Burger King in Chorley

After a great day at Blackpool Pleasure beach , we were looking for a snack for the road up to home. Burger King at this location was disgusting. Every single table was filthy, disgusting , food ridden and the overall floor was putrid. There were dead flies at every window. The struggling staff were apathetic . The food took forever to arrive. We had to ask them for cleaning stuff to make our table sterile enough to sit at despite the fact that there was rubbish all over the floor. The food itself was dry, stale and cold. Absolutely a waste of our money. Shame on you Burger King

Travelling down the M6 I stopped here for refreshments. Good to see that Burger King have finally cottoned on and vary their previously rigid menu. I ordered an Angus burger with bacon and cheese fries. The food was freshly cooked, hot and tasty. My dislikes are service station jacked up prices and those horrible unsanitary touch screens that you have to use despite them having been continually proven to have other people's poo bacteria (Google it) on them. No sanitiser available either and the toilets were on the other side (literally) of the service station, so you are forced to use these unclean screens.

Very sad to say we had a bad experience with bad service from another Burger King but thought to give them another chance...bad idea traveled two and a half hours and was hungry ..Well after waiting fifteen minutes the two Wopper meals and no taste we had a coffee just covering the bottom of the cup and flat diet coke ..burgers cold..bun stale and dry staff rude through sauces and cerviette in which were mixed in with the loose chips just one big mess sorry won't be going Buyer King again .

Just went to Burger King for a great meal at charnock Richard everything we ask was served correctly and nice and hot, also the lad who served us was really polite and helpful cant ask for much more.

Shocking service, staff were rude and manners were non existent. Burger was actually very nice chips however were cold waxy tasteless and in short supply.......paid extra for regular portions and received approx 15 chios each in minute paper sachet. Electronic order boards not working and staff unable to take orders. Delays annoying and unnecessary.......won't be returning

Cold chips and onion rings were terrible burger cold in the middle and drink was flat tried to call on the phone but no answer

Ok so it was just opening 11am but we were not first in the queue. The self service screens were not switched on but the staff member kept directing us to use them, no apology received when they were eventually turned on. It was evident from the off the male staff member serving didn’t want to be there-customer service skills-zero. Order made and bare in mind only just opened with two customers in front of us. Lady ahead of us queried missing items in their order to be told “it is there at the bottom of the bag”. Lady apologises and goes back to check, returning as the item is not there, staff member responds “bring the bag here” at this point I’m thinking how rude can one person be! Lady is provided her missing item and we collect our order. At no point did the member of staff wear gloves, burgers were warm not hot- do you use a temperature probe? If so it may need to be checked that it is working properly! Ordered strawberry milkshake and got vanilla!! Appreciate times are difficult with covid rules and regulations but come on it really isn’t that hard to paste on a smile, be courteous and basically do your job.

The service at this Burger King was incredibly unhelpful and ridiculously slow. The young lad service was completely uninterested in fielding questions from customers and customers seemed to be an inconvenience to him!

Had the misfortune to visit this dump today and paid almost £30 to have my food (cold, items missing, flat drinks and warm milkshake) pretty much thrown at me by the large, ignorant prat behind the counter. I know it’s a motorway services, but honestly.... I’d have been better off warming up some roadkill on my car engine.

A family of five making their way to the Lake District we opted for this Burger King as a pit stop. Great to see that there are now self order points which theoretically should speed up the service. Service was ok, however the quality of the burger resembled something thrown together and not hot. We may opt for the KFC next time as they seemed to have their act together and the food looked like care had been taken when preparing. An ok visit if your hungry and not too fussy on quality.

About time they lived up to their add you cant have it your way with the auto machines .Poor show mac donalds machines work

Went to this fine establishment earlier today after a tedious and long drive. Safe to say my spirits rose after I locked eyes on the quality eatery ahead of me. Clean comfortable and cracking views of the road. However I’m writing this review on account of the lad behind the counter Scott Gouldthorpe I discovered his name to be. Never experienced service like it he was attentive friendly and generally on a scooby doo pill as I affectionately coin the term. He took care of me and my acquaintance in a Stella manner and I couldn’t of asked for more. Bloke needs a promotion Burger King you have a top lad on your hands the futures bright for this one. Will return to be served by the baller again.

