Subway - Parc Plaza in Bridgend

Visited on Sunday - SHAMBLES. The three staff members were more interested in the songs on the radio rather than providing good customer service. Didn’t pay attention to my order, got home to an abysmal quality of food. Love the brand but hated this visit Offered feedback and the solution was a few extra subway points on my card.

I wanted my usual order, told they no longer do mega meat anymore. I was told there was a new menu and was directed to the board. Picked a cheese steak melt to be told that if I chose that I had to have it as it comes and would not be able to customize the new sandwiches and would have to have it as it comes. I declined that sandwich on the grounds I wanted different salad and sauce. I asked what they had that was similar to a mega meat that I could choose my own salad for and the lad just shrugged his shoulders. I went next door and got a Gregg's instead, wasn't worth the hassle as the queue was out the door and I'd already been waiting 15 minutes. The new setup is a shambles.

Nice place . Nice staff. Very clean. Scanned my sub app no points went on. I spent over 26 pound and no points. The onions when someone gets has them is in the middle so they spill into the other foods contaminating the food so I can’t have what I want. I can’t eat onions and therefore I would taste them . The onions need to be close to the counter so they don’t spill on the other foods. Apart from the onions need to be away from the other foods it’s a nice place to be . Hope they can sort out the onions in the corner away from the fridge ther foods so it don’t spill over the rest and contaminate them.

The food was great and very tasty and very enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Service was fast and prices were reasonable.

What a frustrating visit we’ve just had at our local Subway. Queues out the door, sluggish, poorly trained staff that lack basic customer service skills. Took 30mins to get 2 lifeless looking salads. It’s been poor the last few times we’ve visited (most weekends) but basic issues need to be addressed before we return. To the owner - send in a mystery shopper pronto!

Can't go wrong with the value for money this subway is spotless even though it can be very busy it's tasty fresh and service with a smile

Love subway and this was a good example! When you want something quick this place is perfect! Would visit again!

Had a subway Italian with cheese bread with all the fillings and garlic mayo, really nice. Simple ingredients but they make it taste so nice, very clean in thete also. Staff very polite.
