Tengo patatas fritas, queso y donner y un kebab normal. La comida estaba bien, pero la salsa de guindilla estaba congelada y el chico definitivamente cobró de más, ya que era £ 20 😂

Order never showed up. Phoned restaurant. He kept walking away from the phone and was unhelpful. He said he simply couldn’t do anything about it. Don’t order from here

I visit today and I found reasonable prices great quality fish and very friendly customer service. I couldn't ask for more. Thanks guys! Michael

Waited over 20 min for a dessert went to ask how long will it be "manageress " (more like idiot) butted in to say that its just gone In to oven I then ask how long will it take as iv already been waiting over 20 min normal thing to ask to then get with an overselous rude angry response of am not a chef I would hope a compattant manager would know how long a dish should take from placing the order and then for it too come out WONT be back won't be recommending Main meal was served semi warm (wasn't warm enough to melt the cheese) Whish the food was quick as the reply by owner lol

Fish was very fresh straight out of the fryer and chips were cooked perfectly. Best I've had after a long time. Would recommend this place. 10/10

what's the point in doing a collection then waiting 20 minutes after the collection time to receive food

Wrong order, lomg wait times rude staff and cold food. AVOID

My advise not to use their delivery service since they show zero interest in preparing any delivery orders. A delivery order will be treated always as a low priority, they’re treating delivery partners with much disrespect and ignorance. An order can be ready for ages before they think to hand it to a rider, since they’re too busy chatting. As a result of this an order will be delivered most of the time freezing cold and late. Their drive thru is doing slightly better but again always check your bag before leaving .

Absolutely shocking didn’t give me half of my order

Generally excellent, the staff if you need to speak to them are friendly and helpful. Sometimes the cheaper drinks on menu don’t always taste so great sometimes their mocha doesn’t taste right (rarely) but this is a really nice store. It should be a bit cleaner sometime especially bathrooms but the foods taste and it’s really good for breakfast. Stores got a nice design only thing is they need to clean it more often and maybe supply paper napkin with the order etc instead of the customer having to come back to the till to collect a napkin. Feedback: Regularly clean the tables, the floor and make sure the toilets are clean Drinks quality is sometimes variable, sometimes ingredients are missing from drinks and it doesn’t taste right (see other reviews saying similar) but they’re happy enough to make a drink again if it doesn’t taste right just need to ask. Sometimes wife’s ordered drink on the kiosk and specified hot drink and it’s given a drink with ice. It used to be cleaner and cheaper before.
