I understand it’s a Friday night so waiting just over an hour is warranted, but the food was very poor, my doner meat was so over done, it was almost crispy, the chicken shish was tough, no rice was delivered, the large chips were at best a medium portion, but to be fair were tasty, don’t like giving negative feedback but was a waste of money unfortunately, hopefully our go to kebab takeaway opens again soon

Potatoes wedges were over done and more like crisps. Chicken Shish kebab was on the greasey side.

I don't usually have anything to moan about but the pittas were over done this time with 1 actually being burnt. I had 2 with the order and paid for an extra one. I ordered the large pizza box.

Decent food as always, but was missing the chips and the tub of salad was upside down in the bag leaving the red cabbage juice to run throughout, very messy. ☹️

Food was cold and tough, the sauce I ordered wasn’t on my food, portion size was small even tho I order a extra large, the pot of sauce I ordered for my chips was the wrong sauce, really not very impressed

Usually this place is great but very disappointed tonight. Late, cold and not tasty.

We have ordered from here for 6 years, spent a lot of money and never had a problem. I received my order this time and the chips were missing and the kebab sizes were wrong. I called the shop to let them know and I spoke to a young man and he said “you are lying”. He demanded that I send him a picture of the food I received, he gave me his mobile number and I sent it. He then called me a lier again and said I could be hiding the chips. I told him he is going to lose a good customer because of the way he was speaking to me and he said “I don’t care if I lose a customer”. I told him I was upset about how he was treating me and he said “what are you upset for? You got your food”. I have spoken to the owner before and he is a reasonable and polite man but this young man refused to let me speak to him. I will never purchase from Alibaba’s again.

Always order from Ali Baba's for burger/kebab...always early, always hot, always delicious, very good portion sizes...and the one time there was a mishap on the order, they sent someone straight out with the replacement, no questions asked!! Always our first choice for burger/kebab!!

we were surprised & very happy to have our dinner delivered early! It was for 3 of us & was deliscious as per usual. Says for 2 but we all had plenty and left overs too for tomorrow. Ty guys. ❤️🥰

Food was really good but no rice was delivered as shown on the menu with the chops or kleftiko. I would have ordered rice if it showed it as a separate side only. So only ended up with meat and salad.

Food was late by 30mins so the food we had cooked at home to accompany our order was stone cold by the time it arrived. Food that arrived also needed to be reheated which is disappointing having paid £37 for chicken kebabs

I ordered a combination kebab which includes a salad, the salad did not turn up, and the pot of chilli sauce hardly covered the bottom of pot. I rang to complain and although I got an apologie, there was no urgency to deliver my salad, or a decent pot of chilli sauce. I paid £19 for an incomplete order. I have always used Ali Baba in the past, but never again

Always great food but one suggestion can we not now follow the delivery as other companies be a nice touch especially if late and don’t wanna disturb kids asleep ect #locallegends

No salad 🤷😔as requested on order , put a message on for plenty of salt and vinegar on chips totaly ignored not a grain of salt or drop of vinegar it’s not rocket science is it 🤷😔 pitta bread soaking in grease awful meal usual standard from just eat 😔

Not the restaurants fault. The delivery driver delivered my food to the wrong address and left it sitting in outside on a cold floor. I then got a phone call to say my food was waiting outside for me. He said we called my flat number and there was no answer so left it outside and drove off. I then went outside and could see my food so I explained that he couldn’t have delivered it to me and no one had called my flat intercom. The donor meat was a bit dry in the lamb kebab, not had the mixed kebab as yet. The main complaint was that the lids were not put on the chili sauces properly and they had both leaked all over the rest of the contents of the bag. By the time we carefully picked our way through the mess the food was cold. Of course pleased with the speedy delivery but at the expense of taking care when packing the bag ☹️

Amazing. when I ordered I thought it was a little pricey after delivery fee too, for a meat moussaka, chicken shish iscender and onion rings, when delivererd we had 2 rice, 2 salad, hummous, and 4 dips. so worth the money really enjoyed it and was so full. 👌

Just under an hour late, after several phone calls. Dry food and warm at best which is a shame as have ordered before.

The food was great, very tasty and hot.

I ordered a small and a large kebab. However I received 2 small kebabs. I went through the Just Eat procedure and took photographs. However Just eat for some reason didn’t get what I was saying about getting 2 small kebabs instead of one large and one small. I’m still trying to get them to understand what happened. Still out of pocket. I’m waiting for just eat to get back in touch.

It was late, then when it arrived it wasn't what I ordered then waited 45 mins again for the remaining items. I know it's because they are super busy but then they should stop taking orders. It's always been the same.

Lovely hot food and good portion sizes. Love that you get grilled peppers with the chicken shish, and that salad is boxed separately. Kids pizza was of a high standard considering what you can usually get from a takeaway kids meal elsewhere. We had put a couple of notes on asking for specifics and they did what we’d asked. Thank you, would recommend.

The food was great, but they forgot 1 item from the order.

20 minutes late, app will only accept 5 min input. That late the food was only just warm. Second order. Not as good as the first. Disappointed.

Not up to ususal standard. Missing one salad and one rice. Portions were measly for £31!

So i really enjoy the food from here, but yet again. its delivered to the wrong address because people cant read, i live in the address, it has the street sign outside the address and i have the house number listed twice on the building. not to mention i have lived in this address for over 40 years. and yet i still get told 'oh your postcode is wrong' amazon dont fail to find it royal mail dont fail because they read street signs. stop trusting what ever free app you use and actually read. its really not that hard and it really makes me not want to order anything else.
