Good food for good prices, it's a little shop so not much sitting area and seat are high but still nice ( previous owners) (New owners) So it's been around 8 months since the new owners have taken over and I thought they would improve things since they run the ones in Leith. No it's worse. The staff have no clue how to make the correct order. Mistakes every time. Won't be going back, I'll just go to the gyle subway, the standards there have increased. No wonder why it's always dead when you go here.

The place was okay. But was dissapointed the chicken tika sandwich was cold and lukewarm. So i had the lady heat it up again. It was just her and no one else in the building. And she seemed inexperienced and didn't seem to know what she was doing. Subway have really been dropping the ball as of late and I'm having second thoughts about whenever to go back again in future or not.

A bunch of very careless staff serve people incorrectly. They keep on forgetting items or making mistakes with the order. When you go back to clarify , they give you stupid glances. Just busy in looking after themselves. What a waste of my time!! 🙄🙄🙄😬

Just received my order from Uber eats. Order was over 30 mins late. First off, they forgot my cookies. Then I open the wedges, the sauce has exploded. The wedges ratio for over £3 is appalling. Had to put them in the air fryer as they were freezing cold. Then to top it off, look at the state of the toppings on top of the sub. 0/10, would never go here again.

Just overall not a great experience. Wrap wasn’t toasted. Sub was practically empty. And workers looked at me with about ten heads when I asked for the basics like cheese. Then arguing over that it was £0.50 extra. Overall not great

Ordered a meal for myself and partner given incorrect drinks chips were still frozen in the middle with no seasoning as ordered food poisoning in a box horrible how bad Subway has got get staff that can cook. When I phoned store I asked to speak to a manager then I got handed to someone who IMPERSONATED being a manager and then told me the manager would be in 15 minutes after stating he was the manager

Good place for a quick bite, usually make good coffee too, though coffee machine wasn't working on my visit.

Spent £30 on a4 6inch subs. None had any vegs in them apart from onions in one, one was supposed to have dorito chips and never. My philly steak never even had cheese! All were dry as hell. Very disgusting....cold slices of salami flung on. Save your money and avoid.

Good staff service but as I was ordering there was this young man I would say about 5,11 with Jordan’s as he bragged about them while entering the shop, as I ordered my food he interrupted me by shouting “ THE USUAL MATE” as he slung his red and black lumberjack jacket onto my chair that had been reserved. I stood there in awe as I was rudely interrupted mid order. All the staff seemed terrified of him as they trembled before this beast of a boy while he whipped out his Xoami 11T and logged into his subway app to find that he could save money because of a sub squad. Won’t be back in fear of the boy .

Nice and friendly staff. I love the subway, I always go for the steak and cheese, which is nice.

I ordered take out. I love the fact that I can use my points on the app to get a free meal. The steak and cheese is my personal fave I must say. Their cookies are also very nice.

Super friendly staff and they were very nice it was a lovely time. The food was very very good would recommend.

Absolutely terrible, ordered nachos and basically got a box of dried crisps with no topping on delivery, I did however got offered a replacement hence the extra star

Avoids this subway at all costs, the staff are useless. They are always out of stock of basics like lettuce and bread. They take an age to make one sandwich. They are rude. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs

They only had two types of breads, very slow service

Thay ran out of bread but I only had to wait 5 min and it was worth it no Uther issues with this subway

This place is a disaster. It’s says it’s open to 8 o’clock at night always shuts early. The website always says it’s open when it’s closed. Some of the staff are hiding through the back so remember to make a noise to get service. Remember and repeat your order 3 times as they are not interested in eye contact or listening skills. Do your self a favour and go to the Subway at the garages at sighthill and Chester they will have everything as half way through your order This lot then tell you they have run out of sauces or vegetables 😡😡😡 wish I could give no stars but won’t be returning

Went in back in October and the staff were amazing and so friendly.

Rude staff, laughing at us when I'm trying to explain what vegetables I want. We added 1 more footlong, and the staff threw the knife down and was so annoyed. The young Scottish guy shouldn't be employed there. I will never recommend anyone to go to this Subway.

