Subway in East Staffordshire

Absolutely disgusting flifly place I visited today +McDonald's in town to which I will be reporting to the council

Ordered 3 cookies and order was wrong they've also gone up again to 1.59 for 3 which is really expensive And to top it off tasted different must of been old ones

Walked into the shop and did not get acknowledged for the first five minutes because they were too busy doing just eat orders. I had to shout hi to get their attention. Then I asked for nachos and they served a few Doritos out of a bag, slopped some salsa and a tiny bit of cheese on it. I asked for more cheese and the staff member told me it would cost me extra, I said but you’ve barely put anything on it and she showed me the scoop that she should have used for portioning but said she didn’t use that she gave me more. I’m glad she didn’t use that scoop because it was filthy. So I basically got a few crisps and some tomato sauce for my lunch. Thanks for nothing subway your portion sizes and customer service is absolutely shocking.

Compared to the other Subway in Burton (the one next to Birds) this is far superior. Staff actually serve you when you enter instead of pretending to clean in the kitchen. Having a better understanding of sandwich construction too!. You all do an excellent job. I'll be back

Called in for lunch a six inch sub chicken tikka and drink .it tasted funny like it was off I didn't finish it but was ill all afternoon after the hygen was not up to standard

Had to be done... Great for taking the kids for lunch. Love the nachos and the cheese toastie. Stretton branch is nice. Great staff.

Brought my three year old here for lunch and she loved the fact that she could choose what she wanted on her sandwich and the staff were great as they made her feel important by asking her what she wanted. Mine was very yummy as always

The sandwiches are as fresh and lovely as every subway but it seems very dirty in this particular place, sticky tables, unclean floors and occasionally an iffy smell.

He usado este y otros locales de metro (Cornwall y Oxford) ahora lo que vas a obtener, servicio es elegante y si pides un sub de 12 pulgadas puede ahora algunos más tarde media si estás de turismo (hecho). Salida ofertas así, altamente recomendado. Disfrutar.

Clean and welcoming, food fresh and hot we have been several times now never been let down. Staff very friendly nothing too much trouble.

Love sub way you always get good food made the way you like it. The prices are also good despicably on some of there meal deals always worth checking whats on offer as can make a nice change form your normal order.

Subway is something that you can rely on, this is no exception. I've moved on to the salad boxes, a little healthier.

Food is lovely, a little pricey but nice, the staff are always friendly and helpful and the restaurant is clean. Plenty of choice on the menu

I often have lunch at Subway, a 6in sub, with ham, cheese and toasted, a good selection of salads, which you choose what you want, selection of sauces , and a drink all for £3. You can also pick up a loyalty card which is scanned when paying, they give you the receipt, that tells you how to get a free cookie on your next visit. Just go online enter the details and your email, they send you an email you can print, hand this when paying with the receipt and your sub card, and have a choice of cookies. Subs and cookies are cooked fresh each day in store. The staff are very friendly, and offer to help, it doesn't matter how busy they are they will bring the tray to your table if you need help.

I ordered a Subway chicken tikka salad which was my first time trying a salad from subway, it was yummy it was prepared by friendly staff but the staff member that was on the till put my order through wrong which was annoying :/ and the venue needs more sitting area and staff need to tell each other where they are going as the one member of staff walked off half way doing my salad so hold others up it was embarrassing for me as it felt other looking at me saying hurry up but wasn't my fault : /

I've eaten here a couple of times over the past few months and really enjoyed it. What's not to like about choosing your own fresh ingredients to put inside the good choice of rolls they serve.

I ordered a Subway meal, which was prepared by friendly and efficient staff. the venue was being cleaned and was spotless. Three of the fixed seats have their "seats" missing, which reduces the capacity of the venue considerably.
