Not great..food not hot.. staff not interested in customer service .. atmosphere cold and clinical

Came to the Burger King after a very long journey, came out of our way just to come there as we was starving, as on the internet it says closed at 11, we arrived at 10:30 to be ignored by the female worker then shooed off by her! Extremely rude girl, not happy at all and will be writing a email to the complaints team

Absolutely awful. Tasted cheap and re heated. Bag was opened when delivered so unsure whether the food had been tampered with. Never ordering again, dont bother. Overpriced. Took ages. Bland. Why order ? Could give 0 stars. Pretty sure I’ll have the trots tomorrow.

No he pensado en corregir una crítica porque esperaba que ya hubiera tantos, este lugar es de alta calidad, de verdad. Pedido desde aquí una vez al azar como alguien que pidió un buen poco de comida con frecuencia de diferentes lugares. Y desde que le di una oportunidad al azar a este lugar, no he mirado atrás en absoluto, ahora me toca a mí también cada vez, absolutamente me encanta

Just used this dominos pizza the pizza was perfect and the lady who works there went above and beyond to help me amazing how one interaction with a stranger can change your whole mood thankyou very much

Service is absolutely terrible. Deliveroo orders are prioritised over those made in store. No organisation. Deliveroo drivers shoving and pushing when you go to get your food. The management don’t give a hoot either.

I want to commend the staff at this McDonalds. My car broke down on the M18 and after waiting 2 hours for a pick-up truck, our "safe place" turned out to be very close to this McDonalds (much to my 12 year old son's delight!). Nothing was too much trouble, the staff were kind, understanding and checked in on us frequently, until our AA help arrived. The restaurant was kept extremely clean and my son said it was "the best McDonalds he's ever been to!" (& he's been to a fair few...). Thank you for making us feel welcome and looked after. (unfortunately I didn't get the names of the 2 staff in particular - it was Saturday 19th April late evening, and we were finally on our way south again around 10:30pm

I Ordered pancakes with sausage and syrup, and get 3 pancakes dry!! I also ordered a galaxy latte and get a cup of pure coffee! Waste of £12 I’ve ever spent! Get a grip! How hard can it be it’s in the screen!

Si no pudiera dar estrellas lo haría. ¡Nos falta constantemente una comida de nuestro pedido y la aplicación se niega a darnos un reembolso! ¡No quiero gastar 10 libras en nada! Sólo tengo este número en Bradford. Definitivamente pellizcos de penique. Deben hacer una fortuna ya que mis amigos tienen este problema con esta tienda y otras de la zona. No me molestaría en usar la aplicación McDonalds, ya que malgastarás tu dinero y alguien se lo perderá. McDonald’s ¡HAZLO MEJOR!

Absolutely pathetic service at Catterick again. As usual, I chose the collection point for my grandkid's takeaway. All I had ordered on the app was a happy meal with a strawberry milkshake. It took over 20 minutes for my food to arrive, and then only because I called to ask where it was. Once I got home I had to deal with a granddaughter in floods of tears because she was so hungry. Only upside was the milkshake machine is finally working!

My wrap came to £6.58 and they was hardly anything in it apart from lettuce the staff was not very friendly the bins was full all in all was very disappointing

Couldn’t fault at all, the food was excellent as always, drive through staff not very friendly but wouldn’t stop us calling again.

We ordered online ( just eat or macdonalds app ) from here 4 times in last 6 weeks and 3 times the order was missing items, cold food or poor quality made food . The staff I spoke to didnt care one bit. Would not recommend going in or ordering online... dont waste your money
