Absolutely useless. Got home and the kids realised that half the order was missing. I rang the branch as I couldn't go back to the restaurant off the A41 and they didn't pick the phone, I had to sort out dinner for the which defeated the point of buying a takeaway. It's a shame that their customer service at Aylesbury McDonald's has dropped to such diabolical standards. This experience has put the kids off McDonald's as they view them as cheats due to previous experiences. Stay away and save yourselves the painful experience and loss of your hard earned £s.

En las últimas 2 ocasiones de visitar y recientemente estar libre de gluten he tenido grandes experiencias aquí. El personal tiene un gran conocimiento sobre todas las carnes y salsas que no contienen gluten y se aseguran de que están utilizando guantes separados, etc. mientras hacen los pedidos. If patience is a virtue, this McDonald’s is training saints—because the wait here will make you question all your life choices. Since UberEats and drive-through orders are treated like royalty, the rest of us mere mortals are left standing around like extras in a bad sitcom. This particular branch, however, deserves its own award: Most Likely to Ruin Your Day. After a delightful 25-minute wait, I finally got my order, only to discover at home that half of it had apparently gone on strike and refused to join me. Turns out, that was the silver lining. The food that did show up looked and tasted like it had been kept in a cryogenic chamber. I’m not sure if it was colder than my enthusiasm or just a strong contender for the Arctic Culinary Awards. The fries? Limp and unsalted, like someone had waved them vaguely near a potato and called it a day. The burgers? They seemed to have been assembled by someone playing kitchen basketball, tossing ingredients across the room and hoping for the best. Spoiler: they missed. McDonald’s used to be the go-to for a cheap, satisfying meal. Now? It costs as much as a takeaway that doesn’t leave you with existential dread. Honestly, my local kebab shop feels like it’s angling for a Michelin Star in comparison. As a kid, McDonald’s was a treat. Now, it’s more like an endurance test. Unless I’m struck down with a raging hangover and no other options, I think my McDonald’s days are officially over. Sorry, Ronald. It’s not me, it’s you.

We ordered online ( just eat or macdonalds app ) from here 4 times in last 6 weeks and 3 times the order was missing items, cold food or poor quality made food . The staff I spoke to didnt care one bit. Would not recommend going in or ordering online... dont waste your money

Tengo la hamburguesa de pollo a la parrilla. Probablemente la hamburguesa de sabor más sencillo que he probado. Tomé 2 bocados y tiré el resto. Realmente estaba emocionado de probarlo ya que es un restaurante en el que nunca he estado antes, pero no voy a volver.

Order this online and this is what I get disgusting how can people justify giving you a portion of chips? When this is what they give you? The sausages were cold. Hard look like they had been there for the majority of the day. People obviously have no conscience.

When I went to pay for my meal my £10 Scottish note was not accepted. The note was a new style plastic, Bank of Scotland, the Chicken Cottage manager said this was company practice and pointed to a sign which read, Polite Notice, we do not accept Scottish Notes. I pointed out that Bank of Scotland notes are Stering legal tender, but to no avail. As a Scot and standing in a queue trying to explain that I only have Scottish notes in my wallet which I got from the Bank the day before, quite upsetting.

I have been going to Stacey's on and off for 8 years but was influenced by the Google reviews so never ordered more than something simple; got a full set meal tonight and not only did I hear them cooking it fresh whilst I was waiting (in the wok) but everything was super delicious, especially the chicken and mushrooms. The sweet and sour chicken balls are my thing and these are the best I have had in Gosport.

Ordered family meal, wings were tiny, the sauce horrible not cooked or absorbed in chicken. Ordered before was ok, not sure what’s happened to management, but won’t be ordering again.

I regularly eat from here, tonight I ordered for me, my wife and my son. As usual the food was fantastic the service friendly. Munchies remains our go to take out in Yeovil.

APPALLING SERVICE!!! Got served by a lady who looked like she couldnt be bothered and wanted to be elsewhere, no greeting, no smile ZERO customer service! When i asked if they accept the nhs blue light card i was bluntly told no! When i showed her on my phone they do, she said only some branches take it..i then asked if she had a list of what branches do..i got ignored and was asked for the bill payment!! When we went to sit down a man behind the counter shouted across the restaurant( if you can call it that) the area we were going to was closed!! No polite effort in coming over to say but decoded to shout over to us..toilets blocked off with baby seats in front of the corridor and when i asked where the toilet was i was given a key which (after covid, no cleaning before placing the key on the counter) and upon locking the door the toilet was disgusting..i wouldnt let a dog urinate in that toilet let alone a human! God knows when the last time it was cleaned!! Ehen i asked for the managers name the female who served me said she was the manager,when i questioned her name that it wasnt the name on the receipt she annoyingly informed me that it was from an employee from an earlier shift!! The area manager sat in the corner on his laptop with no regard for how his colleagues lack the basic customer service skills!! Every employee in this branch need to go on an intense week customer sevice skills course!!! Email heading to head office complaints..SHOCKING SERVICE AND TOILETS ARE LIKE A GUTTER!!! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!! In fact i would give this branch MINUS!!!
