Every time I order from Uber eats I never get all my food that I’ve ordered. Never and the chips are not nice at all. They really need to fix up

The worse McDonald’s I have been the staff were so slack was not listening to what I said , brought the wrong food out 3 times , should of just got a refund and left , did even opoligise, disgusting service

Ordered food and the past 4 times I’ve had 2 McMuffins missing once 2 burgers chips and McFlurrys worst McDonald’s ever order from staff don’t know how to follow an order

Really disappointing. Ordered via Uber eats: all 5 selected sauces (which were part of the sharer boxes we ordered and shown on the order/receipt) missing and the ‘large’ fries weren’t even half filled.

Hand gel dispenser empty. No paper in machine for receipts so none available. No table service numbers left despite restaurant almost empty. Food cold. Have visited this restaurant many times and never had an order correct yet!

Had to wait quite a long time to be served and the food was the poorest quality. The chips were cold.

Fast service and is one of the best McDonald's I have ever been to. If you need shopping you can go and get some after your McDonald's! My Favourite McDonald's.

McDonald's within the Asda Walmart at Owlcotes, Pudsey. Very handy to grab a quick bite to eat before or after shopping; staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking due to it being located within a 24 hour supermarket. Open from early morning until midnight

This mc Donald's is ok for a quick visit but not at peak time though as its only small inside but is ok the food was nice and hot witch is good when you got to these places usually when you go to these places the food isn't as hot as it shouid be but over all this is a good place to stop for a quick bit to eat' but wouid't visit on a weekend as the owcotes centre gets very busy

Great little stop off when finishing your shopping in M & S or Asda. Only downside is that they do not serve Quarterpounders😩

What can you say maci D's is maci D's Service is fast enough if you go at the right time around dinner time its a nightmare not enough seating and service can be a abit slower generally a decent meal from there not had any thats needed returning. self service drink machine as well... cheers mcdonalds

The queue was quite long and the serving staff seemed to be running out to people with food more than they were serving, perhaps they need someone to do this to keep up with the queues. I ordered a happy meal and asked for the chips straight from the fryer as I can't stand the ones that have been left in the warmer. I appreciate that this takes time to cook the chips so waited for my meal, however my mistake was to get my coffee from the self serve machines as I waited, I had almost drunk up by the time my meal came. The chips were hot and fresh just as I like them so can't complain.

Was really good. Food excellent staff very friendly. Decor was lovely and to my taste. I was served very quickly and the staff member Lee was very helpful

Service slow for tea time. How you rum out of a limited stock item is untrue to be rudely stopped whilst giving my order by the other staff member saying there isn't any. Chicken nugget happy meal not hard. Turns out it is. 2 bags of nuggets not fries. Big Macs were cold and looked like they were in the production bin longer than the 10 minutes it should be. Fries over salted and kept longer than the 5 minutes holding time. Won't be visiting there again in a hurry

No es diferente de cualquier otro McD. Nada excepcional en el servicio, la decoración, el ambiente. La comida típica comida a buenos precios.

Positive: usually quick service negative: the chips/french fries are often too much salt and often cold !!
