Chips aren’t always fresh and they’re sometimes a bit dry, burgers and kebabs are absolutely amazing tho. Tables are sometimes a bit dirty and greasy The workers are really nice and welcoming and social-able. Would be a 5star but the chips aren’t always fresh which is a bit annoying, the chips are either great or terrible. I’ve ordered from here loads of times and sometimes the chips have tasted really fresh and tasty and other times they’ve tasted really dry

I thought I'd give this place a go after bad experiences before. Needless to say there's been no improvement. The chips are really expensive. Low quality potatoes used & you can taste the quality. Most of my chips went in the bin. I could take a picture to show how bad they were. I'd be stupid to think they'd actually care. Don't bother

Fish okay but the chips are awful. Overcooked on stale. Complained about it but still no better. Terry's Plaice are much better

Named Uncles now... expensive and not worth the money. Won't be returning

Highly recommend this chip shop the owner is very friendly food is great and cooked to order infront of you prices are extremely reasonable

Absolutely disgusting!! Chips soggy with grease and dark brown, obviously last nights warmed up, not edible!! Battered sausage was dripping with oil, as with the chips the bin has been fed!! Never again!! The two staff working were more interested in chatting to the blokes! It lives up to name ' one star baz's grease emporium ' 🤢

The best Baked Spuds in town. We had the chilli and chicken curry filling, very very tasty indeed, and the portion sizes are massive. Excellent value for money. 👍👏👏😀

Good quality food and very friendly staff always meet customers expectation

Terrible staff, refused to open half the seating as they would have to wipe more tables despite the other seating being full. Avoid as if that lazy i doubt there rest of the work is up to scratch too busy gossiping and talking.

Have kebabs very often absolutely love them. I always have a steak kebab, hubby used to have the chicken but now he has a mixture. Our only issue is they have never given a discount or a free drink.

I found the chips dry and the steak and kidney pie had very little meat, mostly gravy.
