Greggs in Bridgend

Went into greggs this morning for 2 bacon rolls, 1 person serving on tills and making the rolls, he was handling money and making the breakfast rolls with no washing of hands I was mortified at this so left my place in queue.. No thank you.

Went here at lunchtime & there was a long queue. It’s a standard Greggs takeaway with a seating area. The staff were very good.

for a coffee and a custard slice, sat outside to do a bit of people watching, as you do. really busy shop, certainly recommend

Used them as we know the sausage rolls are okay, service was slow at times and place inside was a little messy. Staff were pleasant though.

Steak bake Always a good choice . Choice of different pasties sausage rolls and cakes available. Plus a large variety of rolls .

Great place for a baguette or a pasty - quick service and good choice available - not sure what else can be said

Called into this Greg’s on our way home from a pleasant day in MacArthur glen ,there was a deal on which we didn’t know about ,ordered 2 hot chocolates and a cake ,after taking the money ,my wife decided to have a cake ,not realising the offer we were given ,the lady kindly gave us the cake for free ,also the staff were working very hard as one of the coffee machines was down.

Stopped for a mid- shopping snack. The freshly baked pasty was okay as it was slightly over cooked. That said it was consumed with vigour, leaving not a crumb behind!

Greggs hot food , snacks and Cakes are lovely . Staff are always polite , courteous and well trained.This new shop is really convenient. A must visit if you are Ina rush or need that last minute cake for teatime. A small sit down area is also available if you want to eat there.

You can not fault the meal deal of a bacon roll and a coffee. Three of us ate breakfast for just over a fiver. The rolls are fresh and the bacon was tasty. The service is always excellent even when busy. The offer a good selection of breakfast items and all the usual cakes pastries and rolls. All at a price people can afford, and a nice treat. I think we will have the bacon sausage roll next time to see what that's like.

Breakfast bun and coffee foe £2. The roll was very fresh and contained bacon and two sausages.The latte nice and hot and creamy.Considering the roll alone cost £1.99 then an extra penny for a latte coffee has got to be good value.

We popped into greggs for a quick bite to eat we all wanted something from greggs that was warm or hot so we asked for pasties sausage beans and cheese and a sausage rolls and a cheese and onion pastie while walking away we started eating them ....everyone of them was stone cold, on taking them back and explaining when we normally get these from out local greggs they are hot they informed me that it's only a light bulb in the unit and they don't sell them hot. I did tell them that this is the first time I've never ever had a cold one from greggs and that I wanted my money back which they wasn't happy about but did give it back to me .

The service here is fast even when they are busy. The food is the same as every other Greggs but you can always find any kind of item on the menu as the staff are quick to replace items that sell out fast. Pasties are always hot although sometimes the sandwiches can be a little stale on certain days.

I regularly go to greggs and I always get great treated with great customer service, they serve as quickly as they can so I don't wait long and they always try to save me money by mentioning deals.

Lovely products that are always of good quality and value for money. Lovely donuts and pastries. Also serve a good deal at breakfast time too

Shopping at McArthur Glen is pretty deadly; overpriced designer garbage, "hugely reduced" to prices far above normal retail prices, some people must be really gullible ! Greggs is an oasis of sanity, we popped in for a snack, steakbakes are our favourite. There was a huge queue but it disappeared in no time due to plenty of efficient staff. Everything is always fresh, baked or made the same day. Not gourmet but good, fresh, reasonably priced, tasty food.

Whilst visiting McArthur Glen outlet we fancied a cup of tea so called into Greggs as they had some tables inside where you could sit down.
