To the first aiders at Hopwood thank you for helping me after my accident on the escalator on Monday 14th April. I might have missed my holiday but your help was really appreciated.

Worst maccys I've ever had, food was cold, and tasteless, the order was done through the app and it still took 15mins waiting in the drive through, then it was still wrong so we had to go in and collect the stuff that was missing. Drinks were not great either, oasis was watered down and the coke was lifeless and flat. Chips were like cardboard fries with no salt and were tasteless. Atleast stafford maccys put some salt on there chips! Il never use this maccys again.

Ordered 2 kebabs on uber eats, one of which was mixed meat with chips and curry sauce. The food was swimming in grease and the curry sauce was none existent. Not to add aside from the taste of the grease the food it bland and tasteless. The second kebab consisted of donner and chips with gravy, again hardly any gravy and the gravy there was, was greasy leaving a film of grease in my mouth. Again food bland and tasteless… not to even add we ordered a side of battered chips to revive normal chips with not even a looking of batter. Awful food will not be ordering again!!

Order literally arrived 1 hour after I placed it for a restaurant that had a 15-20 min delivery time. On top of that, the food was missing ingredients and was cold.

Hey McDonald's Stafford Rd wolves this is the 2nd order in a row you didn't give me any straws or napkins. The cheeseburgers also looked a mess and barely any mustard on them but overloaded with ketchup so couldn't taste mustard or onions

The courier asked me for a code. As I didn’t know what he meant, I asked. He said he needed my phone number which I gave. Then he asked for the last four digits. Rather an overkill when I was standing in my doorway. The food was barely warm.

We arrived to the manager picking food off the floor back into boxes to be served. Food was stone cold. Staff standing around doing nothing. £30 for the whole order to be cold. Do better..

Staff very nice. Coffee very weak😞

In particular, my drive through experience with Jamie was absolutely excellent. He had a great vibe and helped where he could and where he couldn’t, was able to clearly explain why and for some reason I felt ok about it. Again, great experience all around. Thanks BK Rugeley!
