The Mrs and myself have just ordered here off a recommendation from a taxi driver after struggling with kebabs. Wow. That’s all we can say.. we had Steak, chicken kebab on nan with chops and it as just enough. Cooked to perfection and we didn’t leave a bit. I never write reviews either. So salute to the chef

Absolutely shocking professional from this takeaway tonight even tho I’m a regular customer and the guy is vile that spoke to me he wouldn’t speak like that in front of my face wish this country of ours sorts everything out

We went here again recently and unfortunately the food wasn't as good as it usually is which is a shame we both had a hair on our donnor kebabs. The normal manager wasn't in so the quality wasn't the same.

This is normally our go to takeaway. We’ve ordered a margarita pizza we have them all the time and they are normally amazing. We’ve ordered tonight and me and my partner have sat down to eat it and he’s bit into his pizza and alls we’ve heard is a Big Crunch the pizza has only gone and snapped his tooth. Baring in mind it’s a MARGARITA pizza that I fully understand. So I’ve rung them up to tell them and explained what has happened and they are trying to say it’s just cheese and tomatoe sauce which I know it is I know what a margarita pizza is, they are trying tell me that if it had prawns or chicken then maybe it would be different but why say that anyway when all their stuff should be boneless unless in the description saying that it contains bones it’s a choking hazard. They asked me what do I want them do I said well I want my money back it’s snapped my partners tooth he’s now got a big hole in his tooth. They said they can’t give me my money back. So I’m never ordering from them again. We’ve got pictures aswell of the tooth in the piece of pizza and the snapped tooth in his mouth. We weren’t eating anything else at the time it was just the pizza and they basically don’t believe us

Staff do not respect customers. I do not recommend this bad restaurant. Their services are very bad

This is now our go to take away. It’s amazing - the calzones are soooooo good exactly like they should be. The service is fast and the food is great. The doner meat has no grizzle and is super tasty. The pizzas are thick and have a generous amount of toppings. And they have red cabbage. Nothing to dislike! Keep up the good works guys

Absolutely terrible service and the food was cold. Soggy chios portions are getting smaller ( shrinkflation) price going up. When you call to complain allying get, we are very busy.. That maybe however this didn't make my food any better. As several friends use this venue and have done for a couple of years we have decided to use eastern delight kebab house now. Would advise not to use Marmaris if you like at least warn food . Terrible service terrible food terrible customer service

donner meat was stale , like it’s been sat all day , chips were soggy , overloaded with salad , wouldn’t feed this food to me dogs

Order over phone within 2 minutes get text from them with how much it is, food comes and its more than what states on text. Chips really salty, hardly warm. Both kebabs meats cant eat completely black, wouldnt give me dogs. Only thing that was able to eat was nan bread apart from the crispy parts. Won't be using these again have lost a customer. Will be post about them on other social media

Amazingly tasty food and always hits the spot. Nothing is too much trouble for them they give decent portions of meats and fresh salads every time! Variety of food each item is made authentically and tastes delicious LOVE this place

9 quid for 2 x chips and cheese and 2 x cans. Should be 7 max for that. Staff don't listen properly either and they don't seem happy to even have your custom. Act like they are doing you favour. Will be going elsewhere from now on. In the local newspaper The Sentinel they have listed the takeaways with ONLY 1 star food hygiene rating and guess who is in it? Normally I wouldn't complain and would recommend but was really disappointed tonight, had my normal lamb kebab but had more fat than meat food was very cold not happy not using again going go else where

Just got home from work starving hungry ordered a pizza for me and a donner kebab for my mum. WOW. Only ordered cause it was practically the only place open late but the donner meat tasted so fresh you could've put it on your Sunday dinner with mint sauce and you wouldn't know. The pizza while absolutely covered in cheese wasn't greasy at all. Definately recommend and will be using them from now on !

Worst pizza ever , the next day actually felt sick , the uncooked pizza dough kept Repeating on me , upset heavy stomach all day , had better pizzas from Aldi for 67p

A bit grim tbh, I ordered fries in a nan bread with salad and it genuinely looked like someone’s left overs. I don’t usually complain but it was 3 strips of lettuce with half a tray of chips. Nan was ripped up. My partner loves the pizza from here but we always end up going different places if that’s what he wants

If you Love your food stone cold then this is the place for you. if 0 stars was available then 0 stars it would be. if i wanted chilled food i'd have gone to tesco as it would have tasted better, arrived sooner and cooked before your shambles of 70 mins delivery, and i dare say would have cost far less than the £25 i payed for the privelage, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SECOND TO NONE EXISTANT AND RUDENESS IN ABUNDANCE IS THE ONLY THING THEY SERVE FRESH ..... My Donner kebab was nearly cold I had to reheat it in the microwave which made my salad mushy and drab didn't enjoy it at all won't be ordering anything from there again

The meal was tasty and cooked to perfection, online their h&s rating is 3 classed as satisfactory which is amazing for Stoke! I'm ordering again and would recommend trying them if you already haven't.

I ordered 2 £7.50 lamb and Donner kebabs one small tray was full and the other tray wasnt even enough to feed a skinny person the man on the phone told me it was because I had lettuce on it that why they thought it was ok to charge me £7.50 for nothing , the man had a bad attitude and started talking to me in his own language which is inappropriate to a british citizen, will never order again disgusting behaviour

I ordered whilst on a business trip at a hotel. The delivery was on time, but no one told me the delivery was here and they just left it at reception. If I hadn't checked with them I wouldn't have known.

from cooking every night I was really looking forward to take away night, I may aswell had set my money on fire. I had a 1 piece value box. The chicken had clearly been sat under the light for hours, the donnor meet was rubbery and for the mayo I ordered I received mint yoghurt, the salad ? What’s that a hand full of onions and a slice of a tomatoe, my partner had the same and let’s put it this way he only ate his because he had been working for 13 hours and would eat of the ground if left longer. I will never order from this establishment ever again and to be fair surprised it’s even allowed open. Shocking !!

Food was lovely , but when ordering online it’s not clear that chips are included in the meal ( lasagna) all it asks you if you want salad or not .. so I ordered the chips and then two portions of chips came with it .. so cost me more money that was t needed. I know for next time though
