My wrap came to £6.58 and they was hardly anything in it apart from lettuce the staff was not very friendly the bins was full all in all was very disappointing

Chants ave hull branch.went in for the same sandwich I religiously buy, Jeremy served me and got my order wrong , I addressed this and he stood and scraped off some of the contents before toasting it, he then continued to be bad mannered to me all infront of other customers, safe to say I wdnt recommend this branch unless you have thick skin,

9th Aug about 3pm - horrible experience. The lass was trying her best but terrible attitude from the lad, huffing and puffing at us. We'd not used Subway before so when I got to the table I found I had ended up with two bits of bread with nothing on it but a smattering of grated cheese. When my wife said we ordered a Veggie Delight (or whatever) we were told that's what it is, you have to ask if you want other stuff on it. The kids were starving so they ate theirs. I left my two small bits of bread but with hindsight I should have taken it and fed a duck... Obviously, we won't be returning and wouldn't recommend.

Just had a truly horrendous experience at subway today for lunch !! We ordered 2x 6-inch meatball marinara melts, 1x 6-inch ham salad and a 6-inch margarita sandwiches. I wasn’t impressed to start with, the staff passed the bread down the line to one another as they was just slapping in sandwich fillings with no great care and the staff looked like they all wished they was somewhere else. The sandwiches was stuffed into a bag and again with no care for the product we was about to eat. I went to go sit down at the table with my wife and child and as we unwrapped our sandwiches they was an utter mess. The bread wasn’t even toasted, soggy in some places and rock hard in others. We was hungry so just thought let’s eat and go and we won’t be returning again after the service we have received. Unfortunately that wasn’t the end of our terrible lunch. As I was getting towards the end of my sandwich I noticed what can only be described as I short black wiry hair stuck in the bread (picture attached) 🤢. I said to my wife I’m taking it back to the counter, when I spoke with somebody and explained I was not happy with the service the sandwich and now I have found this inbeded in my sandwich I am extremely un happy. The lady then explained to me that it was part of the mould that the bread is baked in and that it’s quite common 😱. I didn’t even receive an apology for all that had gone wrong !! She offered another sandwich to replace the one with the suspect hair but I said I would like a refund as the quality of the sandwiches are disgusting. She gave me my refund and again no apology was given (manners go a long way !) I returned to the table where my wife and daughter was sitting and my daughter refused to eat the sandwich which she never turns down food and not a picky eater. I have attached a picture of my daughters sandwich and I can completely understand why she didn’t want to continue eating it. No care for the food they serve, no care for the consumers and they didn’t seem bothered that I had to raise a complaint and just shrugged it off. We will not be visiting again and advise people to avoid eating here !!

Went into the Anlaby for a sandwich. Didn't really know what I was meant to do as a first timer. I told the girl but did she help.. Err no.. No explanation, no ideas, no interest what so ever. To the point I only knew they heated them when I saw one in front come out the oven. I ended up with a boring cheese and onion sandwich. I shall not be going again.

Granddaughters choice this time. Wasn’t too bothered but then when I saw the wraps coming out, thought we would try one. They were amazing , they are huge and so much chicken and bacon plus salad. Couldn’t wrap it. Can’t wait to have another one next time we’re in the area. More seating in this place then other ones we have been to. This review is for subway at Kingswood.

This is clearly a busy branch of Subways. I've eaten here three times this week, my orders were taken politely and the food quickly prepared and tasted good. There is no need for staff to smile all of the time (see previous reviews), their job is to serve the public which they have done admirably well on my three visits.

Subway have now taken off ham so as to not upset any muslim customers even tho 95% are white ENGLISH people who like ham disgusting will never use them again

Handy in the town centre. Food good but rather sit outside on a nice day. Inside is not appealing.Plenty of benches to sit on.

Toilets were disgusting,floor in eating area and under tables were full of dust and bits,took photo of the floor where I was sat.staff never smiled,just slapped food on bread.bacon looked like it was still Oinking.

Really need re training, definitely the manager not even polite, really rude also need to learn to smile, won’t be coming here again. Will stick to Holderness Rd or station

Have popped in numerous of times of the year so far and each time I’ve been waiting a while to be served which is understandable but when I’ve been served the staff are miserable. I’ve asked for sandwiches and salads and both where made with little effort where the staff have literally thrown ingredients on the bread and hardly put anything on the salad/sandwich. I only have to visit this store as I eat healthy and it’s close to work. Unfortunately I rather waste more money on food elsewhere. I’ve gotten better service in other subway stores. Wouldn’t recommend this subway, save your money and go to the station subway.

Typical Subway brand that we know and expect, and I cannot fault the product. However both staff members working (two men) both had long hair and beards and neither had hairnets or beard nets on at any time I was there (roughly 30 mins waiting for my bus). Leaning over the food, not a good look or taste if something were to happen.

Subway is your above average sandwich/ salad joint with lots of choices and a seating area. I personally enjoy it 99% of the time because I know what I like and it's very filling. I think Subway is pretty much the best sandwich shop around for it's selection. Always a good choice to choose for lunch.

It’s not the best one I have been in and very cold when the door opens. Rather sit in a nice warm place to eat. The Italian subway was good and fresh.

Healthiest option in City centre,visited many Subways and they are all consistently well organised and food is always consistent in quality

Visitamos, ya que este era el lugar más cercano que pudimos ver para un bocado rápido para comer durante un espectáculo de cerca. Había mucha gente, pero la cola bajó rápidamente. Debo decir que el personal se las arregló bien para decir lo lleno que estaba en el lado de las cosas que sirve, pero creo que todo lo demás dentro de esta tienda fue olvidado. Finalmente conseguimos una mesa (molesto que la mayoría de las mesas estaban siendo de grabado' por personas que todavía no se ha servido. Pero lo limpia), nosotros primero.

