Mcdonalds in Aylesbury Vale

Every time I order on ubereats there’s items missing, this time my burger of my meal!!! How do you miss the main part?!? Then they take no notice and call you a liar!! Shockingly bad had this several times now!

Ordered £35 meals for my children. The wrong order was delivered. McDonalds said it was the drivers fault which is rubbish! Not the drivers fault at all! The bags had not been opened. The woman told me she was the manager when I asked to speak to a manager but refused to give me her name when asked. Her attitude was absolutely shocking! She also said the order was not on the system which is rubbish as the receipt was on the bag! Do not order from McDonald's! Disgusting service!

This place is an absolute joke! Food is crap and always cold. Ordered on just eat waited over an hour and food turnt up cold. Not surprised at I ordered at 10.20 but it arrived at 11.27 funny that breakfast stops at 11 so my food has been sat there for half hour or more. Then to top it off no hash browns so my meals were not even complete meals. The coffee was stone cold too. If you cannot deliver on time don’t comity to deliver at all. Spoke to restaurant 3 times to be hung up on. Spoke to like dirt and fobbed off with their lame excuses.

Ordered food on deliveroo half of order missing had to travel to the restaurant too be told I had to contact deliveroo with my query or I could order more food then and pay again . Absolutely useless and manager did not care less . Disgusting behaviour from a company trying to make people pay twice for there mistake I will never use McDonald's again the company is a joke and couldn't care less about its customers. Stay well clear

Nobody in there ordered waited 20 mins deliveries coming and going.Finally got our order £30 quid freezing cold chips that cold had a fat film on them. Burgers rubbery chicken nuggets tasteless reminds me why I haven't ate the crappie in a year ! Should of gone to bon appetit for a fresh hot kebab.Would I return NEVER

disgusting, unediable, cold , wet , the bag was ripped and soaked practically disintegrated, the food was moist from the whole drink that had spilt everywhere and the delivery guy clearly knew this, there was a trail of coke from the car to my front door and then continued into my house, I had to bin everything, what a waste. I am fuming and disappointed, I excepted better from McDonald's.

Where are the dips I ordered??!! That's my biggest issue with delivery. Other than that, pretty good.

The food was picked at 5:30 and we eventually got the food at 6:40. The food was completely cold and the ice cream and milkshake was like water as it had defrosted. No dips either! The deliver driver blamed McDonalds. Getting a McDonald’s is not cheap like it used to be, so very disappointing, expensive meal.

We popped in on Friday 11th November 2022 placing our order at 7pm. The place was over run by Deliveroo and just eat people. Sarah the Shift manager only seemed interested in managing the paper bags very slowly, while her colleagues fell in to complete chaos. She had no clue what was going on and did nothing to manage her team. bags of food everywhere getting cold and when we said we are going to have to go (theatre started at 7.30pm) she was swearing and full of attitude. I had the misfortune of needing a wee while there. The disabled down stairs has no locking Handel on the inside. I got told to go up stairs. The floor was sticky in places and soaked in other places. Dirty and no toilet paper. I would strongly recommend you avoid the place.

Waited over 25 minutes for my meal. Restaurant packed with deliveroo/Just Eat drivers. They appear to prioritise the delivery drivers and not the walk-in customers. Will definitely go to the drive-thru next time! Not good enough!

My order was incorrect but after calling Mcdondalds high street Aylesbury I spoke to a very helpful and exceptional member of staff member named Jordan. Who went out of his way to correct this. Thank you Jordan

Thanks McDonalds! My blood sugars are now through the roof (type 1 diabetic) after giving us full fat coke instead of Diet Coke as requested 😡. Result of testing the Coke with my blood monitor in the picture. And the fact you have marked the cup as clearly diet. This is so dangerous what you have done

Treated myself & my daughter to a McDs breakfast..first time using the Uber Eats app and getting it delivered to our home. We got £10 off by spending £15 as a first time user! Delivery cost £3.99 but it was still a good deal - we were really hungry! Lol. Arrived within 15mins, and the whole order was correct and everything was hot = brilliant! Many thanks :)

Un McDonals donc on sait à quoi s'attendre mais celui-ci n'est pas très confortable (vite en courant d'air) et un service pas terrible. Des frites souvent servies pas très chaudes...

Took my son and grandson for lunch very happy with the service at your Aylesbury branch .considering it was very busy I introduced myself to a member of your staff a young lady called Olivia keeping everything tidy. I was very impressed with how clean the ladies restroom was and how polite and helpful she was also credit due where credits deserved .

I’m unsure as to how this Broadfields branch of MacDs can be so disgusting! Food is often served in a poor manner with items missing or portions served as half portions... fries are undercooked and raw! I’ve often been seriously sick after eating from this branch so hygiene conditions have to be questioned! Avoid unless you want to be served horrible undercooked food that will make you sick!

Why they let this franchisee get away with poor standards is a mystery? You want more than 1 ketchup you'd think you'd asked them to saw off thier own legs - Enclosed are picture that are representative of thier quality. Two large fries for my takeaway order - Always services small portions of fries (Maybe that way he can make more money) - these with last night's order were undercooked with some nearly raw in the middle. This branch seems to be operated like a back street takeaway - no standards and poor service.

After a long day out, I decided I needed something to eat, time was against me - so a quick meal was the option, served quickly. It did the job.

The self service machines take some getting used to but there is always someone to help and you can go to the counter if you wish.Its a bonus to get your order delivered to your table. There were 2 members of staff cleaning the floor when I visited, you could have eaten off of it!

rubbish service, luke warm food especially on a Saturday where the people are usually to drunk to complain to the staff, so they get away with being rude & offer no customer service. After being ill the last time I went & rumours of corner cutting on hygiene I would not recomend eating here but going to the drive through further down the road

Clean friendly environment, a bonus now that you can have your food delivered to your table, chilli chicken wrap very enjoyable, flat white coffee delish!

all ways very busy good service grand childern love it and eat every thin you give them staff very helpful

just had a new refit looks nice and smart service is better food and drinks served nice and quick and kids love it