Very rude Staff, no sauce available, no more bread available, there will be a scottish guy inside, he is a racist, and a complete dumass, he is so very rude, he don't even deserve to be a subway employee.

Great service fast and quick and good food and the manager eden was really helpful

Mind bendingly bad service, your order is shouted at you and your responses to questions are received with uncomprehending indifference, careless did not work, bored girl at till did not notice until machine was rapped on the perspex

Terrible experience mixed with JustEat. I bought a meal for 2 and I received 2 stone cold 6 inches, 3 cookies and one of them not only broken but it looked BITTEN! Half liter of Pepsi Max instead 1,5 liter. And not received nachos to share . Result? Phoned the store, the guy was so in rush he didn't try to listen to me and he said: THE ORDER HAS NEVER BEEN DONE. But if I got the 2 panini in front of me! And the receipt is all correct. I told him I received something and I was told to contact JustEat to get the refund, and JustEat told me I am not eligible for it..2 huge pathetic chains. Stay away from them! Wasted 20 pound for NOTHING! GOD CURSE YOU ALL!

Staff very courteous, friendly and the service was very good.

Fast service and polite with it

The customer service is shocking. Ordered sandwiches that came with onions which I am allergic to. When I called the store the person how picked up the phone couldn't find my order for 10 minutes. And said "my head is about to explode" and that we need to come over and collect the order.

The food and staff are great. The staff seem friendly and do their job well. However, when I went, the space was very crowded and the staff were worked thin, trying to deal with both customers and just eat orders. As much as I liked my experience, the restaurant (?) was very understaffed and it took a while for me to get my food. That may have been something to do with it being Friday lunchtime though

Items missing from order, and the staff refused to replace or come up with a solution, staff were also very rude and not cooperational, will definitely not be back.

Nice meal when it finally comes, working away probably thought bogus with the English accent second time allot quicker and 3rd as quick but shouldn't presume they have the number off the mobile what you have called from and asked if they wanted room number but no. So they take Ages for the first ever order I hope they don't do the same to the locals because they will lose customers😟😉

Fast service, friendly, patient staff and a budget sandwich which in my opinion greatly exceeds the value of sterling handed over in exchange. Awfully good Sanny for not much dosh. Jackson didn't use the toilet on this occasion choosing instead to stare longingly at the white chocolate cookies which he longed after. There was some regret shortly after as the resulting turtle head imposed some discomfort for him

Much better than other fast food places. Loads more choice of fillings, it's fast, attentive staff Good value for money.

Subway is always the answer even you don't know where to go. There's just a small parking problem.

Leider war das Restaurant in einem sehr schmutzigen Zustand als wir da ankamen und etwas Bestellen wollten. Ob das Essen gut ist kann ich nicht sagen wir sind vorher wieder gegangen.

Nice subs and friendly service.

Only one member of staff on when we were in and he obviously would have preferred to be anywhere else but there!! Service was very slow and the server kept disappearing back into the kitchen without explanation. I appreciate he may have had things he needed to do back there but an explanation or even a simple excuse me a second would have been polite. When he was serving, he was sullen, and bad tempered, crashing and banging trays or rolls about and throwing the empty trays down. My kids love Subway but we won't be back to this one in a hurry.

Really slow service. One guy in shop. He had to replenish all foods and serve. Food was good. But was overcharged too.

The woman at the time was very rude and snappish. Very off putting for a first time customer of subway, food was quite dry and tasteless however the cookies were amazing

One of the worst staff i have seen in any subway. The female was in a hurry to close and passed a rude comment..Avoid.

Didn't enjoy my visit to subway on this particular occasion, the guy who served me was impatient when I changed my mind over something I asked for. He was sighing and huffing under his breath and the juice I ordered was as flat as the road.

Very disappointing customer service this evening. Waited a while to be served as told the floor was wet - Far enough but why not be polite and friendly about it. No please or thank you for my custom.

