Pizza Hut in Halton

£4.99 for A small chips , and I waited 15 minutes. It’s first and last time I coming to this Shop . Just I don’t Advise anyone to come shopping here

Not a clue what just happened. Tonight (4/09/24) at 8.58pm I rang up the store to ask whether you still sell the garlic bread tear and share, as me and my family were placing an online order. The man on the phone said yes, after which I thanked him and hung up. He then rang my phone 4 times until I answered, and promised to swear down the phone at me saying “do you think we have time to answer your f*cking calls”. He seemed to think we were prank calling, and when I tried to explain that we were making an online order he continued swearing at me and said “I have your phone number, we’ll see if you order.” and hung up on me. Obviously he mistook us for someone else, as we have never called the store before, but definitely freaked us out and will not be ordering anytime soon.

Ordered quite a lot of food pizzas was amazing so tasty and have to say ordered the cookie dough cookies and ice cream for after it was lovely too Fast delivery and fresh food

Food was ok. Quite hard to find as the visual red and white signage is nowhere to be seen. Looked from the outside to be very run down. Not bereft of a national brand.

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service of the staff and the rudeness of putting the phone down rang over 30 times we called the restaurant to fix our order. no answering the when they did they did nothing to correct the mistake or help just was not bothered it is completely unacceptable behaviour and down right rude. My advise stay away from this shop ! Or get new staff who have manners and morals not just working for the fun of it… and to top it off the was a massive black hair in my kids pizza unclean not bothered joke of a shop.

I've been ordering Pizza Hut online for collection only, as a family treat through winter lockdown. I was shocked how expensive they are, but surprised at the deals they offer. Its still not cheap, but a treat is a treat. Quick and easy to order, with an immediate email confirmation with expected collection time (usually 20 mins) and it gives me time to get there and get a Friday night bottle of something nice on the way. The order is always ready, and the staff are dead nice and friendly. I know deliveries are a nightmare at busy times, and it does not work with hot food. I always collect from anywhere, and I'v rarely been let down. The pizzas are nice, not fab, but well made, plenty of toppings and up to now, whatever I've ordered, is on the pizza. I imagine business (everywhere) has taken some downturn over lockdown and the pandemic but I am pleasantly surprised with the Widnes Pizza Hut and staff and their ability to provide nice pizzas and smiles when I collect.

Been a regular here for quite some time, the staff are brilliant and the food is always on point, a family favourite...

Best Pizza Hut Pizza and service that we’ve ever had. Thoroughly enjoyed them, and the staff were really friendly and brought the pizzas out to our car.

Ordered 6.30 told 85-95 mins food turned up at 10.30 cold kids in bed by then !!! Did try to call and cancel but was unable to get through, no response from customer services. I appreciate these are difficult timed but the chance to cancel would have been good. Kids disappointed waste of £30.00

Ordered on line and started chasing delivery half an hour after estimated delivery time. Despite calling constantly for an hour there was no response and we got nothing delivered. To top it off they then sent us an email hoping we enjoyed our food! No help from online customer services either. Shambles!

Really enjoyed our take away. Great pizza with lots of cheese and packed with toppings. It was piping hot and delicious.

Without doubt... The worst pizzas I've ever had! Farmhouse pizza dry and tasteless, pepperoni tasteless and swimming with grease! Wedges dry and undercooked, on a more positive note, the delivery guy was really nice! Would've been a better idea to eat the £20 note instead of the tasteless, dire excuse of a takeaway that was delivered... Appalling!

Racheal the shift manager could not care less that our order was wrong, when highlighted she went on to say that the incorrect part of the order was the cheapest and would refund that or send out the missing items three hours later, shocking service, shocking customer care. Avoid and stick to Pizza Hut at least you get your order or free next time!!!

Friendly staff, delicious food. I've ordered a few times for collection passing by as there's a car park directly outside which always has plenty of spaces available. Ordered for delivery this time on a great deal, tasty food on time!

Quick delivery but the food was bland and tasteless, you definitely just pay for the brand name, not the first time we ordered in hope of this time being better but again it was a let down

Ordered cookie dough dessert with ice creams!!!! After 40 min wait food arrives no ice cream driver has to go back for ice cream in the mean time cookie dough cold and past it.... loss of appetite after a long pointless wait and to ring and not get an apology 😡😡😡😡

Ordered 2 pizzas large size waited about 15 minutes not bad for fresh pizza smelt great got back to hotel 1 was good but other well it was so greasy it tasted so bad

Always a great Pizza from here. They deliver quickly, and it's always nice and hot. What more can you ask for?

We enjoy going to Pizza Hut restaurants after our shopping trips and having tried various other Pizza Deliveries, we have not been impressed. But our Pizza from Pizza Hut Delivery was really very good. We now don't even consider sending for any other.

Ordered a meal deal with extras for 6 ppl from here for sons birthday. First time we had ordered and we were very happy with the quickness of the delivery and also the food. Especially the chicken wings yum yum. Will be ordering again.

Great service, easy to order online. Great discount codes available most of the time. By far the tastiest delivery pizza.

Visit here for lunch on occassions, staff are always friendly, food is prepared fresh however worth the wait, small pizza and a drink for 4 pound is great value for money

Take away for a kids party. Tasteless overpriced pizza. Waste of money. Bad location in the worst part of Widnes. Not recommended.

My husband and I got pizza from here last night, firstly as we work for the NHS I enquired about discount, on the phone I was told it is 50% the same as Domino's, when I went to make my order in the shop I was told it's 40%, but they 'honored' the 50% I was told, after waiting ages for the pizzas which they had clearly forgotten about because when I got them home and I live literally 1 minute away it was almost cold, considering it was supposed to be hot out of the oven, and the topped wedges were just a congealed mess with under cooked wedges, the pizza dough was under cooked and 'doughy' basically after about half an hour to an hour of eating our tea my husband and I were violently sick, and we paid for the privilege, I would have been even more angry if we have had paid full price, for 2 small pizzas, wedges and garlic bread it would of cost £32.00, overpriced disgusting mess.

People who work here don't seem to know what there doing took 10 minutes for someone to say hello to me at the desk. I'll stick to the other local pizza places won't be going here again as the food isn't the best and the service is poor
