The best restaurants serving Fast food food in West Midlands

we ordered a salad at over £9 The salad was more like a side salad. I'm not greedy but the portion was ridiculously small. I won't be going to that subway again

Used to be the best around. Very inconsistent these days. Occasionally you'll be lucky and the food will be delicious, Occasionally terrible but mostly just average. I used to be regular, best I can tell is, the change came when they started to let the serving staff cook chips etc. Years ago this was done mostly by the guys who I assumed run the place. The place is always busy but that's not always the mark of excellence some think it to be. The busyness often leads to chips being pulled out way too early leaving the chips looking anaemic af and hard and crunchy (not in the good way) and also, they have got a (often empty) ATM but it is infuriating that they wont take chip and pin. Give your customers what they want ffs. - Staff friendly when spoken to but as others have said, often seen mocking and speaking about customers behind their backs etc. I've stopped going now.

Not very well served, chips were cold, not much salt in them, same with the fish.

Very happy with the service from washwood heath branch. Manager is very polite and helpful and very customer focused.

I had a disappointing experience , particularly in how they treated. The behaviour displayed by the staff, especially with asians, was notably rude and unprofessional. While an older gentleman didn't know how to engage in a respectful manner

Obliged to give one star or less as I don’t remember the last time I ate worst food than this !! Chicken not fresh & crispy skin feels like a brick, fries are stale, cold and dry as a bone, fake meat sausage and kebab , everything had a ton of salt dabbed on it and delivery 30 minutes late !! Pretty horrendous

Never had a a bad takeaway from this place. We were in Cleethorpes a month ago and were treated to "the best fish and chip shop in Cleethorpes" but as I was eating it I thought Costas was better! Keep it up guys, and remember people are more likely to leave a review if they have a negative experience and look how many great reviews they have. I travel from Leicester to come to this chip shop , very cheap , friendly staff outstanding food , hence I travel to this chippy , it's cash only which that's no problem I would highly recommend this chippy again food is outstanding plenty of carpark space a hidden gem
