Neelam Valley in Stoke-on-Trent

Ordered on valentines night, and fully expected a long wait. But... ordered for 7pm, delivered bang on time. The food was superb. The chicken tikka and doner mixed kebab was delicious, and FULL of meat! Pizza was demolished by the kids, so no complaints there either. 😋 Thank you guys, super service, amazing food, we'll definitely be back again.

Neelam is the only place to go for excellent food, superb quality and great value for money. Never had a bad experience in all the years I've used this brilliant takeaway 👏 The staff are always so welcoming and polite. Wish I could give Neelam 100 gold stars 🌟 Recommended 100 % 👊

After waiting over 1hr and 30 mins my order did not arrived so I called them and asked where was my order told me that they had missed ,it because it was done on line won't be ordering from them in the future 😡

We had the lamb rogan Josh. It was so tasty and packed full of lamb. Only downside was they forgot to put the poppadoms in the order but other than that we really enjoyed our meal

Placed order for delivery, specifically asked for no cabbage with the lettuce on the phone as I am allergic to it and they still put it in anyway full wrap wasted in the bin, almost bit into it when I saw it sticking out the top

Although we have been using for a while and having the same order each time ,the price changes every time .Tonight I was told that the menu i had just ordered from online was an old menu that did not exist anymore therefore items were not there that usually are , surely when ordering online you can only order from what is in front of you not a " new " menu that does not appear when you Google !! Food is ok but not worth the hassle ! Shall search for a more reliable priced takeaway

We bought a takeaway from here a couple years ago and it was good, we bought it again the other day and it was terrible. Unfortunately everything tasted like it had been reheated a few times, nothing was fresh not even the chips. We all got diarrhoea the next day too which was lovely. Would not recommend.

As always, we get a good amount of tasty food from Neelam Valley, and the driver turned up at the beginning of the estimated time slot. We even got free poppadum's thrown in as well!

I cannot rate this takeaway high enough, i have used a different takeaway for nearly 10 years and tried these about 6 weeks ago and haven’t looked back, regardless how busy they are , the food always arrives piping hot and is always amazing! I recommend the curry’s from here :)

Meal didn’t come with the drink it said it would and when I called they said they will bring one and just never bothered

I have ordered from Neelam Valley 6 times now 3 Curry meals & 3 pizza meals, I am yet to have a rubbish meal, The Curry is outstanding ( I recommend the chicken phall) & the pizzas always come piping hot & fresh. Keep up the excellent work.

The food was superb, really tasty and good quality! I ordered tandoori chicken masala balti, mushroom rice, family cheese naan, king prawn butterfly starter plus extra masala sauce!! Everything was perfect, good portions and most importantly it was lovely and hot. One of the best I’ve had for a while.

I had mixed Nan 2,but received no doner meat on it,plus it didn’t say there were chips on the Nan so I actually bought a chips that were then a waste me buying … not happy

1st time ordering from here. Can't really fault the food at all, pizza was nice and thick, garlic pizza nice also. Donner Meat tasty and good portion. Chicken wings was expecting be wings in sauce but was spicy SFC wings which were nice still. Will use again

Took over an hour to be delivered and was late. The korma and chips were in a very small container, considering they cost over £4 the portion was shocking especially when I've had this before and is usually in a usual size chip box, but it was half the size and still the same price

The man on the phone who took the order was very polite and went through the order with me at the end to check he'd taken it correctly. Another chap even rang me back to just clarify the order. The delivery guy was also very pleasant. The food was delicious and everyone enjoyed what they'd ordered. We have used Neelam Valley for many years and its never disappointing.

Just had a pizza deal 2x9 inch with chips and drink, used this pkzce regular but totally disgusting tonight, pizza base raw so topping all slid off and mixed up by time it arrived, added on order for stuffed crust, paid extra but was only stuffed with fresh air. Other one ordered garlic base, again paid extra as husband doesn't like tomato base, but tomato sauce all over it and base not cooked but not as raw as mine, chips with onions, agsin paid extra were OK. Altogether £18 wasted. Not again☹️

They are very unrespectful,very rude staff . Food quality poor. They rapping up chips wich been send back from customer,and sending to new costumers, disgusting !!Not recommended!!!!

Been a customer for a few years now but just recently the quality and quantity as severely dropped

If I could give it 0 starts I would!! AVOID!! I ordered the 2 value box and a pepporoni pizza online to arrive for half 8 at night. The value box was delivered at 20:50 so 20 minutes late and there was no pizza! The delivery guy barely spoke a word of English and just walked of and said he would call but then got in his car and drove off. My partner then called to ask where the pizza was which the guy on the phone said it was on it's way, great. Meanwhile, I open the value box and it's just completley thrown together, chips are hard, stale and cold, the chicken tikka was dry, overcooked and cold, the salad bland and soggy. The donner meat was actually OK but everything was cold in the box. Oh, and the 1pc chicken that was in there... I didn't even feed to my dog, it was soaked in grease and looked and tasted vile but I just ate around it. The pizza then arrived at half 9 at night an hour after ordering and 40 minutes after the original delivery, may i add with NO appology. He opens the pizza box and its just covered in grease and way to cheesey, he ate 3 slices and it went in the bin. All in all very bad FIRST time experience ordering with Neelam Valley and most definitely won't be ordering again. The worst part is I looked at all the reviews before and thought oh it will probably be fine but god I was wrong, I wish I would of trusted my gut!

The food was superb! Delivered swiftly and was hot when I received it! There was so much we couldn’t eat it all! We warmed it up the following day in the microwave and tasted even better! I can’t fault the food it’s so tasty and plentiful plus the service and delivery are superb! Food is just amazing! If you read any bad reviews then they are telling dibs! Honestly I’m 62 yrs of age and their food is just superb!!! Thank you Neelam valley for your amazing food and top service!!!

Yet another amazing treat from my top kebab house. Special Neelam 9" pizza tonight and a small doner kebab & salad. Staff are friendly and always glad to chat with customers. A must for anyone looking for excellent food. 5* well earned 👏

It is a shame as the food is fairly good and gets delivered quickly, but they are consistently forgetting to put all the ordered food together and we have to phone up and wait 20 mins for the missing items to arrive, so then we have to re-heat the food, we have also been questioned about our honesty, well i wouldn't say my rice is missing when i could say the curry was missing. Sadly after about 8 years they will not be getting another penny from us

Food constantly not what is ordered and when called they say they’re busy. Always offered replacement but when they can fit it in. When called staff are offensive. Will never EVER order from again. Don’t expect a lot with fast food take away but do expect to have delivered what we ordered, busy or not. Don’t take orders if you’re too busy. Deal with the ones you have.
