The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

Had a delivery, chicken small and dry, fries bland. Food was barely warm when it arrived. Won't be going there again

The last 3 times of going through drive through, we either haven't recieved some items or they have put in the wrong items, ie double quarter pounder with cheese, got a single. Actually heard another lady ask the other day to, is everything correct as last time she had the se issues!

Quarter pounder with cheese was missing + the other food was cold. It also wasn’t easy to arrange a refund. Will not use again.

The delivery time was unacceptable. The order and payment were taken but 1 hour later no food. When I spoke to the restaurant the attitude was poor. As in it is still cooking and should be 30 mins. 30 mins to cook some food..... really. Our boys were looking forward to a family meal but are now too tired to enjoy the treat. Happy Friday.....

Popped in for a quick bite to eat as my Daughter wanted to try it. All cooked fresh and piping hot. Shared a 5 tenders 5 wing meal with my wife and plenty for both of us. My daughter had a kids meal and also enjoyed. Well worth visiting as better than the chicken place downstairs. Friendly good service and clean.

Running late on the way home from somewhere we decided to pop in and pick up a KFC on the way. The boneless banquet we have ordered for years is no more - or at least it wasn't on the menu. The price of individual meals seem very high. About £10 for a chicken burger, terrible chips and a drink. Our quick bite cost almost the same as a full meal from an Indian or Chinese take away and was nowhere near as rewarding, enjoyable or filling (and none left over for later as the portions are almost comically small). The food was described by all, with a shrug, as "edible at best". Another unforgiveable thing was missing sides. Missing parts on a relatively modest order is completely unforgiveable and ruins the whole "treat". Whoever thought the type of chip or fry served here was a good idea is having a laugh. They are a soggy over-seasoned mess. And the way they are dumped together in a big sloppy mess falling out of their tiny little bags into a larger paper bag is interesting. Back in the day KFC was a treat and "box meals" came in boxes, not just a selection of bags and couple of cartons all thrown into a paper bag with things missing and no hand wipes, salt, ketchup, forks or anything else offered or on display to help yourself. Our drinks were not even offered to us, just left on the counter out of reach and we had to ask which ones were ours, and again could they possibly be nudged our way so we can reach them. (Should have learnt from the time we got it delivered and the "chilled" drinks and "hot" food were bundled together in the same bag, again with sides missing).

I think the founders would be appalled at what McDonald's has now become .It used to be the case that McDonald's was fast,cheap and reliable, sadly today its slow,expensive and if they ever get the order right it's a miracle. After avoiding McDonald's for a while because of waiting times I visited McDonald's Southampton,made my order with festive toffee pie and double cheeseburger and 6 nuggets .After an expected wait I collected my order to be asked by staff" Do you really want the toffee pie because its going to take ages? ,if there something else you would like instead?"so...I said OK apple pie please.went and sat down...no nuggets in the bag.I went up and explained and was asked if I had checked the bag correctly so I went back and double checked...no nuggets .The staff member apologised and handed over the missing nuggets.I went back to eat the meal with the family only to find that the double cheeseburger I had ordered was infact just a cheeseburger ? ,so up again to explain and get it replaced by which time all the food was now cold.Mcdonalds was once something you could rely on now its an absolute mess and not a pleasurable experience anymore.

Me and my girlfriend ordered a meal she got a chicken combo box and got 2 mozzarella sticks with no mozzarella in, 1 chicken nugget and 3 popcorn chicken. The mayo had hair in and it was soggy. When I called to raise concern as a regular customer who has spent hundreds of pounds at the shop he verbally abused and said it was lie and accused us of racism, he also said that they get there mozzarella sticks from a supplier so it's not there problem.

Used to be fantastic but after a lukewarm meal being delivered I rang them and explained and they said they would replace so I waited until 11.30pm and nothing. So I rang the next day for my money back but they wouldn't give it because they said I shouldn't order from them if I don't like there food!!!!!! I'm a regular customer!!!! But the chap I spoke to was sooooooo rude and I'm pretty sure he doesn't shout at MALE customers like he did at me!!!!!! I'm owed £12 and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, they are soooo rude and pick on women

Chips - Pale, soggy, greasy and undercooked. Husband threw in bin Fish - Quite tasteless, soggy batter… Curry Sauce - Nothing special Won’t be visiting again…

Massively disappointed in both of our orders- chicken was minimal in one wrap and I ordered extra halloumi in the other to find there was 2 SMALL chunks of under cooked (if at all) in the whole thing. Both wraps were soooo bland and overpriced - just completely tasteless. It was our first and last time of ordering from there unfortunately. Wouldn’t recommend.

£4.99 for A small chips , and I waited 15 minutes. It’s first and last time I coming to this Shop . Just I don’t Advise anyone to come shopping here

Just had the worst fish and chips I have ever had in my 62 years. The large fish was nothing but a slither of fish in about 4 coatings of rubbery oily batter. The chips were mostly off cuts and bad bits of potato. If I could give no stars I would. Avoid this place at all costs.

Just been here for a chippy tea and must be one of the worst I’ve had. Service was slow and there were no chips ready- which I would’ve thought there would be at peak time of 6pm. Service with a smile- I don’t think so, 2 of the 3 women looked miserable and grumpy. Chips were okay but weren’t salted and vinegar wasn’t even offered before they were wrapped up. The worst part, my Sausage Dinner came with, you guessed it, no sausage. I couldn’t believe it- how can a chippy make such an oversight! Ridiculous. I would say the prices were reasonable but if they don’t serve the main part of the deal then I just wouldn’t bother.
