Lovely food lovely people would highly recommend

Ordered online through Deliveroo, food was lovely, delicious burgers and chips. Definitely recommended even for people that aren't specifically looking for Halal certified food.

I visit this shop with my baby toddler. The guy behind the till was so nice. My baby got the balloon and she loved it. The shop was clean and they had a dinner table upstairs. The Halal menu make me happy and the kid menu makes my baby smile and also they have a toy for every kid meal 😍 Definitely will be back when we visit Aylesbury or Luton

Overcooked and grill taste on burger. When complained told it was fine. Loaded fries had barely any toppings on them. Other branches are a lot better. Food didn't seem fresh either.

This is a must Try in Aylesbury as the food is amazing once you try you might just fall in love with the place

Ordered on uber eats. Had no issues. Burgers we ordered tasted nice. Prices ain't bad either.

Excellent food but toilet is in a very messy state

Very expensive, and also, the upper portion was not clear. All the tables were dirty with the rubbish stuff & left over all over the tables.

Delivered an hour & a half late but the guy came with sincere apologies , ice cream and extras. Always usually 10/10 from these guys 👌

Whilst the food was hot and tasty, the milkshakes were awful! They tasted like gone off milk. Inedible. I tried to ask for help from Just eat and got ignored.

Great alternative to McDonald's and Burger King. Reasonably priced and tastes nice. Definitely reccomend.

Ordered chicken burger, buffalo chicken wings and fries. The fries were missing, chicken burger and chickens wings were really bad in taste. Disappointed.

Ordered on uber. Was a little late. However I forgive as my food was epic. Satisfied my craving. Food was hot just how it should be. I got the fillet tower and chicken strips.

The delivery driver called me and spoke to me as if he is talking to a 5 year old, then told me to wait outside as he has other orders to which I did but after waiting for over 5mins I called and asked where he was he was still a further 5 mins away!! Received food which was cold and not worth the wait, highly dissatisfied with he service purely because the delivery driver decided to drop other food items off along the way and make our food cold!!

I was trying to redeem my free drink from leaving a google review as their poster stated. Yet they told me it was “expired”. Turns out they’ve had the poster up for months trying to get every little google review they can. How sad can an establishment be. Rather then begging for google reviews maybe hurry the hell up when your in the kitchen making my chicken burger that somehow takes 20+ minutes to come. Also whoever is in charge of replying to reviews, bro what are you doing replying to a donny with a Donald trump profile picture saying “hey I thought you were in prison Mr Trump”. Seems like a very respectable and reputable business to me.

Fresh hot food, everything was really nice

Best burgers 10/10 me and the kids enjoyed every bit and chips where great too. We will definitely be ordering from here again

Honestly so disappointed. Some people I was with got some sundaes the other day and I tasted it and it was really nice, toppings and sauce were generous. So today we ordered some. 2 strawberry sundaes barely any sauce at all and then a caramel crunch, same issue barely any sauce and no chocolate pieces on top as described. So it seems if you order to your home you're taken advantage of and given rubbish.

Slambuger is a nice fast food place, their burgers taste good. Toilet need some more servicing.

The three burgers were very tasty but unfortunately the chips and the Mexican loaded fries were cold.

The burgers were incorrect the two I asked for lettuce no mayo but had mayo which we cannot eat so I will have to give away. Would like a refund for that please

All fries for the meals were missing, was told I’d be on hold for 5 minutes while a manager was spoken to and then had the phone cut off on me. Normally very satisfied with slam burger but definitely not this time

Very bad customer service from sardar ji, cant even speak english, extremely rude as he walked off when I was in the middle of my order and made me wait 10 mins before coming back, doesnt respect customers, gets rude when you ask for extra sauce. If I see him at the counter I just leave the restaurant and don't order anything, just keep him in the kitchen please.

Had a change this time and tried the Kefta loaded fries. It looked bigger in the picture, but it was good and tasty. the steak Eiffel tower was good. been using these guys a lot and generally it's just all good.

Cold food the drivers either don't use a cool bag or leave unzipped fed up paying over £20 for cold food

Halal. Better than McDonald's, try Smokey Smash burger or mega slam burger or double whopper burger ( better than burger king).

Ordered chicken nuggets x5 half of them were chilly cheese nuggets, how can they get them mixed up. Driver could not find address had to go out and find him by that time the food was cold. very poor service.

Had to wait an hour for the food just for it to be bad. What Takeway has an hours wait time ?! Overpriced for the quality of food they serve. But the bbq wings are nice. DO NOT go during rush hours

The employee was so stressed out and overwhelmed (maybe because working two people's job, alone), that it was difficult to be there at all. I received wrong items in my order and came back to tell, but just got ignored and told some nonsense in response to what I was not saying. Just walked out. Embarrassing. Bad way to finish evening on Thursday. Even though the sad lone 2 items that were right in the order actually tasted great. would taste better without spiced anxiety.

Did not follow order instructions. I said no Cheese on the burgers.

Food was amazing but the driver knocked and then left the food and got back into his car without waiting to see if I got my order correctly. So delivery was on time but no service to speak and the food was delicious and I really enjoyed the burger

The menu is inspired by McDonalds and Burger King, however quality is not a close match. For the price its ok but nothing that will make you want to come back. Paid on street parking. Seating spaces on top.

Milkshake like water had about 10 chips and tiny burger

Once again a fantastic meal. Every time we order from here every aspect of our meal is spot on and this time was no exception. Had the beef eiffal tower which was awesome, partner had the texas supreme which she loved and my daughter had the kids cheese burger. All 10/10.

Foods cold no toy in kids meal which I paid more than 5 pound for burgers all squashed not happy order from here regularly think this will be my last time.

Waited 2 hours for delivery and then said the food was delivered though we never received it. Phoned the restaurant and told it’s not their problem. Not ordering from these again.

The food was excellent, really good value and arrived slightly early. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is they missed 2 lots of chips from meal deals. I didn't ring to complain as we had received 2 lots of loaded chips as offers so we just shared those

Saying delivered but still not here!

First time ordering from slamburger thought we would try it , very disappointed as the food on the app looked and sounded delicious,when we got our order everything was cold and we waited over an hour would not order again or recommend to anyone

Quality of food prepared and delivered was good. The expected delivery timing was very poor, taking over 20mins longer than originally expected. Delivery started and additional 10mins was added during the food being delivered

Food never showed up. Called the restaurant and they re sent the order which didn't turn up AGAIN! have lost all faith in JUST EAT won't be using again.

Polite driver , food was nice and warm

It was never delivered. I have put a complaint through just eats system. Restaurant was not helpful. This is the second time we have had a problem with this restaurant and just eat.

Really messed up this time guys totally the wrong order. I then had a call from whi had my order and spent 20 minutes driving around to swap them so ended with with cold limp food.

Was late delivery but very nice food
