Ordered family meal, wings were tiny, the sauce horrible not cooked or absorbed in chicken. Ordered before was ok, not sure what’s happened to management, but won’t be ordering again.

First time to buy as a take away from Pepe's. One of my order was the chicken wings. When I open it at home the portion were very small with the price of £6.79, unbelievable. I'll never go to that place again, first & last

DISGUSTING! DON’T KNOW HOW THEY’RE STILL IN BUSINESS BECAUSE THIS IS BEYOND UNBEARABLE! Expired drinks, hair in food, cold chips, no cutlery, no tissue, torn packaging, uncooked chicken ….the list goes on. I feel sick

Ordered food via Uber eats and we found a big dead black fly in the chicken nanchos half way through eating it. Very disturbing to find whilst eating our meal.

172 Bullsmoor LaneOn Thurday 28th November I ordered from this macdonalds and the food took over an hour to arrive. Me and my aquantances were absolutely famished and starving after having to wait what felt like a century for food that was rock hard and stone cold (we don't live in the stone age or live in a cave). When i opened the low quality paper bag with a great big 'm' on the middle I was frightened to my core as to what was standing before me (or should I say flopping as it was all soggy). I frantically sprinted to the closest air fryer before anyone else could see the monstrosity I just whitness. I placed the food inside the machine and pressed 'play'. I waited for the beep it normally plays when starting up. Standing there with a cold sweat and a grand shiver down my bony spine, i anticipated the beep. Instantaneously FIRE. MY HOUSE WAS ON FIRE. MY MACDONALDS WAS HAUNTED AND HAD BLOWN UP A FAMILY HOME. 'Wee ooo wee ooo wee ooo' is all I heard my acquaintances has called the fire brigade after hearing a load boom and seeing me shell shocked like a soldier in war. The date now is 30/11/24 and I still am in a state as is everyone who was with me during the tragic accident. I am pleased to announce that we all thankfully made it out alive with no fatalities or injury and will never be ordering from bulls more McDonals EVER AGAIN...

1340 Mollison AvenueConsistently poor service. Very slow service, 15- 20 mins wait after ordering is the norm for this branch. Finally gave up after they 'forgot' to give half my order, which I found out after arriving back home, requiring another 40 min round trip to pick up. Avoid this branch if you can.

Great Cambridge RoadThe staff are very friendly and are always around in the restaurant. They make a good atmosphere. The food is fresh and hot.
