KFC in Rochford

Had a delivery, chicken small and dry, fries bland. Food was barely warm when it arrived. Won't be going there again

Best KFC in the local area. Staff are very polite and always get the order correct. No queues usually & plenty of seating. I’d go out of my way to visit this branch.

I have just received are order on the 24/02/2022 at 18.00 hours through just eat from this kfc Rochford. Restaurant. And I'm sorry to say that I will no longer be using this restaurant. I have been a constant customer over the last two years. They have in the past been very good in providing a lovely fresh and hot meal Deliverd to are door. But on the last two occasions its been very poor. We allways order the same meal which is a 6 piece wicked bucket. And I allways request thighs in the bucket to which they allways provided. And I allways make the request on the order form when doing a home delivery through just eat. But on this occasion and the last time they did not provide my request. And to matters worse the chicken they put into the bucket was very sub standard ie. Very dry and cold very small and basically not pleasant to eat. A waste of £23.00 Pehaps there's a menber of staff that does not read the requests or there a menber of staff that does not like the fact that you have made a request. For what ever reasons. It not a excuse to put cold. Cold shrivelled up chicken in a bucket. Very disappointed.......

Just got home after picking up my order. Only chicken in the bag. No chips. Won't be going there again.

Absolute joke - ordered a meal at 1:35pm in store at 2pm told me waiting on hash browns left me standing around for ONE meal!!! Did they go to sow the potatoes first? Terribly run management should be ashamed

After placing an order via just eat, once delivered checked the food and a whole meal was missing within 5 minutes of receiving order we called KFC cherry orchard in southend on sea, only to be told to call just eat and it was their mistake! after explaining they just pick up and all bags are sealed and checked I got told just have a refund, however I wanted my meal! they asked me to reorder but I still had to pay delivery charge for a second time! Staff were rude , dismissive and unhelpful, I will not be using that KFC again!

Disappointed that the special herbs and spices wasn’t actually spice. Ordered 10 pieces of chicken and got 10 fuming. On the down side ordered chicken and chips and a man from Liverpool was in the bag. Didn’t come with the free Fifa points. I would suggest coat the fries with Stella rather than air adds more colour. Backed the chips in my 9 fold acca but the horse bum aids beat it by a head. Overall I’d probably eat it rather than eat copper pipes. Decent.

only went for drive thro pick up- very quick and easy,food good and hot,got what we ordered no problems and no queues

Firstly this is one of the BEST branches with great service and is always clean(happens to be the head office for kefco upstairs) KFC chicken has changed over the years, that secret recipe of 11 ingredients is long gone now, ( even though they claim it’s still used)that flavored coating used to be special, now it’s very salty with lots of oil , slowly gone off KFC chicken pieces so we buy it less and less, tonight’s Tuesday 9 piece deal at £5.99 will be the last Greasy and Salty, I know the Colonel wouldn’t like it.

Haven’t been in one for a while and to be honest I was surprised apart from it being a bit greasy it wasn’t bad I was one of a grand total of 3 customers Clean tidy and empty

OK...It's a KFC, but this is actually a very good KFC. It's particularly good if you eat-in as you then know that the food is going to be hot and fresh. Staff are very friendly and even though we make quite a lot of special requests with our order, nothing seems to be too much trouble. The food quality is good and portion sizes are usually OK. As far as KFC's go, this is an excellent one.

Lunch time visit whilst visiting the car show rooms nearby. Food is as to be expected from KFC and if anything a bit cleaner than some of the other KFC's in the area. Service was also quite quick so overall not bad.

Started out O.K., ordering and paying excellent at the drive through. Six minutes to drive back home, cold chips and a bag of bones, never again.

We had to throw it all cold reheated i will never go there again. Got dicky tum. Everything was inedable. Chips hard and cold i will never eat there again

Horrible. Severe dihorrea caused 're fried old chicken cold chips. Ordered 10 piece bargain bucket through drive through. Got home 're fried old chips in old oil chicken was disgusting had 1 piece and spent the rest of the night on the loo.

Am a regular here and always have had a good experience the staff are friendly an helpful and chicken is great.

Went and ordered the standard of a lunch box with a large cherry Pepsi max. And Owen was there to show me the way. From start to finish he was all smiles and gave the confidence that I was going to receive a meal worthy of the colonel himself.

A great kfc with air conditioning. The buckets are amazing and cherry Pepsi Max is great. You can always grab a seat and feel comfy.

I have never left this take away with my full order. You have to check everything, open the boxes an buckets they nearly always hold back chicken portions. Particularly portions of hot wings.

Most impressive bit about this KFC were the lovely team who were very polite and friendly which makes a difference for food chains like KFC. Also the food at its best quality, so quite impressed overall. Would have given it a 5 but they didn’t have any ice cream so that was the only downside.

I live very near kfc in cherry orchard road so I walled around to get special offer which was advertised on the tv when I ordered I was told we don’t do this offer by the very rude employee,I asked her why it was advertised on the tv and she didn’t reply.EJ

First time using here, used drive through. Quieter around this location. Got very fast service from the friendly staff. Generally was good and enjoyed it, but it wasn't as hot as expected.

The food took ages to come an was barely warm when I received it. The Alabama cheese was the worst thing I've ever had from KFC. The piece of chicken half filled the bun and it had about 4 of the thinnest slices of gherkin and a squirt of mustard sauce.

Located just off A127 next to Toomey motors ,generally not too crowded as not on the beaten track so the masses don't head there

My family love KFC I use this one because it is a little out the way easy to get to parking ok and staff helpful

Literally all of the staff are miserable people, along with absolutely no sense of urgency. Don't bother with the drive through. I ride a motorcycle and it's faster just going inside.

Purchased a family bucket combo deal, so basically legs, popcorn and wings, All different types of "KFC" coating, all tasteless. THe chips were cold and salty, no taste I did complain to KFC head office by email but only got a "corporate" reply. Save your money go to a proper restaurant
