The app says my order has been delivered but it never arrived. The rider never arrived or called.

Delivery was perfectly timed and still hot.

Raw chicken nuggets tonight! They had no need which was my first choice but only had chicken on tonight and all my nuggets were raw

Order was cold either because it was an hour late or because they put the cold bolts of juice in the same bag, literally on top of the burger. Joke

Not too clean inside but very nice fresh food!

Delivery time constantly pushed back to almost two hours from placing order. When it finally arrived everything was cold and crushed into a very small bag.

Classic burger king located in the center of Edinburgh! Clean place, even in bathrooms and quite large! Good food!

Dirty cold coffee, leftover food everywhere on tables. No employee speaks to visitors about this. Music is very loud, conversation is not possible Disinterested employees. Dirty sanitary towels in the toilet. In short, an inspection must take place.

I have ordered 2 whoppers and big fries to go. They gave me small fries and burgers for dine in. I tell them that ı ordered to go but they just gave me paper bag and ı had to pack my order myself. Terrible service.

Nice location - came here a couple times and service was fast! Love the vegan royale! And the freestyle drink machine. Lots of seating and very clean.

didn't get 1 of the burgers from 1 of the meals

It took about two hours and a half to get the order - the food was cold and the drinks were hot. Unable to call to cancel the order as no one was available to answer in the over 10 times I phoned.

I had ordered a 2.99 savers meal with my card on the machine, I waited for my order for about 20 minutes and still no food but other orders before me were receiving their meals. I then go up to the counter and I question about my food, they then told me it was unpaid for and I have to pay again. I was furious because it seemed like I was getting scammed since the money got taken off my card. I assured him that I had obviously paid for the food and he gave me the food and it was all cold and there was too much salt my tounge was dissolving. I am absolutely raging and I will not be coming here again.

Accidentally left my bag in the store and tried to call the branch to ask if it had been handed in, no answer after multiple attempts. As I go to collect the bag, they have closed and locked the doors at 1pm! Without any signage as to why this is, and this is wrong. If they have any reason to close early they must show this

I really admire how diligent and hard working the staff is there. Always smiling, always keeping everything moving and being positive. God bless them. If anything is a downside it’s some of the customers.

Ordered extra because I saw the other review talking about it but I thought they were exaggerating…they weren’t one was ok the rest were less than half full If the workers see this u literally don’t get paid enough to be cutting the company costs like this. Such an easy process to order your food with the kiosks they have! Supper quick service with lush staff. The manager Claire ensured that my food was done to amazing standard. Great costumer service to! Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone.

It was really time for Burger King to open its restaurant the friendly professional staff of all kinds of sandwiches totally different in terms of taste and its competitor with a capital M as far as I prefer Burger King it's up to you to make your choice and enjoy your meal small downsides here the ketchup and free 2 sachets the mayonnaise it will cost you 50ct per unit absurd for a fast food

Extravagant. Magnificent. Spectacular. Is what I’d say if I had 3 words to describe this place, everything from the juicy burgers to the crispy fries, truly a spectacle of food. Would come back again.

Realmente mal servicio, fui a la unidad a través de conseguir el almuerzo del equipo, se detuvo para comprobar dos veces el pedido, hamburguesa desaparecida luego volvió a entrar y la chica me estaba llamando mentiroso, así que tuve que volver al coche y recoger las maletas y mostrarle, ella entonces dijo que podría haberlo dejado en el coche, hubiera preferido ir a gastar £ 60 en un pedido y volver al trabajo y comerlo antes de que se caliente, no venir y discutir sobre una hamburguesa que posteriormente se dio cuenta y disculparse por que se debía. Me mordí la lengua cuando era una niña pequeña y entiendo que el ambiente de trabajo puede ser agitado, pero agradecería que en el futuro arreglara el problema, realmente pobre.

Absolutely disgusting experience. Asked for a bottle of coca cola (instead of the cups) which were displayed in store for an autistic non verbal child. Was told rudely that they cannot sell it as it's only for delivery. While I do understand that you have your rules, it costs nothing to be kind and accommodate special needs children at the very least.

The app really needs a better tipping service for the delivery team.

