The best restaurants serving Fast food food in West Midlands

First time I have been to this chip shop in about a year. The food was awful. The fish was hard. The chips greasy. The prices were extortionate and the owners hair in my food was not appreciated. We will not be using this chip shop again. Vile.

DO NOT EAT FROM HERE. GIVEN ME A BAD STOMACH TWICE. CHEWY CHICKEN. CHIPS ARE HORRIBLE. I’ve had a couple of orders and I can say the doner meat is decent, not like you can go wrong with it and it’s pretty average and I would say it’s the best item I’ve had from here. The chicken has made me unwell a couple of times now and I’ve tried it the second time to give it the benefit of the doubt, Never again will I order from here. The chicken is chewy and isn’t what you pay for at all. The chips aren’t cooked properly and again it’s not hard to cook chips you just don’t expect it from a place that charge a decent amount for the food. Sauce is nice though especially the BBQ sauce. I feel like I need to try somewhere different as I was looking for a local and this just isn’t up there with been a good takeaway. I’ve been unwell and had a bad stomach twice now with the peri peri box meal, chicken wasn’t fully eaten as it was chewy so I question what is making there food give me such a bad stomach.

Went twice on the way in and the return of my journey, and while the food didn’t taste bad, a lot of the food textures were somewhat unpleasant. This is possibly because I don’t usually eat gluten free. What is more problematic though is that the food left both me and my travelling companions with horrible gas and bloating. The first time I ordered the Sicilian meatball rice box meal with the crinkle chips side, an orange juice and a cranberry, oat cookie. The items I remember the others getting included the grilled halloumi wrap, firecracker wrap and yuzu pickle side. All items tasted good but the digestive effects started before we’d even left the service station. We only came again on the return because it was late and we didn’t want McDonald’s. I was determined to pick something else in the hopes that I’d just made a bad choice and noted that there’s no option on the digital menu to remove any ingredients which is pretty poor for a chain that is known for being diet-restriction friendly. I eventually settled on the hot honey chicken nugget meal with the same side and a vanilla matcha latte. To the branches credit- the wait time was near nonexistent at the later time we arrived and all of the food this time was pretty delicious. That’s not to say we weren’t impacted by digestive difficulties again afterwards, just that these menu options tasted good enough to be worth it. The vanilla matcha latte in particular was really good though a little too sweet for my personal preference. Also my ketchup for my chips was missing. This time my companion (we dropped the other off at destination) got the golden goddess (?) salad, coleslaw and a lime drink. The salad in particular appeared to go down very well with her although she wasn’t fussed on the slaw as the red cabbage was overpowering the other ingredients. Overall I probably wouldn’t recommend the food to others who have sensitive stomachs but the taste of all items was good and the drinks in particular were great. I imagine our issues are probably based on whatever was substituted for gluten in the food or potentially the lack of preservatives in the food which had likely been sat pre-prepped for a while before we got it.

New management, brilliant brilliant brilliant!!! Fish is coated with the best thin and crispy batter!! The kebabs are the best, doner chicken or lamb all are great.

Mixed meat and chips - best one around. I eat chicken and doner all over the country on my rounds and this place was really really good. Had my lad with me as well who ate every bit of his mini fish which says a lot! 🐟

This was my second order from Napolis after the 1st order was great. however I wont be going again for the following reasons. The 2nd delivery took 1 hour and 3/4 to arrive after originally being told 1 Hour and 1/4 which was long enough in itself but then to top it off it was stone cold, not warm but stone cold and rubbery. I phoned the manager straight away explaining we could not eat this cold disgusting food and to be honest he was not bothered making all the excuses he could think of without any merit, all he was prepared to do is offer a free garlic bread on my next order which i politely declined and said there will be no future orders. I should have read the reviews, lesson learned.
