The last 3 times of going through drive through, we either haven't recieved some items or they have put in the wrong items, ie double quarter pounder with cheese, got a single. Actually heard another lady ask the other day to, is everything correct as last time she had the se issues!

Thought I’d go inside to order instead of the long wait at drive thru. Actually watched the burgers being made. The Staff member who was building the burgers up, was a short girl who had trouble reaching the buns. She got the first one out no problem reached up to get a different size out of a different tray, and actually rested the first bun under her chin so she could use both hands! She then decided to wipe her nose a couple of times with the back of her hand while still holding a bun and then put the bun down and shoved her snotty hand straight in the salad. All this combined with wearing an dirty outdoor coat over the top of the uniform. This had seriously shaken my faith in the franchise and action really needs to be taken to lift standards! Needless to say, I fed the dogs my burger when I got home while I just sat down and ate the soggy stone cold chips!

worst thing ever; waited 20 minutes for 3 ice creams asked the people working there who didn’t know; they then said they deleted the ticket by accident and made it gave us a cold apple pie and melted ice creams then got mad when i asked them to be remade; we then get home and the milkshake we orders had mold on it… tf

My partner and I after a long arduous day pulled in to get a snack on the way home , after a long queue we made our order at the drive through ( mozzerella box fries and a drink. after serving the drinks the window was shut , we had then to demand the food we had paid for which was grudgingly given , the coffee was cold so was thrown away , the fries were cold. the dips were salsa , I asked for them to be changed and was told that sweet chilli dip was an extra twenty pence each on top of the salsa being returned for re-sale. the young lady on the window had so much makeup on that her false eyelashes were in grave danger of being served as a side to the food . overall a very poor service will definately not return

The drive through tonight was, as always, a pleasure. The man on the speaker and at the payment window, was polite, friendly and so helpful. We've seen him many times, and he never fails to smile. At the collection window, the manager served us and we exchanged pleasantries, we even had a laugh about the dips. The drive through is always so smooth. On occasion it is busy, and mistakes happen, so to all those that leave negative feedback, try to bear with them, they can't work miracles and sometimes they'll make mistakes - who doesn't. As for the traffic jam, you can't blame McDonalds, just try being a little patient, or if it's too much trouble you can try the McDonalds at West Green. To all the staff at Buck Barn McDonalds = Well Done. and Thank you - 5 big stars

It would be good to have someone managing the traffic into the car park as there was when the drive thru first re opened. At the moment it is very dangerous. We went in to eat and immediately were told we had to have a face covering on even though this is not required when eating in. Apparently though if you have children you can let them run riot inside. When we sat down a member of staff reached over us as he was carrying a tray of dirty rubbish and moved our table number. The tables were dirty and people were sitting on tables which were not in use and staff did nothing. Toilets meant to be 1 in 1 out again this was not managed. If you want to get covid go here I guess this is what happens when teenagers are expected to run the place.

Whilst we were waiting over ten minutes for our saver menu food to arrive, a youth started kicking off in the queue and was then replaced by his father who was using the worst obscenities I've heard in a long time, directed at the Manager and customers. No action was taken by any members of staff and the experience was both frightening and upsetting for the customers, which included children. The queues were for the drive-through and for customers in the restaurant. Although there were ample staff, they couldn't cope.

Probably a mistake to visit on a Friday at 6.30pm as the place was packed. Drivethru queue was so long it was difficult to get parked. Ordered on the screen and food all good. Friendly staff member took me tray from me as I approached the bins. Toilets clean. Not a long wait considering they must have been working at about full capacity.

I hope that the October upgrade is also providing an even better service to this busy drive-through McDonalds. I can only comment from the point of view of a restaurant user. The front of house staff are always friendly and helpful and it is pleasing to see so many familiar faces after the automation of the ordering system. We continue to use counter service to order meals with salt free fries so cannot comment on whether or not this is now easier to find on the automated order panels. The optional table service is fast and another chance of human contact in preference to standing waiting silently around menu poles There always seems to be a team member available to take your tray at a recycling point but we now have had friendly training to do this ourselves :) It is disgraceful that some customers leave their tables full of scattered junk somewhat like a neglected teenage party the morning after the night before. d

Five out of five stars food hygiene rating from the Food Standards Agency. We were customers of the restaurant on its opening day after major refurbishment. We are unable to comment on those of the drive thru facilities but wonder if some of the criticisms here are not related to the sanitary facilities at McDonald's but at the adjoining Coop that was open whilst McDonald's was closed. We liked the bright décor and spacious feel of the new restaurant area. The new automated order system was for us was in competition with the friendly counter staff we knew over the years! The automated system did not seem to be placed in the logical order for our usual meals. There was a friendly young man helping us through the system but at times he was thwarted by the procedure to order two meals. In particular we could not order non-salted chips and this is an important aspect of diet to minimise risk of heart disease. The option to take a display number and have our order delivered to the table was great and avoids queues. It is great there are friendly front of house people including table and cleaning staff and of course help for those not yet familiar with the pathways around the menu order boards! Th

I have visited here often. The staff have always been great and gone the extra mile for me. I am disabled and have problems carrying things. The staff will always assist me. I also do not make standard orders but nothing is too much trouble for them. It is always clean and fresh. Can get very busy at times.

On the A24 on the outskirts of Horsham, has a drive thru and consequently a full car park - why doe people do that, buy from the drive-through then park and eat in the car? We found a parking space (with difficulty) and ate inside, long queue but fast service, food was good; place was clean, toilets clean, busy staff working hard and keeping the place neat.Also people buying take-away bags inside and then eating them inside, do they pay less if they say they will take-it-away?

Baring in mind I never order something without a change- I expect a fresh warm burger, oh no very cold! Staff are too distracted and talk to loudly regardless to the fact there are customers, they would rather have a conversation and a sing and dance.When I asked for sauces I was told I had to use the fill up ones (I was taking away) and the boy that served me was very rude.

Visited on a busy Saturday night with four children. Decided to eat in as the queue for the drive through was horrendous. Made a good decision. Served within a couple of minutes. Food was fine and staff friendly.

The best thing about this McDonalds is that because it is so busy the food is always so fresh. The other brilliant thing is that it has a drive through, for when you are feeling really lazy.

We visit this McDonald's at least once a week and our orders are always quite large. There are a couple of very good Managers here but the staff are often poor. They never get our order completely right, food missing and wrong items received.