I paid for my food at the auto machine, go my ticket, the person serving then claimed it was not a valid number. They disregarded my complaints and refused to serve me even when I showed them £17 had gone from my a/c...never again!

Even though the food was delivered on time the man who delivered was not nice at all and caused a scene. We are over from Ireland so unaware of the address so when the address appeared on the app we clicked it and would of went down to the door when I would see how close they were on app as we were unsure of flat number. The delivery driver caused a scene in the building shouting at my partner and I know we were in wrong by not giving flat number but the driver causing a scene was not on

The burger kings in England do not have gluten-free burgers or bread.

Do not order from this place. I placed an order last night worth £45 and the food was never delivered. I've been trying to contact them since yesterday but no one will answer. The delivery driver didn't call me to confirm where to leave the delivery and looks like they have just taken the food themselves. I had to place another order with a different restaurant and that DID actually arrive, but time and money wasted. To make matters worse the app I ordered on (Just Eat) have said they can't do anything about it, so Just Eat and this Burger King branch have collectively scammed me off £45 and there's nothing I can do about it. Great customer service. Stay well clear.

The order never arrived. I placed an order worth £45 and it wasn't delivered. On every other occasion I placed an order with Just Eat, the delivery driver called to confirm where the order should be left or to say that they had arrived. On this occasion, there was no phone call, but it shows on the app that the order was delivered.

I bought the plant-based Whopper, and it was delicious! The manager was very polite and made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

The chips where hard and dry and no sauce on burger

placed order and delivery time started at 19.50 arrived freezing cold and inedible, time kept changing on system as to when delivery was going to be and that it showed driver at burger king for ages, so food would have been laying out for ages

Cold food. Dry, bland ingredients. Putting a cold bottle of drink in same bag, with what I assume was hot food. Stale fries. The whole order was disgusting. Very disappointing.

Not up to the brand name. The food was not packed correctly it looks like for the name sake they are doing the things.

Bad quality didn’t receive everything I ordered very unhappy

Ordered via Deliveroo. Adult and kid meal. Deliveroo sent the kid meal on a massive detour arriving 30 mins after it left the restaurant. Imagine playing with the food of a child in a manner that the child is treated like a second class citizen. After food arrived it had to be reheated. Myself and the wee one had the shytes all night till around 3am. So, thanks for stealing my money and giving me and the wee one food poisoning. Report to council sent today as hygiene standards clearly questionable. Anyone reading this…. AVOID AVOID AVOID Buy local, you’ll be treated better, your food will be fresher and you’re not going to get food poisoning from an abhorrently greedy corporation.

The place is bigger inside than it looks. Able to order on machines but some difficulty while talking to staff, English isn't their first language. Staff were nice though

Incredibly unhappy.Just eat or the restaurant have completely mixed up my order leaving me with no dinner for tonight.Because what they sent me was chicken that I can't eat.

The fries were so salty I might as well be hospitalised for having a stroke ONG. But the atmosphere was nice.

When we entered there was about 6/7 staff that I could see and no customers, but yet nearly every single table had waste on the tables and on the floor. After being there for about 30min while eating, we left and not one of the staff had been out to clean up. Time the staff had a reminder about what their job consists of.

Dining area clean, really nice and modern vibe, and to top it off a lovely young and handsome man Afil helped me go to the toilet after eating my quadruple steakhouse angus! They quickly sent in the toilet clean up crew after me to get rid of the mess! Thoroughly recommend

This Burger King is consistently busy but they consistently deliver, service, quality and cleanliness. Environment is refreshing and overall great atmosphere.

The place is like any other in the franchise. I rate the food at one because the size of the hamburger is a mockery, paying 10gbp for this, there are many fast food options that are more worth it. We came here because it was the only thing open near the hotel.

Used the self-service machine (which I've used in other chains, even abroad) and the options so unclear that I ended up with a burger that, rather than containing all toppings, was completely plain. Literally just the patty in a bun. How can that be described as the 'Ultimate Bean Burger'? Wasn't a tasty burger. Plus had large fries and overall meal so small that was still hungry afterwards.

The food is amazing along with the vibe that you get here.Their service is fabulous.I am a regular customer of this particular BK and I recommend it to all.😊😊😊
