Staff clearly require training, or a few extra brain cells! Left waiting 20 minutes for order as the two young girls were too busy having a conversation about borrowing a sisters car the following day. Which was followed up with the comment “I always get the sh*t jobs” in front of my son. They then had to be reminded by us to put the chips in the bag…. Clearly multi-tasking isn’t their strong point! Got home one meal completely wrong and no sauces that were asked for. They don’t bother to answer the phone, clearly too busy talking amongst themselves! My husband went back to the branch gave them the wrong meal back and asked for a refund. Apparently the manager didn’t have the authority to reimburse meals! So the burger was made again….. got home to find out the burger was wrong again! Absolute useless clowns!

Went through the drive through this morning, we were the only ones there and the restaurant wasn’t busy. Ordered 2 breakfast meals, sat at the window waiting for over 10 minutes. No body came to apologise or explain why we were waiting so we shouted ‘hellooooo’. A young girl came to the window, with major attitude. No apology, had to wait a further few minutes to be passed our food. By this time a queue was forming behind. Everytime you go to this branch there is a problem. Either they get the order wrong, it’s cold or you have to wait AGES! Don’t even bother going on a Friday night it’s utter chaos. We once waited 50 minutes for food. The people working there are all so young, they are more interested in chatting to each other than concentrating on what they should be doing. I sound like a right moaning old biddy but when it’s everytime it’s just a joke. Where is the management?

Suprize fries 🍟 advertised everywhere. Emblazoned on every window. But do not have any of the peelable fries containers in store. Simply told 'we have none left '.

AVOID, This is the worst Mcdonalds we have ever been too. The chips were soggy, saltless. Burger tasted off, bun was stale!! What an absolute waste of money!!!! Will not be coming back here anytime soon. Im so annoyed as Ive been robbed!!! Had to chuck the majority of the meal away as it was inedible!!! Do yourself a favour and avoid this awful place.

We went at about 5.30pm for a couple of burgers using the drive through. For some reason it took 40 minutes from joining the queue to receiving our food. Something was clearly wrong at the drive through traffic wasn't moving and was backing up causing a traffic jam on the adjoining road. When we did get our order it was barely warm verging on cold. No apologies or explanations for the poor service. We didn't want to waste more time trying to get our food replaced, instead we resolved to never visit agaib

Never previously visited this particular McDonald's branch but it's safe to say, we won't be returning. We placed our order using their instore touch-screen menus, spent over £28 for the 4 of us, low and behold, the printer wasn't working. Fair enough, couldn't get a receipt but then we weren't even given a number. We were waiting for 25 minutes for our order, watching plenty of others and those using the drive-thru, get their orders. There was no apology nor a worthy explanation (other than they're waiting on fries......apparently not a problem for all other customers). Eventually get our food, all burgers were cold. Three Big Tasty' had been ordered, one with bacon.......none got bacon despite the box saying "Big Tasty with Bacon" and having to pay extra for it. By this point, we're fed up up and starving, so aren't about to go up and ask about the elusive frozen bacon to go with my cold burger. Finish eating the disappointing burger, at least the fries were at body temperature. Pick up my chocolate milkshake.........not chocolate, it's vanilla. The staff managed one banana and one chocolate but I guess, two chocolate was just too much so they opted to give us vanilla. This may sound daft but this was my birthday treat. I very rarely have a McDonald's and it is considered a huge treat for me. This was no treat. So well done Lytham branch, you've ruined what should have been very basic, simple, comfort food.

Ordered food to be delivered by uber. The food was rank and the milkshake was like water. The staff leave the food to go cold before its even given to the driver.

We don't go to mcdonalds very ofter but we had our 2 grandchildren with us so in we went. It was possibly the worst meal i have ever had. Tgey git alk our order wrong and the quality of the food was terrible. As i said we don't usually go to mcdonalds outlets and i can honestly say it will be the last. The portions have git smaller and the quality of the products were very bad.

Absolutely the worst macdonalds I've ever used. Orders were wrong, food is missing and when it does arrive it's cold. I would avoid, save your money time and energy and go somewhere else that will actually give a dam about you as a customer.

As usual, a very tasty fast food meal with well-cooked chips, and good meal deals, I tried the McSpicy and loved it. The staff are nice too.

