The best restaurants serving Fast food food in West Midlands

I regularly visit this chippy and love the battered fish and chips. The customer service is brilliant. Would recommend trying this chippy.

Really poor experience overall. The prices in comparison to the portions is ridiculous. My curry came with a pube on the side, the rice was a brick and it was just a really in comforting atmosphere. Won't be returning. I'd advise to avoid

Ordered from Just Eat at 3.45pm for delivery later in the evening. Food didn’t arrive so I reported it to JE. They gave a delayed delivery time which also came and went so I rang up. They promised it would be with me in five minutes and also promised they’d call back within 5 minutes after they spoke to the driver. Ten minutes later I called them again. They were very rude, saying “it’s not my fault”. When I asked then whose fault it was then because it certainly wasn’t mine they told me to get a refund from JE and slammed the phone down! By this time it was 7.30pm, my husband was needing to go to bed very soon because he starts work at 3am and he’s had no dinner after working a 12+ hour shift in a physical job! I was just scratching around in our rather empty food cupboard (Tesco food shop is coming tomorrow) to try and find something to quickly rustle up that he could eat when there was a knock on the door. Lo and behold, it was our order. The driver stood on our doorstep, begging for forgiveness and asking us not to report him because he’d get sacked. It was embarrassing to watch. Obviously by now the food was cold and almost inedible, but we didn’t really have much choice than to eat it anyway, it was disgusting!

Can’t believe this was the first time we have been here. Great service and the best fish and chips I’ve eaten in a long time. Freshly cooked chips and lovely crispy batter. Will be back.

food was stone cold when it came,it said was delivering at 12.20.and didn't arrive till 1pm.never have I had a problem with my food or the time.but today I did,I don't know if I will be ordering again from here.sorry big let down today.

Used this spot again this week while visiting the area, once again nice tasty grub & good service. I ordered the mixed kebab meal of lamb & chicken with chips & a drink for just over a tenner. The guys working there were nice enough & it was served pretty quickly..big portions of lovely meat. Had been here before a couple of times when in the area & had the same good experience, so I'd recommend it based on my visits. Keep up the good work 👍

Nice seating area very nice staffan fab food the chicken meat is great an also kabab meat is the best there English curry sauce is also great an the chips are always hot when u get them will defo be back

Ordered 4 meals on uber eats from this chip shop. The food was delivered on time. However me, my wife and daughter ordered the same meal pudding and chips 2 with curry sauce , 1 with gravy. My daughters was disgusting it smelt and tasted off & ended up in the bin. Won't be ordering from here again.

Date01/03/2025 telephone order at 6.35pm was told it would take 1hour ,I phoned again to find out were order was this was at 8.45pm they said we can cook it and have it sent out in 50mins time .this is no way to run a business. I would not recommend this place to anyone .its not the only time we had problems with this takeaway shop.

Mixed meat and chips - best one around. I eat chicken and doner all over the country on my rounds and this place was really really good. Had my lad with me as well who ate every bit of his mini fish which says a lot! 🐟

Ordered online and given a twenty minute estimate for collection. Food was on time. The lady at the counter was cheerful and friendly. The food was hot and each dish flavoursome. We will definitely come back for another delicious takeaway!

This was my second order from Napolis after the 1st order was great. however I wont be going again for the following reasons. The 2nd delivery took 1 hour and 3/4 to arrive after originally being told 1 Hour and 1/4 which was long enough in itself but then to top it off it was stone cold, not warm but stone cold and rubbery. I phoned the manager straight away explaining we could not eat this cold disgusting food and to be honest he was not bothered making all the excuses he could think of without any merit, all he was prepared to do is offer a free garlic bread on my next order which i politely declined and said there will be no future orders. I should have read the reviews, lesson learned.
