and the cheese was actually melted too! The large cod was so refreshing and even fresh tasting, I've never had a chip shop fish as nice as this and I've been around a bit. Only bit I would change is a little more butter on the rolls and the potato fritter to have a few extra seconds in the fryer. I know you mentioned setting up a website and app, I'll certainly be downloading when it comes. My new favourite chippy! It’s greggs they do good coffee been a few times before always pick up a snack with a drink. And will come again

Nobody ever answers phone or it just goes dead! Had really good food in the past but a bit annoyed as been charged twice for meal!!

Let down by awful delivery courier. Didn’t ask for just eat code. Didn’t call us. Just marked as delivered and drove off. Didn’t even get our food. Awful standard of care. Do better.

Called here a few days ago for chips in the afternoon, as I queued up I noticed there weren't any social distancing sticker warnings, hand sanitizer or anything. The 2 people who were serving weren't even wearing masks but people who were in there used their common sence thank god. Waited for chips to be cooked when blonde woman who was serving went by the door not even outside and lit a cigarette up, all the smoke was coming in and people were coughing. I thought I'd wait to see if she'd go outside to finish but no she just stayed in the door puffing away. So I waited further to see if she washed her hands after her ciggie and and pulling the knickers from her arse and guess what?? She went straight behind the counter and started serving again!!! Totally disgusted I looked at her and walked straight out. Never again, I gave them the benefit of doubt last time but no way am I stepping foot in there again. How they have a 5 hygiene rating is beyond me.

Went into greggs this morning for 2 bacon rolls, 1 person serving on tills and making the rolls, he was handling money and making the breakfast rolls with no washing of hands I was mortified at this so left my place in queue.. No thank you.

Ordered a whopper, which was not very warm. Some of the lettuce was actually brown in colour, which is disgusting. Won't be going here again.

The restaurant was extremely busy, but we didn’t feel rushed to order of to eat, amazing service and incredible food 10/10

ordered a large mixed kebab paid £10 got home and started eating it only to find that it was no chicken in there just the doner meat in there BIG RIP OFF

Had the large fish and chips last night, excellent quality, great price, value and massive portion, I could only just about finish it. A full 10oz cod cooked to order in quick time too, the fish and batter were cooked perfectly, the staff were lovely and polite too, I will certainly be making this shop my regular from now on. Very clean presentable shop where hygiene is obviously a priority.

Visited on Sunday - SHAMBLES. The three staff members were more interested in the songs on the radio rather than providing good customer service. Didn’t pay attention to my order, got home to an abysmal quality of food. Love the brand but hated this visit Offered feedback and the solution was a few extra subway points on my card.

The old lady that runs this place is absolutely awful. Her attitude is beyond terrible. Shouting at people in the queue, shouting at staff members, just terrible. Not quite sure why she does the job if she hates everyone so much. She should spend more time ordering food so she isn't continuously running out of items

The food is just as good or bad as everywhere else, but there is really no fast in Fastfood anymore. I’d say we come her every month and no matter how packed or empty, you will always wait for your food, sometimes 15-20mins. Can’t understand how there aren’t certain everygreen products in stock, in jammed times. You’ll get your drinks and Icecream right away, so all ice will be melted, by the time the food arrives. Sometimes kindly got replacements. The App is also an absolute nightmare and works maybe 1/3 times. Poor Management, should definitely get someone new in for that role. We will check out Burger King for a regular guilty pleasure snack, when it’s open.
