Went in after drinks, the place looked dirty. stupidly I overlooked this because I was drunk. We were the only customers in the shop after waiting 45 min I asked when the food would be ready. Guy behind the counter started shouting at us. Just asked for a refund and left.

Absolute clown show. Called the police on me over a 10p ketchup they failed to give me the last time I wished I didn’t bother going there

Bit disappointed in this KFC to be honest, on numerous occasions I’ve visited here and it just seems each time the oil is well due a change. The chicken it’s not golden, more dark brown, and food has been cold, when complained fresh food was was given but I’d say 9 times out of 10 when ordering to takeaway it’s awful. Also why? Why have KFC stopped cooking the corn on the cob in butter?? The corn is tasteless and now very disappointing. Because it is the only KFC in the area and as a family we do like a KFC we will still from time to time order from here, and I’ll keep complaining about the state of the chicken covering, will take it further if it continues.

Never been before and thought I’d try the drive thru. Sat waiting for 5 mins at the order point, then told someone would be with me in a minute. 10 minutes later still waiting. I just drove off and ate elsewhere. I will never return. Shut the drive thru if you cannot serve fast food or staff adequately. Whoever is running this place should be ashamed of themself.

Disgusting attitude by staff. Long wait at the drive thru, then not given the correct order. Go back and complain - manager then comes to tell me she packed it herself and it was right when she gave it to us. Invited her twice to come and check the car if she was actually accusing me of making it up! Funnily enough she didn’t take me up on the offer to investigate the case of the missing cheeseburger. To top it off the food was cold! Won’t be going back

Many years since we had a meal at a UK McDonalds and it’ll be even longer before we have another. Rubbish meal but friendly efficient staff. 2 minute drive home but our meals were both cold and a sloppy tasteless, mess. A Large Big Mac which was very short on being anything you would consider as large or big!!!

Absolutely crap this mc Donald’s it’s my local one so have to come here every time I come I waiting at least 20 mins and longer for it what the hell is wrong with this place give ya the mc flurry first it’s melted by the time ya get ya actual food

First time using this KFC and it will be the last, First impressions not good abruptly told to wait at drive through ordering point even though we where the only car there,secondly greeted at kiosk window by a very looking unkempt man who proceeded to thrust the contactless Payment device towards us stating the price with not as much as a good evening, please or thank you during the whole transaction. Thirdly when unpacking the meal 10 minutes later it looked like it had been thrown in with no regard and to top it all off one of the large side gravy's lids had not been put on properly leading to gravy spilling everywhere. Avoid this place at all costs.

Passing KFC and as you do popped in for some chicken. Very hot food Clean and tidy And staff supper friendly and helpful. Could not ask for any more from a kfc

I had an excellent experience at KFC Derby thanks to Julie. She was incredibly attentive and ensured my order was perfect. Her friendly demeanor and efficient service made my visit truly enjoyable. Highly recommend visiting this location and being served by Julie!

La aplicación no te da la opción de rectificar o darte un reembolso. Traté de llamar al restaurante varias veces para que no contestaran en absoluto, como si el teléfono estuviera descolgado. No entienda cómo puede arruinar un pedido simple pero luego no estar disponible para rectificar esto. ¡Inútiles muchos de ellos!

By far the worst McDonalds I’ve ever ever been in. Filthy. Slow. Poorly managed. Badly staffed. Food barely warm. Cluttered or unclean tables. Staff shirking responsibilities. Food dropped on the floor not cleared quickly. Absolutely no management. And the cacophony of beeps from the kitchen equipment made having a conversation almost impossible. The area manager either needs to put a rocket up the team or find another job. And as for the size of the burgers don’t get me started. I will never go there again. I suggest everyone else swerves it.

The McDonalds in Hitchin is opposite the B&M Store and a very short walk from the railway station. I visited at a lunch time and it was quite busy with students from the local college and people coming to get some lunch. Like virtually all McDonalds nowadays they have the touch screens you can use to place your order for food. You have to pay by card for these. I did not have long to wait for my order to be ready and I took a seat and ate my food which was really tasty. They have free wifi and it is a good signal so you can check messages, stream music or watch something on your phone. The restaurant was clean and as people were leaving the tables were quickly being cleared ready for the next customers.

Disappointing Experience at McDonald’s (Again!) I’m honestly tired of visiting McDonald’s only to find that half the menu isn’t available—AGAIN. I went in today hoping to grab a milkshake, but surprise, surprise, they weren’t available (for what feels like the 100th time). It’s becoming a joke. It’s not just the milkshakes either. Other items were unavailable too. What’s the point of a menu if you never have the items? Very frustrating and definitely not worth the trip. McDonald’s needs to seriously get it together. Won’t be returning anytime soon.
