horrible no utilizan no pueden cumplir ningún pedido mal servicio al cliente y al pedir número de oficina central están ignorando los correos electrónicos. no usar

Pedí una galleta en forma de corazón en línea para San Valentín para mi pareja, la pedí con 3 semanas de antelación y pagué por una fecha para que se entregara el 13 de febrero debido a que mi pareja trabajaba lejos del 14 por lo que no lo vería, la galleta no ha llegado el 13 o 14 y todo lo que tienen que decir es que lo siento, no es el punto en que tenemos entrega gautebteed para una fecha y esto fue un regalo para mi pareja que terminó sin nada gracias a su compañía.

POBRE PRODUCTO. No había comido galletas Millies en más de 20 años. Mientras visitaba Lakeside Shopping Centre, decidí probar este producto. Pedí 3 galletas de chocolate doble y 1 de chocolate con leche. Pagué 5 libras. 29 . Esto fue un desperdicio de dinero. Las galletas eran delgadas como papel. 4 cookies deberían haber sido 2. Obviamente, la empresa está reduciendo la densidad del producto para reducir costos.

- Lack of manners when speaking to customers both abrupt and rude. - Sly eye contact between themselves when we were asking questions leaving us feeling very uncomfortable. - Made us feel as though we weren’t welcome to buy anything. - Didn’t come over to serve us, spoke to us from the back of the shop with there hoods on whilst munching on there food. - When we went to collect the order previously made online we were spoken to very sarcastically. - Will not be visiting Millie’s Cookies in Birmingham Bullring again. - Ruined my girlfriends birthday surprise and her day by this awful encounter. - Please train your staff to have some common courtesy and general manners when conversing with customers.

Just terrible guys, i wouldnt use millies cookies ever again.. They never delivered my product, going into store never resolved, asking customer care never got back to me and I am extremely angry with no refund either!!!

i cookies più buoni che abbia mai assaggiato. li hanno di varie dimensioni e con tantissima scelta. è possibile ordinare sia cookies a propria scelta sia torte con gli ingredienti che preferiamo. staff gentile e disponibile. qualità eccellente e prezzi ottimi

Compré un granizado en este lugar y estoy muy seguro de que esta no fue la mejor de las suertes que he tenido Paula de Sacred Heart hace muchos mejores granizados por un precio mucho más barato Estoy bastante decepcionada, decepcionada también enfurecida por el aguanieve Para empeorar las cosas, ni siquiera recibí una cuchara de paja. Tengo un poco de 'cosa' por las galletas de chocolate blanco de Millie pero, desafortunadamente, todas estaban fuera cuando estaba de paso. El joven que trabajaba en el mostrador me dijo que había un nuevo horneado horneado y se ofreció a guardar algo para mí si regresaba. Visited yesterday. Staff were miserable, cookies didn't look fresh. I ordered and did query some of the cookies looking broken and over done, the smartie lollipop cookie was also much smaller than when previously bought. Staff ignored me and stated price, simply putting the bag of cookies on the counter. No "please" or "thank you" when paying. Went to eat the cookies 5 mins later and most had crumbled due to stale texture. We usually go here every time we shop in Brum, will try again next time in the hope that they were just having a bad day...

I've always found the staff here to be really friendly and accommodating. The cookies are great - a bit pricey but generally worth it!

Some of the staff have disappointed on a number of occasions and always look unhappy working there. The heart shaped cookie always seems to cause problems with its pricing and charges which have not always been advertised on display. I have complained about the staff and was given a voucher for two heart shaped cookies for the inconvenience caused by the staff. The actual product is excellent and delicious at the same time but the staff need further training on their customer service skills.

had to change coins for the locker so went more then 3 times in an afternoon to buy biscuits! they are really fantastic!

Always buy one of the large cookies to take home for my husband. The reason why is he always share it with me. Mmmmm

Customer service is awful. The incorrect address was put on an order - the company did not respond to my request to change the address. I sent several e-mails. The cookie did finally get to its destination, although it arrived late, stale and was totally in crumbs. Again, I e-mailed them, and they did not respond. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT. BAD PRODUCT EVEN WORSE SERVICE

Really fancied a double choc cookie. Wish I hadn't bothered. Obviously not a fresh batch cooked, but a rushed lets get some cookies out over baked affair. You can get a better one at McDonalds. Wish I had.........

Whenever i am visiting England i surely make a visit to any of their cookie outlets. They make fresh cookies and any one of them i try is just great taste. Coffee was not good in taste but who cares unless they are doing great amazing cookies. Keep up the good work.

Good cookies and milkshake, but the shift manager needs sacking or some serious training in customer service skills. I didn't catch her name but it was Saturday 12th December at midday. We felt like we were a nuisance rather than customers.