HELL ON EARTH! I have millions of things to say about this HOLE! But my anxiety raging would takes weeks to spell it all out. The place is CHRONICALLY understaffed by H&S Restaurants Ltd (nightmarish franchisee) by children. 18-20 years old on £7.49 an hour National minimum wage and the under 18s which they love and adore at £5.28 an hour. Ever heard McD UK Corporate saying "We are so proud of our young workforce"? Well, now you know why. The managers here are tetchy in the main, but let's face it they are working in bull conditions, no-one should have to deal with the staff cutbacks at this dump, it's stress each day for everyone. The staff there, some of which are oblivious and useless, like the idiotic bespectacled clown manager man that was there yesterday morning, with his white repair on his black specs for identification purposes. UTTERLY USELESS! At one point in choas today he emerged, swung round from one side to the other, saw the Delivery order queue and then escaped agian up by the fryers away, throwing his hands in the air with frustration (read as: his incompetence). The whole thing was in a mess. Like it is EVERY DAY. No staff, H&S delusion. Every customer leaves here angry, what a clown show. No eggs, again, no hash browns, no staff, no interest, every ruddy day. The culture at McDonald's now is IGNORE the desks at the front. Someone wants to pay? Order? Tell someone as per usual that half the order is missing, to ask for sauce, to say the receipts have ran out, etc. Everybody is on a mission to avoid that till and pick up, no time for that. McDonald's must know it's impossible to get service because of their own faults. Us Just Eat people, we get paid rubbish money to deliver already, but after fuel and insurance and time, working here is HELL!!!!! We make losses per hour, NOT minimum wage or anything daft like that. No living wage. They still get it. But it's the top management who are truly at fault. They send COLD FOOD out to their customers as routine, whenever they can be arsed to service the Delivery business, because Drive-thru is number one, Counter (which again is ignored with the backs of the few whilst the customer-service-seeking customers are ROUTINELY IGNORED AS COMMON PRACTICE) is number two, and Delivery, well, they put the latest new-starter on that and ignore as they've too much to do themselves, no that it's an excuse. The utter shame of this place, I cannot tell you how bad this place is. What a bloody mess. H&S, put some cash into payroll, It's obvious how you're breaking service standards to laughable degrees, every day you pish orf your customers, but your staff all look miserable and who could blame them. Delivery drivers like I often wait 40 minutes and watch their clown show. Which means, every damn time, you are earning like £3 an hour sometimes with these jokers and yes, insurance, fuel, car running costs etc. mean we earn like £1 an hour with these charlatan dirtbags. Waited 45 minutes for a £3 order? Which is maybe 55p after I've delivered in including costs? Can we have a coffee whilst our lives unravel in front of us? No, sod off. Rant over, so so so tired of getting no pay because of the hellish waits in this hole.

Proper wind up cancelled my just eat order after waiting 2 hours, turned up at the restaurant no correspondence with just eat what so ever and proceeded to take the piss, would not recommend.

For the second time in 2 weeks my order was lacking items; no brownie and no filet-of-fish. Only discovered when back at home. Too expensive to have items missing! Won’t go there again.

Went once before and it was cold, thought to give it another go, cold again . I live within half a mile of the restaurant and drove back with the order on quiet roads . Food not good being almost completely cold. How do they do this? Quite a lot of money these days for poor quality.

I live in the local area, and this is quite possibly the worst McDonalds I have ever been to and the food they serve here is barely edible half of the time. If you order through the drive through, then lets just say you've got a 50% chance of your order being incorrect. What this McDonalds needs is a competitor in the St. Annes area so they are forced to improve their exceptionally low standards. There's a reason this is ranked 117th out of 118th restaurants in this area.

Awful restaurant, if you go inside be prepared to wait 30 to 45 mins for your food, as they only do these orders if they have no drive through waiting. Ordered breakfast today at 10:50, at 11:20 they tell me they have no flatbreads. Staff coughing and wiping their nose on their hands, then handling food. Pics of their promo coffee, doesn't look like the same coffee.

Visited McDonalds at Lytham. Went through the drive in was very slow paid and got more than a handful of change back. Ordered 2 French fries a McCrispy a Big Mac a Vanilla milkshake and a Flake Mcflurry. I was told no milkshakes and no Mcflurry. Collected takeaway I live less than 2 miles away. Get home fries are totally cold the Big Mac is just warm and as for the McCrispy alot less crispy over cooked very little mayo . Very disappointing been awhile since I have been there and to be honest there will not be a further visit for what I paid I expected better.

Slow service food left waiting when mentioned to manager he said the person was training no apology

We went there yesterday evening at about 8.30pm. It was quiet. We bought two cups of hot chocolate and two muffins. Not a complicated order, but it took about 15 minutes for staff to complete it. The hot chocolate was the worst drink I have ever tasted. It was weak and boiling hot. I kept hoping that maybe it just needed stirring a bit and would improve if I stuck with it, but no. It was the worst drink I have ever had.

Appalling McDonald's. The staff seem to be incapable of simple work. It was a quiet evening and they managed to forget two out of 3 things I ordered. They also seem to 'turn the McFlurry machine off after a certain time' every evening which doesn't seem right at all and isn't the case in any others. Not to mention the waiting time is atrocious. I got to squires gate every time now. The food is also freezing everytime we get it, it is sh** to say the least. The staff clearly have no care in the world.

Service is poor - drive thru today incorrect order - no napkins, as always - no sauce despite asking. Staff not interested when asked why incorrect order. I’d give this McDonald’s a wide berth. It has been like this for a while now.

So visited this branch on the way to the theatre at Lytham and after reading reviews we weren’t expecting much but we were pleasantly surprised lovely clean restaurant and lovely food even better was the service received by Samatha in customer service the restaurant was packed so we waited for a more suitable table to come free Samatha kept an eye out and showed us to a empty table I’ve never seen that done before such a lovely lady sho went out of her way to help thank you so much we’ve never had that kind of service in a Maccys ever before give that lady a pay raise

We came to the drive thru and ordered 20 chicken nuggets amongst other items. We were told to park up and wait, very quickly our food came but the older gentlemen who brought our food asked us to check the bag to ensure everything was there. I have NEVER had someone at McDonald’s ask me to check and I’m glad he did, as no sauces he quickly went back and got them. Just wanted to leave a review as this guy was a legend, really nice guy with great service. Didn’t catch his name but he’s around 40-50 years old. Ace guy!