He visitado este metro en numerosas ocasiones, como mis chicas tienen clases de natación cerca. Cada vez que visité tenía la misma chica que sirve, y sinceramente creo que es ella y sus colegas en estos días que son el problema. Las mesas están siempre sucia, aunque parece que hay muchas oportunidades para la limpieza. La chica en cuestión hasta el punto mumbles, tengo que preguntarle varias veces repetir ella misma, ella también no explicar que hemos de conseguir bebidas para nuestra comida nosotros ofertas. Concedido, ella no es el principal problema. La comida es buena, como de costumbre, pero realmente no siento que quiero sentar en una mesa que no habían limpiado, pero no había mucho donde elegir. El inodoro es de vergüenza, hasta el punto que no quería lavar mis manos! La última vez que visitó el viernes tarde y sábado por la mañana hemos visitado antes. Cada vez la tienda no ha sido ocupado, así que me es difícil entender esta cuestión de la limpieza. No iré a esta tienda de nuevo!

Me pidieron tres veces que pan quería y ella todavía dieron mal. Servicio de atención al cliente muy impersonal y grosero. Cambió mi orden ligeramente y servidor miró con disgusto. Tomó una rebanada de salami que tenía demasiado!!! Y lo tiró en la papelera increíble!! No volver y no le aconsejaría irá

Called into subway for a footlong sub which was outstanding,you have different bread to chose from and fillings plus any salad stuff and sauce plus you can have it toasted or non toasted,will call in again

Fui allí para un sandwich de jamón a la hora de la comida y por un momento me sentí como si estuviera en un partido se presenta. Pregunta tras pregunta" lo que quieres pan?.. de pies, 6 pulgadas ... Salsa ... ensalada, pan tostado o...

Estábamos un poco hambriento después de una tarde de compras. Decidimos probar metro. Era bastante lleno, así que el personal apresuraban pedidos y hacer algunos errores. Pedí mayonesa y miel mostaza pero sólo se ha recibido mucho de mayonesa. Sandwich aún estaba bien pero no probar este nuevo outlet.

Went to the Holderness road new branch girl on the sources 2/10/15 (afternoon) wiped her nose with her hand afew times n never washed her hands , also was told my foot long sub would be £5 although they was offering free sub with drink ----- very told this before ordering !!! And when I did order a sub why did it come just cheese toasted when I asked for tuna with salad !! Sort the staff out !! Its doesn't take 10 members of staff 1 of which coughed and didn't wash their hands n also most dont wear hair nets to serve 1 person!!!

Good value meals. Great for people who like to choose their own fillings.It's nice to be able to select the type of bread. Their specials are good value for money.

The other day I opted on going to subway for dinner, it surprised me on the variety of options that subway had to offer! I was served by a cheerful man, who made the atmosphere of the shop incredible he was very polite, I believe his name was Craig. I would definitely return to this shop, thankyou. happily return to this shop

When we are away we normally opt for macdonalds with little ones it's easy to do, however I'm on a diet and their salad is appalling so when to subway, was very impressed salad of the day is huge and great value for money, the kids bags were great and a healthier choice for them. For 4 of us we spent £8 on lunch! Which we ate in the park, enjoyed it so much went back the next day this time my bus ab had a salad too. The only thing I would say is you are very rushed and you struggle to hear, so you really need to know what you want before you go in.

I have used this Subway (king edward st) for the past 4 years and it's now got that bad that I have to write this. The softdrinks machine is always spitting out awful tasting beverages that taste flat. You get the feeling that it never gets cleaned and when you see the state of the rest of the restaurant this probably confirms it. The staff lack any customer service skills which is probably because the manager is always scruffy, miserable and dirty looking. I always bin the sandwich if he serves . Sounds harsh but he really is unpleasant. Oh!! And he puts less filling in your sandwich. The staff today had there hair down dipping in the food which is just wrong! Surely it should be in a hair net?? I now walk to the other side of town to visit the st Stephens subway cus it's like a totally different place. Plus the food tastes fresh and clean. Wish I did today because I'm feeling ill now from the sandwich I had 4 hours ago. The overall verdict is its disgusting! Your poorly managed subway will no longer have my business.

Inaudible staff. Rushed along the counter, barely half a second to answer their questions. Got to the till to be told by the girl that we couldn't have the meal deal that was displayed on a sign directly behind her head, I still don't understand why. If you want enough cheese in your sandwich to actually taste it, you have to pay extra. Food was ok, but the place was filthy.

Well, you always know what you're going to get at Subway and not often (no matter where in the world you are) does that change.What does change is the standard of the restaurant itself and in the case of this one, well, I'm afraid it leaves an awful lot to be desired. Broken stair treads, uneven chairs and tables that rock and I'm afraid to say, the toilets were disgusting, I felt like I needed to wash my hands again after washing them in the basin there.Still, it's a fast food sandwich shop in a relatively busy city centre environment and you will always get a Subway sandwich there.

We always go to a Subways for lunch as we tend to get the same quality but have to say I was disappointed today. The seating area looked shabby and unclean. The staff looked the same! I ordered the same sandwich as usual but it just wasn't the same. The tuna was lumpy and I managed to avert jalapeños being added instead of gherkins as I asked. Not the experience I expect from Subway.

There was a large queue to be served but it was peak lunch time on a working day and they really were working hard to reduce the queue. It was a really hot day and pretty warm in the restaurant so we sat outside under the shade of the trees. Yummy sandwich with all my favourites. Would happily go again.
