The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

Got to the drive thru at 9:40pm literally nobody there just me so extremely quiet Ordered food and paid at first till no problem Second window get some cocky guy I ask for sauce says he’ll stick it in the bag I said can you make sure you do please as you always forget Sat in bay waiting for food for 10 minutes again I’m the only one in drive thru Food comes out, no drink I ask where it is the girl says drive round and get it, I reply your not busy how can you forget the drink and ultimately told her not to worry and thanks for food Get home to no sauce in bag and missing a cheese burger. And to top it off bite into a chicken sandwich to find a frozen chip inside Couldn’t make it up Worrying to say the least the incompetence of some of the employees in this restaurant

McDonalds as you would expect, Staff ok quick service and the McDonalds taste and prices as usual. Clean as well.

Paid £4.19 for a mcplant, waited for around 20 mins, order never arrived, threw ticket over counter.

No hay señal de teléfono móvil de 4 g por lo que tiene que salir fuera del edificio para hacer un pedido a través de la aplicación, a menos que esté dispuesto a tomar la oportunidad de proporcionar los datos de su tarjeta en su WiFi público. Los guardias de seguridad son empleados desde muy temprano, presumiblemente para disuadir la delincuencia o el comportamiento antisocial.

Well over an hour late and the order was wrong - they sent someone else's order to my address and wouldn't believe me when I said that was not what I ordered onlline. They asked me to go and prove it. They blamed me and Just Eat and wouldn't accept any responsibility. I called them idiots as that's exactly what they are (the company - apologies to the girl as she was just trying to help). But the male/owner - never ever experienced customer service like that before. Absolute disgrace arguing with a customer. Soon to be closed on that basis.

Normally every outlet we go to the staff are friendly and helpful with my request for a pot of pickles. I love them and that is one of my reasons for using McDonalds. Unfortunately this outlet couldn't be less bothered and when I tried asking I just got a backhand comment about having to go to the counter and pay for them. All other outlets are happy to give me some with our order because we have spent money here. Not at all impressed and won't be using them again.

So so shocked with disappointment here £19.60 received a tiny hot dog bacon I cud not c cheese niL taste mostly scabby chips niL ice cubes for my soda waiting 10 mins to be served waiting 10 mins for food. The Owner is savvy he knows ppl visit once per yr so that's how he makes his billions. Thief

Quick service. The bacon roll would put posh hotels to shame & as ever the coffee was proper tasty, all without pretentious pomp.

Tip 1: The west bound Services has a rather good mini Waitrose which serves good food to take away at relatively modest prices. You can access the West side by walking over the motorway bridge from the Eastbound side. Tip 2: The Petrol here (both sides) is an eye watering 30p per litre more than your regular garage. Better to be warned ahead of any journey.

Waited in car park for 20 minutes, after ordering on drive through , had to go in store to see what the hold up was . When I got my egg McMuffin and coffee it was luke warm , obviously been sitting around for 20 mins ! Won’t be using this branch any more , better one at Chippenham,

Oh dear, it’s not actually too bad if you get it from the place but don’t get a delivery, ours took quite some time but the main problem was it travelled so badly it was really not good at all. Not edible.

Firstly it’s difficult to get to off the ring road. We made an effort to go. Ordered food of the menu 2 box meals which is comprised of a chicken burger. fries,drink,and wings. The cost £25+ that is very expensive and you expect something amazing. Burger was nothing special, wings were terrible dripping with oil. Fries were so hard we just left them. Worse service was terrible - wait 20 mins for the food and the guy at the server did not even give forks to eat coleslow with. When I went and asked for forks please he handed me 1 fork so I look at the server and just wait - his bearded manager speaks “ says why you looking the server like he’s an idiot “ his words not mine! I said I was waiting for him to give me a fork. He reiterated his words. Anyway I walked away and we left. I have never had as bad service and further to be accused of insulting his staff was the id img on the cake. I would not bother with this ver overpriced and very poor food.

I ordered from the Redditch town centre, 17/10/2024 and when i had heard they was bringing back out the McRib after so many years, i was over the moon! i couldn't believe it! my favourite thing from the menu and they was bring it back out. Well my 2 McRibs arrived and i had never been so disappointed in my life! the meat was thinner than Rustlers and even Quicksters Rib meat! and the McDonalds rib was tasteless with literally a drop of bbq sauce on each one! the only flavour i got from it all was the bun. I ended up throwing one McRib in the bin and the rest of the other McRib i put in the bin as well. Honestly... i would rather McDonalds have not brought it back out again, it was not like how i remember the Rib or how it tasted and for the price, it's honestly better to just go to the shop and buy a Rustlers or a Quicksters at the least.. at least they have flavour and are good for the money.

Went to Swaffham McDonald's this afternoon 07/05/2025 and the young man who took my order was the nicest most polite and patient young man, I was not organised with my app order but he was very kind, I believe his name began with B I can not find my receipt to be sure. Well done to him and thank you also. You could do with more staff like him.

Friday 27th December 2024. The burger I ordered did not look cooked properly. They were too busy I guess and under pressure. Stupidly I ate it and a few hours later regretted that decision. Violently sick and ruined a weekend away as I could only eat sparingly for a while until my stomach was back to normal. This was my fault as I should have returned it to be properly cooked. I submit this review as it might build up a picture for McDonalds if there are other complaints this day.
