Nobody on till. Asked the chap who appeared to be manager on duty if anyone on till. Reply no not at min and continued dispensing drinks ignoring the fact that he could have served us as he was only looking at the screens n dispensing and there were also 2 others doing this 😡 Very poor customer services

Completely the wrong delivery. Phoned Macdonald's and the response was totally rude and blaming Just Eat and Uber and the phone was put down. Now Just Eat and Uber don't cook the food or organise it going out to the drivers. So disappointed, had far too much food delivered which should have gone to whoever ordered it and didn't get mine. So much waste the manager at Macdonald's obviously doesn't care about, let alone customer service. Be very careful if you ever order from here.

What is the point of ordering and paying ahead of time on the app only to wait 20 plus minutes in store for a simple breakfast order? Whilst my order remained static and "in progress" on the board, Uber and Deliveroo drivers et al, were served and dispatched in very short order, leaving other customers very annoyed, myself included. I think you need to be honest and tell your clientele that you prioritise delivery orders, because that's what it looks like.

Bunch of absolute nuggets 💯 % clown school at its best! just eat driver very much the same !! yet to experience the right order without anything wrong or them blaming each other. Consider it boycotted .

We visited here on a Sunday afternoon, fairly busy so we opted to order our own food! So much quicker then waiting to be served, food was ready in no time. Food was hot and very tasty. Couple of downfalls for this place is it's very compact so when there's pushchairs in there it's a mission and a half to try and exit the place. Also the toilets were pretty disgusting / dirty.

The original McDonalds was on Church Green and was much bigger than the replacement in the Shopping Centre, having both a large downstairs and upstairs too, none of us could understand why this happened.....what can one say about the food, we nearly all love a 'maccie', but it's always absolutely heaving in the Town Centre Restaurant and I don't want to stand up!!!!

Enjoyed breakfast here one Sunday morning. I am not used to McD but it was ok. I will not rush back but the service was good. The young girl taking my order was very polite and patient, she was clearly amazed that someone was not familiar with Mc Donalds

It is a Mc Donald's. Same food, same environment but really handy for the kids when In town. You get the same here as all the others, restaurant area is a bit small and cramped especially problematic at busy periods.