I visited today and I was amazed by the brilliant service I received from the young man behind the counter. Both me and my friend had great food but the trainee Scott delivered great customer service and really went that extra mile to help us with our order and to feel comfortable. I felt valued as a customer which is so rare nowadays at a chain restaurant he was a credit to the Burger King. I will definitely be returning on my travels, thanks a lot Scott.

Burger King on a motorway service station will always be at a premium price compared to the high street, the same applies to other brands. This one is on the bridge, it was a bit tired but the seating area is nice enough for what it is. Staff were polite so it does what it needs too but no more. Opens at 10.00 I think.

I am a truck driver who uses services regularly as we do not have much other choice as we live on the road I have just been in to Burger King at Charnock Richard and have had the worst food if I can even call it food I got the tender crisp chicken Big King or whatever it is supposed to be I paid £9.95 for what was the most horrible thing I have ever tasted I got a piece of what was supposed to be chicken which had no chicken in it and what was in it was bone-dry some cremated bacon strips and tasted of salt will never be stopping in Charnock Richard services again

These places tend to be what they are ... fast food takeaways, however this one was very nice, I had a whopper meal with chilli bites which was fresh and tasty, moreover the duty manager Shaun was exceptional. He recommended various sauces and even found time to give me a taste of a special sauce they use on burgers. A very friendly and professional gentleman.

Not bad for a busy services food is tasty n hot a little bit of a wait but at leadt its fresh, but gery pricey

Visited here on the way home from Blackpool. The service was great, Kristian explained the onion rings options well, although i skipped on that. Instead opted for the large bacon double cheeseburger meal which very nice and filling. Meals cost around £8.60 -9.50.

Prices more than the high street branches, service slow, soggy bun, chips with toxic salt levels, coffee awful, wish I’d stuck to the unappetising looking sandwiches elsewhere (too late for M&S;!)

No bottled water - run out! Worst most dry Angus burger ever tasted. Very understaffed for lunch time so slow to prepare. Rip off prices, go to M&S; instead!

Smallest king fish ive ever seen, tiny bap hid the fish (not at all like the promo pic) must be a special motorway rip off edition. staff a bit slow, looked like poorly trained beginners who didn't want to be there..... Ditto. keep driving

tad pricey but you know what you're getting. the burgers are always hot which is obviously a good thing but the service isnt great

I asked for and paid for double whoppers and only got singles, one of my drinks was only half full, food was a mess and not hot. Counter was dirty.

We stopped for a quick pit stop and decided to spend our money with Burger King , the burgers were lovely but the chips were cold we took them back and the server chucked them in the container and mixed them with the others left in there! I took them back a second time and the young man looked perplexed, I asked for fresh chips, I got them and yes they were fresh but tasteless, my advice is get the burger from Burger King and get the chips from somewhere else!! Very disappointing , no veggie burger because the microwave was broken, come on BK shake a leg, this visit was terrible

Burger was lovely as usual but someone had put a years worth of salt on my chips so they all got left.

Detenido recientemente como quisiéramos que Burger King es más de lo mismo en todas partes, pero algunos mejor que otros. Este extraordinario en que la comida era fresca, caliente y bien servido. Hay mucho personal que sirve y no una larga espera para nuestra orden.

The staff were pleasant enough but the order was wrong and the burger was loaded with chunks of lettuce and the driest bun I've ever tried to eat. I think it may have been older than me. Wished we'd have waited for KFC to open!

Está situado en el primer piso de este área de servicio de la m6, junto con un KFC, donde usted puede sentarse y comer con el tráfico pasando por debajo.

A Burger King un par de veces ya que prefiero a la otra hamburguesa, como de costumbre, el lugar era una gran relación calidad-precio y el personal es muy amable.

Pasamos mucho tiempo de espera para ser atendido. Fue la hora del almuerzo, pero el KFC parecía ser gente mucho más rápido. El comedor es un poco descuidado, pero probablemente no en el BK de control.

This is a great fast food restaurant. Food was really nice and fresh. The food was also tasty. The place was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Young lady Natalie very friendly and very helpful! Could not fault this place at all. Hot fresh food and service with a smile

I had to write this as twice I have now had the wrong food given to me, at this place, the staff are so friendly but the orders are obviously not checked through enough, if they could just get this right then it would be even better.
