Nicky... Absolutely disgraceful customer service skills! I work in retail.... If I had her customer service skills I wud be disgusted within myself and be grateful that I managed to even get employed???

Ordered yesterday from here. Worst chinese meal ever. Chicken fried rice contained ready cooked rice, probably bought from tesco, hardly any chicken in it, about 4 peas in the whole tub, and no taste or colour to it. Salt and pepper ribs looked more like just a few tiny scraps resting on loads of onions. And frozen chips ? What proper Chinese serves frozen chips. Woks cracking, go to jade Garden and see what proper Chinese food should look like. It was family's idea to order from here, I won't be making that mistake again.

Fish tastes stale and chips greasy. Overall taste is horrible old fat. Will not order from here again completely ripped off at £27 for 2 lots of fish chips and peas. It's a joke to be sending this quality of food out. Management should be ashamed of themselves

Pedí una gran cantidad de samosas fritas y bhatura para una función familiar, hice el pedido sin problemas todo hecho fácilmente. La comida estaba lista a tiempo. Probado perfecto cada uno disfrutó de la comida, pediré de nuevo.

Era el sábado antes de Navidad y nuestra familia se reunió en McD’s. Como éramos 8... 5 adultos y 3 niños no teníamos muchas esperanzas de sentarnos juntos. Un amable par de jóvenes acababan de terminar y nos dieron sus asientos .. con eso la familia detrás de nosotros se mudó y estábamos todos juntos! Un joven vino y limpió el piso y la mesa. No he recibido su nombre, disculpas, es tan educado y considerado conseguir una trona para nosotros. Teníamos preguntas sobre alergias y opciones de comidas sin lácteos y queremos elogiar a ELENA por su asistencia y ella no podría haber sido más servicial. Ella personalmente tomó nuestro pedido y se aseguró de que nos dieron las comidas correctas y seguras. ELENA se acercó y comprobó que todo estaba bien, como dije antes y después. Recomiendo este restaurante McD’s y no puedo elogiar demasiado al personal.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Terrible customer service! I have ordered from here multiple times in the past and it’s always been nice. We ordered today 20 boneless chicken garlic and Parmesan, all came with bones in and it is definitely not garlic and Parmesan. At first I thought it was blue cheese!! The person on the phone was very rude and abrupt. In the end they re sent our food with boneless chicken ( that again wasn’t garlic and parmesan) and they wanted the old chicken back that has been sat there for over an hour 🤮 not sure what their going to do with it. Please don’t waist your money

We got chicken pakora. They was raw in middle. Was so disappointed will never use it again he didn't even smile when he gave us the crap food

Small portions and overpriced, food quality in itself was poor especially the donner meat. Whilst the staff weren’t necessarily rude they weren’t welcoming, would not visit again, Marmaris kebab in Shaftesbury high street is much better

The food was okay, not fantastic and as for the price it was shocking to pay £26.40 for x2 rag puddings, x2 portion of chips, x1 small portion of peas and x2 cups of tea. For that price my wife and I could have had x2 carveries for less than that. As pensioners we were very disappointed with the price and won't be visiting this chippy again.

The fish and chips used to be excellent but the last good quality food I had from here was in spring 2023. Not sure if the owner changed but food certainly. The cod is always very good, but the chips are actually not edible each time. The smaller chips are so dry and hard that they go to bin each time. Only the larger chips are ok. Yesterday I ordered chicken strips and they were hard and dry. Looked and tasted like they were re-heated or re-cooked. What happened to this quality chip shop?

Well where do I start. The crispy shredded beef was more like slips of batter with nothing in it. Sauce was very runny and about as spicy as a tomato. The chicken curry was very bland with 6 pieces of chicken in and half of those pieces were like chewing rubber and had to be spat out and the egg fried rice had burnt but in. On the plus side, their chips weren't to bad. Overall, I would rather eat my own earwax instead of having another takeaway from this place. STAY AWAY PEOPLE. You have been warned

Popped in for a chip butty . Lady on till very miserable. Took my order and said with a rude I don't want to do this attitude it be ready I a couple of minuets . Chips was not nice taist refryed. Now I know why I was the only person in here ..

After a great day at Blackpool Pleasure beach , we were looking for a snack for the road up to home. Burger King at this location was disgusting. Every single table was filthy, disgusting , food ridden and the overall floor was putrid. There were dead flies at every window. The struggling staff were apathetic . The food took forever to arrive. We had to ask them for cleaning stuff to make our table sterile enough to sit at despite the fact that there was rubbish all over the floor. The food itself was dry, stale and cold. Absolutely a waste of our money. Shame on you Burger King