Ok for a cheap bite to eat and only really go as I get vouchers. I have the veggie pate with salad and spicy mayo on a garlic and herb sub with a drink and crisps for £3.50 with vouchers.(see online)

Friendly efficient staff and the usual reliable tasty sub's, plus good coffee.

They don't put veg in the toaster..... not heard that before....

I have been going to this subway for 3 years now and it's extremely hit and miss with some staff making you glad to go and others continually failing to the point I don't order subs from some staff. With those " bad staff" I have been changed a range of prices from under £4 over £8 for the same item. They Never have all the breads left past 4pm. Can't take basic instructions like no salad or only 2 lines of sause please. Often look very unhappy to see customers after 6pm sometimes just closed hours early

Mi amigo quería comer un sándwich y sólo una bebida. Yo estaba muy impresionada por el muchacho que 'ladrar' a todos los clientes si desea ordenar algo cuando estaban esperando pacientemente. Él no era amable, parece que de todos modos estaba enfadado o irritado no paciencia. Las otras dos personas de metro era amable y agradable. Me saltaría este metro y vaya a otro.

First time in this subway yesterday staff were really nice and helpful will come back

Went to the Subway at Fort Kinnaird in Edinburgh yesterday with my partner, as our sandwiches where being toasted I was watching the member of staff that was dealing with our order, with gloved hands he rubbed his nose twice then scratched his ear, I had to ask him to change his gloves, which he done, but he did seem quite shocked, think he needs to go through hygiene training again, sandwiches where very nice though

Gentleman with start of a beard and moustache very helpful he served me my baguette with all the things I asked for, he was cheery the blonde haired chap was also cheery and both chatty whihc is good for customer service. sat in and was relaxed atmosphere. table a wee bit grubby but all in all a good experience.

Me llevé a mi hijo aquí como un regalo porque ama rollos de metro cuando estamos fuera un sábado.Nos preguntó si nos podía sentarse y comer, que es lo que hicimos.La comida en los restaurantes del metro son los mismos probablemente en Edimburgo sin embargo las mesas del Corstorohine eran especialmente sucia y la planta también podría haberlo hecho con una muy buena.Esto podría haber sido este sábado en particular.

Good service, good food. Love the bacon sub for breakfast, only 99p for a six inch and it's always delicious. There's a couple of seats too if you want to sit in.

I love subway because it's guick and amazing and I recommend getting the Italian bmt with south west sauce. It's great for kids as well because you can get special meal deals

Me gusta metro como un rápido en la opción, pequeñas colas y servicio rápido que sea una buena opción para una vida ajetreada. Aunque yo no tener problemas con el repentino aumento de los precios, durante el verano de 2014 que compró una bebida y un seis pulgadas sub con atún y queso por £3 luego, cuando yo fui en noviembre para comprar lo mismo que cobraron £4. Yo creo que es un poco caro para un pequeño bocadillo y una bebida en el mercado comida rápida, aunque sabrosos Mcdonalds me puede ofrecer mucho más en el camino de la comida para mi £4 igualmente con el KFC y otras comida rápida principales competidores. Así que en general muy sabroso y un montón de opción con servicio rápido pero ten cuidado con los precios en aumento.

Food excellent, service terrible! From wrapping the foot long to putting it into a bag the gentleman serving just couldn't cope. I will be back but if he struggles again I will say something for sure! Ps "are you happy in your job?"

The usual Subway experience. The staff seemed bored and uninterested. The only relatively happy staff member was the gent on the till. I had asked for a bottle of water to make a meal deal and the girl who was 'in charge' of dispensing drinks was too busy faffing about until i unintentionally shouted at her over the loud bustle. I did apologize for shouting but she should have been doing her job.

I found this subway a bit expensive for exactly the same food. Staff were not too bad. Clean shop.

Do not have hot drink staff good have hot drinks now .but don't go to toilet it has no lock and it is is disgusting but the staff are hard working and cold do with a hand
